    The Space:

    Enjoy a relaxing beachfront escape at Sea Gem! This fourth-floor condo offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and accommodations for eight guests.



    The open living area includes comfortable sofas, a sleeper sofa, and a flat-screen TV. Gulf views make it a welcoming place to unwind.



    Prepare meals in the updated kitchen, featuring stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and white cabinetry. The adjoining dining table seats six.



    A spacious Gulf-facing balcony connects the living room and primary bedroom an inviting spot to enjoy the coastal scenery.



    The primary bedroom features a king bed, water views, and a bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom has two queen beds, and the third has one queen. These bedrooms share a hallway bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Every bedroom includes a TV.



    Enjoy the building’s shared heated pool, jacuzzi, and BBQ area, or head to the beach and explore nearby shops and restaurants.

    - One assigned parking space; additional guest parking is available on a first-come basis.

    - One pet may be approved, with a non-refundable fee of $150 plus taxes.

The location was fantastic; views and access to the beach were amazing. Downsides included no flexibility with early check-in or check-out, one of the two elevators was broken the entire time (long lines to use the one which was operational especially during check in), no dolly to help with luggage, the kitchen pots & pans were almost unusable (poor condition) , there wasn’t an ironing board in the condo, and there was a fishy smell in one of the bedrooms which we couldn’t seem to get rid of.

Sea Gem was a wonderful place to stay. We had 7 people and it was perfect! The ocean front view was gorgeous!

Staycation

I am born and raised in the area so I know it well. We were just doing a little staycation for my daughter’s birthday and a couple friends. Everything was clean kitchen was fully equipped, and the beach was beautiful.

Ocean Paradise

The condo was in a perfect spot - right on the ocean. The cool breezes made the condo just right without running the air conditioner. Lots of shopping and activities nearby. The manager was extremely attentive - every question had an instant answer.

Hands down, the BEST vacaction and rental hands down. We have been to this area for many years and this rental had it all!! The location was awesome, condo was clean and had everything! We will be back for sure!!!

Condo was as pictured. Very clean and accommodated 5 adults and 2 kids nicely. Was stocked with kitchen tools and pots and pans. Also had plenty of beach items to use which was very nice. We left a few new items ourselves for others to enjoy. The management team were very helpful and responded right away. I would recommend the condo and location. And will stay again if ever that way.

Great on Short Notice

We had to find a location after a quick cancellation. The rental was just as stated on the site. Good location and great view of the ocean. Nice pool. The rental is pet friendly, but we weren't informed that pets couldn't be on the beach. This would be a great location for large groups.

1st time in south Florida

We decided to go south Florida this year. We found Indian Rock Beach and your condo and decided to give it a shot. Great location! Loved the area! The condo was nice and we loved that it overlooked the beach and pool. It was our littles first time to the beach and that was perfect. Only thing that I could suggest is to update the small things, like the shower caddies as they were rusted. But really that was all. We had a fabulous time and will be back! Thank you!

It come equipped with all amenities.The only suggestion is the master bathroom needs more attention on the shower for cleaning and there is no trash can for the master bathroom. Would definitely stay again

The location was beautiful, clean and great access to local places and of course, direct access to the beach. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed including extra blankets, towels and pillows. We had such a wonderful time. The property managers provided a ton of information on local groceries, restaurants, sights, and even great options for beach rental equipment. We did have two issues come up - one toilet seat was cracked when we got there and then there was a miscommunication on the pool key code, but the manager responded immediately to both and was resolved quickly and perfectly. We have already talked about coming back again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We booked Wed to Wed in April which worked better than a Sat to Sat reservation for our schedules. The condo was exactly as described - clean and well-supplied with kitchen supplies for cooking, an amazing beach-front view, and easy access to the beach, parking, and restaurants. It was a perfectly wonderful place to vacation and we will return. Beachtime Rentals was super to work with for the rental: quick responses and timely informational communications with pleasant customer service. Thanks for a great vacation!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were there for 8 weeks. Generally, a very positive experience. Pool area very crowded with a ton of kids. Nighttime gabfests in the hot tub precluded any other guests from using. Low toilet in one BR was uncomfortable.

The property was not very clean (I had to take the shower curtain down and wash it because I did not want my family to touch it). Not sure I would stay there again. I also had to tape the shower nozzle so it would stay up.

Dated. No safety mat in tub across from kitchen. Appliances, i.e., sweeper, coffee pot, dishwasher, less than ideal. No hair dryer found in unit but stated on Vrbo as having one. Over priced for a weeks stay. View was excellent, access to beach excellent. However, came back from beach and our door was open with workers outside but no notification from rental company of needing access.

Would not recommend

The bed was amazing and so was the view but other than that I was not impressed. The owner was sweet but the people running her room are not doing the best. We were asked to allow workers in the room 3 times during our stay. The walls and floors needed to be cleaned and renovated. We found 2 bugs we had to kill during our stay. Overall I would not recommend.
