Stunning Brand New Modern Coastal Home in the heart of Gulfport

Coastal luxury meets Gulfport charm in this stunning new construction elevated home - completed in November of 2021. Located in an ideal location in the heart of Gulfport: just four blocks from Gulfport beach park and two blocks from Beach Blvd where you will find Gulfport's many wonderful restaurants and shops. Gulfport is a quaint, artsy town that is centrally located between St. Pete Beach and downtown St. Petersburg (10 minutes to each).

This modern 1,450 square foot home is raised on piers with the entire living area positioned on the second floor and a spacious area below it dedicated to parking and outdoor living. It is upgraded throughout with a large gourmet kitchen and open floor plan. This is a rare opportunity to stay in a fantastic dream home!

This home is ultra-clean with new luxury furnishings and is bright and sunny throughout. The living room is positioned at the front of the home with large windows that let in the western sun. In the center of the great room, a gourmet kitchen includes granite counter tops, upgraded stainless appliances, and a large island with counter seating for three. Tucked into the back of the great room is a cozy dining room that seats six and is perfect for family dining.

The home has three well-appointed bedrooms with brand new upscale furnishings. The main bedroom is in the rear of the home overlooking the private yard and has a comfortable king bed with a flat-screened television. It offers plenty of storage with a wide marble-topped dresser and a large walk-in closet. The private main bath has a large walk-in shower and double sink vanity with beautiful white and gray porcelain and marble tile throughout.

The second and third bedrooms are located in the front of the home at the end of a private hallway along with the second bath. A pocket door provides the option to create a suite effect for the bedrooms and hall bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed with flatscreen tv. The third bedroom overlooks the covered front porch and has twin beds flanking a large window with a wide desk. The spacious guest bath has a combination shower/bathtub and a spa-like feel with soothing grey tiles, espresso cabinets, and granite countertops.

The large front balcony offers the perfect spot to enjoy the tropical Florida climate. There is a charcoal grill for barbecuing. Other amenities include high-speed WIFI, Roku streaming, an inside washer and dryer and a private driveway and covered parking for two vehicles. Beach supplies are provided including beach chairs, towels, beach umbrella, and toys.

Gulfport is a very walkable area and no car is needed to get around in the immediate area.

Such a great house! Perfect location in Gulfport. Just a couple blocks to the town and also to the waterfront. The house had nice closets and the kitchen was well stocked. Also lots of friendly people in the neighborhood.

EXCELLENT PROPERTY

This property is so comfortable; very homey feel to it, decorated so tastefully, everything promised was true, only a few blocks from Gulfport beach and all the boutiques and shoppes, great dining and the friendliest community. My daughter and I had a wonderful time, we will definitely be back. If i "had" to find a negative it would be poor water pressure in the shower. Other than that I can't think of anything I would improve, still 5 stars in my opinion. Well worth the price on this one.

Family Celebration

The property was perfect! Everything, from the decor to the linens were fabulous. Every necessary kitchen utensil/gadget was provided - and then some. All of my siblings stayed at various, rental properties in the area for this large wedding celebration and each commented on what an amazing property I had selected. It was a combination of style, comfort, high end appointments and fabulous location. I cannot wait to return again… hopefully very soon!!

Nice house

The house was well maintained and very clean. Beds, pillows, towels were all nice and the kitchen was very well stocked with spices and equipment. Great location and host was attentive when I reached out. I would give a 5 stars if it were not for the following. There was only one extra of toilet paper per bathroom. I’ve never stayed anywhere where they don’t supply TP for the entire stay, it’s such a cheap way to take care of your guests. There was also no shampoo/conditioner and only one bar of soap. I believe this was listed on the amenities but still these are small things that go a long way and super cheap for the owner. Secondly, the AC would not go below 71, as they had it set with a code if you wanted to set lower. We did reach out and ask that they lower which they did. I own an STR so I get not wanting to run the AC but still as a guest I should have reasonable access(high 60’s) to what I set the temperature at. It was pretty warm in the bedrooms at night. I did really like the house and would definitely stay again.

Beautiful home in a great location

This was the perfect home for my son’s spring break trip. From the size to the location, everything was perfect. The home is spotless, and nicely equipped with all the necessities. Walking distance to the cute little town of Gulfport, and the quiet beach literally at the end of the street. Communication with the homeowner was amazing, quick to respond, and very nice. I would highly recommend this property!

The perfect place!

We spent 3 wonderful weeks at this house. It's in a perfect location; 5 minute walk to the beach or to town, quiet street, friendly neighbors. The house itself was lovely. It's spacious, comfortable, beautifully decorated and everything was in excellent condition. The hosts were very responsive to our questions. We've already booked it for next year!

Perfect Beach Cottage

Gulfport Holiday

This house was perfect in every way for our family over the holiday. The modern open kitchen/living area gave us every opportunity to be together. We loved the porch! Best of all we we just a short few blocks from the beach and Beach Blvd with restaurants, shops, and entertainment.

Loved the house and look forward to staying again!

The only suggestion we would add (not a complaint) that would make our stay more enjoyable is some ceiling fans. A fan in the carport/outdoor cooking area. More comfortable beds as they were very hard. The addition of a hose (which we went and bought) would be nice also after coming from the beach each day, not to mention for safety while grilling outdoors! Like I said these are suggestions but keep in mind this is a brand new property and is absolutely wonderful!! It was super clean and very well decorated and well thought out with all the conveniences of home and we will definitely return in the future!! We really really enjoyed our stay!! We felt at home!!!
