Welcome to Beachy Breeze, our family vacation home in Largo, FL!

Nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood (non-flood zone), our solar powered, beach-themed home provides you and your family a fun and relaxing place to lounge, rest, and play while enjoying all that the Florida Gulf Coast has to offer.

Spend the day at nearby Sand Key Park or Indian Rocks Beach, take a dolphin or sunset cruise from Clearwater Beach, or simply stay home and splash around in the private heated pool. For baseball fans, visit BayCare Ballpark, home of the Philadelphia Phillies spring training, only ~20 minute drive.

The home is conveniently located near shopping and groceries, with easy access to popular spots like St. Pete Pier, Fort de Soto, and even the Florida theme parks (Busch Gardens, Legoland, Disney, Universal, & Sea World).

Home Features:
-Private, heated pool under screened lanai with upgraded pool safety fence and self-closing gate (heating fees apply)
-Fully fenced in back yard with separate dog run
-Dog friendly (2 dogs max less than 50lbs, with prior approval and pet fee)
-Open concept with dual living areas
-Wifi and Smart TV’s for streaming entertainment
-Indoor and outdoor dining areas
-Breakfast nook and bar top
-Outdoor gas grill
-Ping pong table, foosball table, bag toss, and board games
-Fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker
-Full laundry washer and dryer
-Beach chairs and beach towels available for guest use

Home can accommodate up to 10 overnight guests. Please make sure when booking that all guests are added to the reservation, including pets.

Check-in is at 4pm with keyless entry
Check-out by 10am

Parking is available in the garage or driveway.

The home is stocked with a starter set of supplies, including garbage bags, cleaning supplies, paper towels, toilet paper, and soaps. These will not be replenished during your stay, so please plan to provide additional supplies as needed.

Pool and yard maintenance occurs on a weekly scheduled basis. A complete cleaning and turnover of the home occurs after each guest departure. For long term stays, weekly cleaning services can be requested and arranged for an additional fee.

**Please note, the house is equipped with a security camera above the garage and at the doorbell for safety and security of the property.

**Smoking/vaping is not permitted anywhere on the property.

House Of Many Beaches

House was clean and very accommodating! Host was friendly and quickly answered all questions. House is a short drive to multiple beaches of your choosing. Most have public lots you pay for the day. Look at the weather and you’ll find even if it’s raining at one place , you can likely go to a different beach with no rain. We had a very relaxing stay.

Cozy vacation home away from home

The house was cozy and clean. Outdoor space with pool was nice. Fussball table and other games/puzzles to do on our down time. The hosts were easy to communicate with and very responsive. The BBQ grates were very rusty and I contacted the host. He had new grates ordered and delivered in less than 24hrs. The house is close to everything. We would definitely rent this home again!

Great Family Beach Stay

The house was as represented in the Vrbo listing and we liked the two different tv watching areas. None of the bedrooms have televisions but that wasn't an issue for our group. The location was close to everything we wanted with easy access to the beaches and things to do in the area. We really enjoyed the pool and appreciated that it was gated from the rest of the backyard patio area so we didn't have to worry about the 3 year old. The host was very responsive to all of our needs.

Family vacation

We enjoyed our stay in Largo. It was very close to the beach. The home was spacious and had tons of kitchen supplies for cooking. We also enjoyed the pool and outdoor patio. I would definitely stay here again.

Great home for large group!

This property was very clean with lots of space and accommodations for a large family. The host was easy to contact if needed with a quick response. Home was a short ride to the beach with lots of beach accessories for us to use. All in all a great place! Highly recommend

Fantastic mini vacation

What a terrific weekend! This home is absolutely beautiful and perfect for a family. It was very clean and well maintained. I stayed for a weekend with my son and four of my grandsons age 10 to 13. There was plenty of room to all be together or to be in separate areas. The pool was used at least 4 times. The boys also enjoyed the ping-pong and foosball tables. I plan to rent a house again since it is only a half hour from my house.

Perfect for families

I have zero complaints about this house. Great location. The owner communicated quickly (no more than 5 minutes to respond each time). Very clean and had basically everything we needed for our stay (linens, pots/ pans, activities, cleaning products. Highly recommend!!

So much fun!!

This was. Our first family vacation and we had a blast. My husband and I brought our 3 boys and his sister and her family came with us. We had so much fun. The house was clean and close to everything. The beaches were 10 minutes away and the grocery stores were much less than that. Our children loved the pool and were in it 3x a day. Communication with the host was always quick. We will most certainly be staying again.

Beautiful peaceful stay

Very responsive and courteous host! The home is exactly as pictured. We traveled with our teenage son, elderly parents and our puppies. We all had exactly what we needed in the home. The neighborhood is quiet and we felt safe. I highly recommend this property for booking.

Wonderful Stay Near Clearwater Beaches

My friends and I (5 adults, 1 ten year old, and 1 dog) just returned from our stay at this lovely home. We enjoyed every minute of our vacation here. The location was perfect- easy 10 minute drive to nearby beaches, about 30 minutes from Tampa Airport, and a bunch of activities in the area. Also close to a grocery store and many other convenience stores. The house, located in a quiet neighborhood, was comfortable, clean and spacious. Bedrooms were neat, bathrooms were clean, and the linen closets were stocked with plenty of bath and beach towels. The outdoor area has a screened in pool, table and chairs, and grill. There is a doggie door in one of the screens out to a dog run, so that was super convenient for our pup. There were also a few beach chairs and pool items available for our use. Very easy check in and check out procedures and the host responded quickly to any questions. We definitely recommend this rental!

Spring break trip

The house was close to the description. Spacious for 10 people. Everyone could spread out. Patio table was nice to sit at. Very disappointed with the pool. We we're informed the day we arrived the pool heater was broke and by mid-week the pool was green. Good thing we were 10 minutes from the ocean.

Beautiful place! Disappointed the pool heater wasn't working.

A group of us go to Florida every year. This was a nice place. Good neighbor hood and location. Chose this property because of the heated pool but it wasn't working. Pool has a lot of tree branches over it and debris off them falls in the pool constantly even though it's screened. Weren't able to use the pool at all.

Beach oasis!

Our family of 10 stayed here for 4 nights. The house was lovely, in a nice quiet location and was comfortable and clean. There was lots of space for all of us. The 3 kids enjoyed the pool and all the games provided especially cornhole and foosball. The host, Bryan, was excellent in responding to any questions we had. We would highly recommend this home!

Quiet Neighborhood

Enjoyed 3 weeks at property. Bryan very responsive to any questions. Very quiet neighborhood. Nice pool kept clean. Close to Clearwater Beach area. Good location centrally located to many attractions. Nice museums in St. Pete to visit, as well as Tampa area.

We were a 3-generation family of 8 and enjoyed 10 nights at the property, lots of room for everyone and the grandkids loved the pool. The location is excellent for accessing the beach (10 minutes), and other sites in around Largo/Clearwater etc, and close to lots of restaurants, grocery stores and more. Communication from Bryan was excellent. Thank you for making our stay an enjoyable one.

Awesome family Back to school vacation!

Stayed here for several days. What a joy it was. There was 9 of us. At no time were we on top of one another. It was extremely spacious. The ping pong table was a big hit not to mention the pool, Foosball table & cornwhole game. In fact we did a triathlon with all the game...jumping from one to the other and finishing with laps in the pool. We would definitely stay here again. Also the supermarkets, Walgreens, panera, restaurants are 5 min away. The beaches were amazing. Special thanks to the Bryan family for letting us make memories with our love one's. Quiet, spacious spot in Largo

I’ve stayed in a ton of house rentals… Good square footage for a big group to hang indoors - 2 living rooms, kitchen and seating were great spaces. Cute pool for hanging out. The bathrooms could use a little help- the water pressure wasn’t great, and the bedrooms could really use some TVs and better window treatments. Quiet block - great for passing out early after a day in the sun. Overall a pretty good value for the price… conveniently located close to all by car.
