This beautifully renovated, tastefully decorated Townhome with a coastal vibe is located at well maintained Sea Shell in the quaint beach town of Indian Shores, just a few steps away from the beautiful sandy beach. It’s a 2-story end unit with an abundancy of natural sunlight. Please note that the townhome doesn’t have an elevator. The living area features new furnishings, queen sofa sleeper, a flat screen TV and large sliding doors opening up to the nicely furnished balcony. The dining area has a large table, comfortably seating 6. It connects to the gorgeous fully equipped kitchen featuring granite counter tops, state-of-the art, stainless steel Samsung Smart appliances and a Keurig coffee maker. The main bedroom on the upper level features a comfy King Sized Bed with an en-suite bath. The 2nd bedroom is equipped with 2 Queen sized beds. Both bedrooms feature flat screen TVs and a desk/desk chair. The split floor plan offers privacy and is great for a group of friends or a family. The beach is within easy walking distance with public beach access quite near across the street. You can also relax on a comfy lounge chair with a good book at the beautiful, sparkling pool (heated in the winter) on site. If you like to fish, no reason to leave - there's a private fishing dock with fish cleaning station. Bringing a kayak or going to rent one while you are here? There is a kayak launch on grounds here!
