Was shocked to find out the balconies were being repaired and couldn’t be used. All the furniture from the balcony was inside taking up a lot of space. The pool couldn’t be used due to the construction on the balconies. Pictures of inside are probably 15 years old, doors were off or warped in bedroom and linen closet, musty smell, and not clean as we would have expected. Worst part was the construction noise Monday through Friday 8am to 4pm - we had to leave the condo early in the morning for the 3 days they were working directly on our balcony. We can’t imagine the balcony work for this tower will be done for at least a few more months then they will probably start on another tower of rooms - so noise and pool will be an issue.

Beautiful views!

Overall we loved the condo! The view was amazing, the location was perfect, and the pool and beach were so close and easy to access. We were hoping for a pull out (as listed) as we had a teenager and the rollaway was small, so it was slightly frustrating when we found out there was not one. We made it work though. The construction also got loud at times, but we knew there would be construction before going so we were prepared for that. It has everything you need including beach towels and chairs which was a nice bonus. Would definitely stay again.

Great stay!

It’s an older building but beautifully maintained. The view is fantastic, especially when the storms are rolling in. The unit itself is simple, nothing fancy, just very nice and well kept…. The beach was beautiful, even with the on and off weather it was stress free because of how easy it was to get back and forth between the beach and our unit. Will definitely save for another stay in the future. I will also note that the property owner was nothing short of fantastic, the communication was great, very clear and super quick. All my questions and concerns prior to checking in were promptly answered which was key to knowing my family was going to have a great time.

We arrived to find out the pool was closed due to construction from prior hurricane damage, this was not noted in listing. We reached out to owners but no response and since they don't go thru the property, there was nothing they could do. We did let the property director know our disappoint with the owners and they were very sympathetic. Along with dealing with all the noise from the construction the entire stay, at least the weather was beautiful. The condo itself needs many updates, bathrooms were bad. If you want to stay there, I would suggest to go thru the actual property, the area is beautiful.

Worth the money

This condo was perfect for what we needed while visiting Indian Shores. It was affordable given the rise in prices of everything. The views are amazing. The air conditioner on the porch is a bit noisy at times but it’s better to have air conditioning than none at all. The pool was very nice, everyone was very friendly. Over all a good place to stay if you’re not picky, and wanting to enjoy a nice vacation on the beach :)

Ocean View

Very nice view from living room area of the ocean. Room was clean. Had an issue with water in the living room floor after a big rain (due to construction on the other side of the building) Contacted host and responded immediately. Gave a refund in the amount of the cleaning fee which I thought was reasonable due to only a minor inconvenience. Just had to keep some towels on the floor the ensure no one slipped on the wet tile for a short amount of time. Only real inconvenience was parking, we had 2 vehicles but only room for one on the property. Parking was available across the street for a small fee. Was not that big of a deal but for someone older the amount of walking might not be so good. Would definitely stay again.

Always question what the listing ISN'T showing you

I would like to start by saying that we have used VRBO multiple times a year for the last 15 years, and this is the first time I was extremely disappointed in a unit. I really wish I could add photos to this review but that is not possible so I will try to be as thorough as possible. Checking into the unit is a breeze with lockbox code being sent to us prior to arrival. The living room furniture looks to be fairly new, and the view from the balcony facing south is wonderful. That is where the positive comments end. Both bathrooms-not shown in photo except a shower curtain & guest cabinet-are disgusting. Master has painted over mold on side of cabinet and exhaust fan was covered in mold and mildew. Mirror is from 1973. No bathmats-floors were dirty. Had to remove guest bath shower curtain due to black mold on it. Guest bath cabinet is mostly brown due to damage. Outlets come out of the wall when you unplug your items. Messaged owner with no response. Guest bedroom closet doors and hall closet doors don't shut. Lots of "trash" left by other renters for use. Balcony door does not lock. Balcony is large but they don't show you the air conditioning unit on the balcony that runs continuously while trying to enjoy the sounds of the ocean and the pile of used beach equipment that is stored there. Kitchen table propped up by cardboard so it doesn't rock. Bedroom TV volume doesn't work. Carpets are gross. This only gives me 1500 characters-I have more. Would not stay again...ever

Never again ! Out dated and dirty

I have been in 15+ Vrbo locations, this is by far the worst location. It’s not even humanitarian. First off the pictures are not accurate at all. It’s sneaky and misleading to have pictures not the same as what there is in reality. It’s disgraceful for Vrbo not to check on how people can keep pictures that are not real. It’s misleading and unfair. The apartment is very very out dated and very very dirty. From the second I walked in, the ceiling was leaking water all over the kitchen. Contacted the host and he said he would send maintenance guy , no body came ! Spent a week with a leaky ceiling. when it came to the kitchen, it was filthy! Like disgusting , the tea kettle looked 40 yrs old and even after cleaning it , every time you heat up water , nasty particles come out of the kettle. The pots and pans if you use them , you are most likely going to need to go to the hospital. As for the bathrooms, they only had 2 toilet paper rolls for the whole week for the whole house. The furniture is soooooo abused and so old when you sit on it sinks to the floor. This house was not cleaned at all , there was dust everywhere. I will never return to this place or suggest this place to anyone. If it was able to give Zero stars I would The only good thing about this place was the balcony and the location. Will definitely be reaching out to Vrbo about this location. All the statements above I have video and picture proof.

Condo did not meet expectations

The condo was not in good condition. The master bedroom was gross. Old dirty carpet. There is a pvc pipe holding up the bed frame. Mattress was very uncomfortable and the pillows were hard and flat. The master bathroom shower drained very slowly. Every time I took a shower there was ankle deep water. I had to keep turning off the water between washing my hair and body to control the depth of the pooling water. Water pressure in the sink was minimal. Hallway closet door where the towels were is broken. Hard to open and harder to close. The balcony slider was old and rusted and didn’t lock. Thank goodness we were on the 5th floor. It makes it horrible sound every time it was open and closed. Toaster did not work properly. Coffee maker carafe was broke. Had to buy a new one. The pots and pans were old, dirty and corroded. The paint was dingy and chipped. I know it is a vacation rental however I paid a lot of money to stay there. Places like this should not be rented. I would not recommend this place to anyone and would NEVER stay there again. I have had similar experiences with Besides the terrible condition of the condo the location is great with stunning views and on the beach. We did not let this ruin our vacation. We had a great time

Prime location excellent view

Overall it’s a great place to stay. Location is perfect direct beach access. Pool, shade, and plenty of chairs. Plenty of signs posted for no smoking or vaping. Only in posted area, but clearly not enforced at all. We had people vaping ing the pool in the parking lot as well as the worker who was cleaning the pool in the mornings. So as far as sitting on the deck drinking coffee enjoying the view, only if you don’t mind the smell of smoke.

Relaxing getaway

Unbelievably beautiful location, directly on beach, with views of pool and beach from large balcony. Large 2 BR 2 BA condo with coin laundry right outside door. Friendly owners and vacationers staying in same property mean a relaxing vacation is guaranteed!

Family Vacation

This was our 8th to 10th time in the Indian Shores/Indian Rocks Beach area. As always the vacation was wonderful and the place was beautiful. The only two criticisms I would have are; the mattress in the master definitely needs to be replaced and as big as this complex was there was only one elevator, which was down for maintenance one of the days. However, over all this was a wonderful place and it was well equipped for your stay. We would definitely consider staying at this unit again.

Great fun stay

We had a blast staying here. The room was cozy and had a bunch of stuff for the beach (beach chairs, canopy, etc) the owner was very prompt with answering me back with any questions I had and handled things wonderfully. The only issue I had and it has nothing to do with the room and owner, but the people there made us feel uncomfortable and questioned our every move. We had family staying in a different place but would come over to our place since it was Oceanside and the resident there told me I was only scheduled for 7 people and we had more than that. It wasn’t any of his business but they still made it feel like we wasn’t supposed to be there. Overall, it was a wonderful stay!

The View & Location are PERFECT!!!

This 5th floor Condo gave you a view of the beach and ocean that was spectacular! There is plenty of space on the balcony to spend hours just taking in the views. The Condo itself was very open and spacious. Kitchen had everything we needed, and we mostly cooked our meals. Bedrooms were clean and beds were comfortable. We talked to our host before our arrival and during our stay and he was always very responsive. We are booked again for next year and can't wait to get back! Thanks Steve & Jaime

This property is great! Centrally located between must see places. This property has the best view of the Gulf!! Yes the property is in need of a few bathroom updates but we weren’t there to stay inside. The view and the immediate proximity to the beach is awesome! We would definitely return to this spot!!
