Private Solar heated salt water Pool- Minutes from everything in St. Pete!

Relax in an oasis with a private Solar Heated saltwater pool. It is nice on the skin and your bathing suit will thank you. The pool is NOW solar heated! There is a 6 FT. privacy fence, keeping children and pets safe. The outside is resort style with comfy seating. The house is spacious and designed to have all the doors/windows open to enjoy roaming to and from the kitchen to the pool. The open floor plan makes it easy to keep an eye on the children and to work remote. This is my home and I share many of the things you would expect to find if you were visiting your favorite relative. Dogs and children are welcome. Most events are less than 12 miles away. Maderia Beach Access 3.9 miles, St Pete Beach Access 5.3 miles and more! There is a park, down the street, that offers 1 mile walking with numerous Oak tress. It is dog friendly. Basketball, Pickle ball, play stations and tennis available. More info- 727-893-7441. This is a quite family neighborhood, And we are crime aware! Low key "family" events are enccouraged. No unregistered guests. No loud parties. No smoking. I am an RN with a zero-infection rate, in the Operating Room. Hypo allergenic environment- Laminate flooring- NO RUGS. No Curtains. Mattresses and pillows are fully zippered for everyone's protection. The house is opened and aired between visitors. Sleeps up to 8. There are 2 queen beds. Back bedroom has a Sealy Posturepedic adjustable bed with it's own AC. The other is a memory foam pull out sofa, located in the living room. Master has a king bed and a Chair/ottoman that pulls out to a twin bed. There is an automatic blow-up Queen size King Coil bed. I used it for weeks when I moved in, it is comfortable. The house is central air/heat, and the back bedroom has its own A/C unit for individual preference! The kitchen contains the utensil's you need for cooking or baking. I share the little extras you need to make that happen. Plasticware for children. A step stool for the bathroom sink. A small grill in the back yard, waiting for hotdogs and steaks. Rain or shine the fun is planned, there are several indoor games and DVD's for all ages. I have extras like beach towels and bags. Therefore, less to pack! Florida is waiting for YOU!

Excellent house and pool!

This property is fantastic. Spacious open concept bungalow in a very nice safe neighborhood. The beds were comfortable. Lisa made sure the kitchen and entire house were well-equipped. The backyard/pool area is one of a kind. Decorated to a nautical theme with various comfy seating areas. It’s a short drive to shopping and both Madeira and St. Pete’s beaches. Lisa was available and a friendly host.

Perfect Family Getaway - Great Location, Awesome Pool and Pet-Friendly

We had an amazing family trip to this lovely home! It had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The location was perfect, just a short drive to multiple beach access points. The backyard pool was definitely a highlight for the kids and provided a great way to cool off after a long day in the sun. We also loved grilling out and spending time by the pool. Also, another great thing about this home is its location right next to a park. Our dogs were able to run around and get some exercise, which was a great added bonus. We appreciated the thoughtfulness that went into making the home pet-friendly. The homeowner was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Overall, we highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay on their next beach vacation. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Wonderful dog friendly home in St. Petersburg!

I cannot say enough good things about Lisa’s home! It’s in a safe neighborhood and in close proximity to Northwest Park. The park is a great place to walk your dog! It also has volleyball nets, basketball courts, pickle ball courts, tennis and a public pool (that wasn’t open when we were visiting) but who cares? Lisa’a backyard is an oasis! Her pool and landscaping is so beautiful! My dog enjoyed the fenced in backyard and chasing the geckos 🦎! The house was very well stocked and had a nice, open floor plan. We enjoyed our stay here and hope to be back! There were high levels of red tide in the area beaches so Lisa’s pool was a lifesaver because there was a heatwave when we visited. Lisa went above and beyond in her communication. I highly recommend this owner and her lovely home!!

The best beach holiday vacation

We had the most phenomenal experience renting this house over the holidays. From start to finish the whole process was easy and relaxing. Communication with the host was great and we had no surprises other than the amazingly awesome surprise of her decorating the house for the holidays for us. Imagine driving up to the most perfect little decorated holiday beach house and walking into an inviting and thoughtfully decorated interior with lights and a super cool light up palm tree. The exterior pool area was lovely and comfortable. I highly recommend renting this house especially if you have dogs. Our dogs had a blast. Looking forward to staying here again.

Great Home Away From Home

Love the property!!! House is comfortable, spacious and has all the comforts of home (even for your 4 legged friend) Pool and backyard area are beautiful. Neighborhood is quiet, safe and there is a park within walking distance. Downtown St. Pete & The Pier are 15 minutes away. Lisa is very sweet, helpful and available by text and/or by phone. We will definitely be back!!!

Fantastic!

Such a wonderful place to stay! Lisa thought of everything- we had pool floats, plenty of towels, and all the kitchen amenities you could ask for! The kiddos loved the pool and it was a short 15-20 minute drive to the beach. It was also pet friendly with dog beds and bowls provided so my fur babies got to enjoy the beach too! Lisa was fast to respond and friendly. Can’t wait to visit again!

Perfect house, perfect location

The check in process was a little spotty due to a miscommunication, but we were able to get it sorted out with Lisa quickly. Speaking of Lisa, she was an amazing host. She made sure everything was perfect with the house and checked in on us every other day. She knew we had our 3 children with us so she made sure the pool cleaners didn’t apply the normal chemicals that would make the pool unswimmable for a couple of hours. Speaking of the pool, we used it a TON. The kids loved it. The adults loved it. It was perfect. The location is 15 minutes from everything. I think every time we punched something in to the GPS it was always 15 minutes: the beach, downtown, north, south, etc.

Fantastic

This home is awesome. You feel as if you are staying at your big sisters house and she has thought of everything. Clean, very comfortable bed and linens. Clean and fresh furniture. Lots of good towels, pool toys, and all kinds of thoughtful touches. The kitchen was well appointed and you could cook a nice meal there. The pool was heaven. The neighborhood was lovely, friendly, and extremely quiet. Wonderful. We felt safe and happy the whole time. So close to many activities no matter what you like. This is a gem and if you get lucky enough to reserve this you are blessed. Thank you! We would be honored to stay again,

Perfect for our family

We absolutely loved staying at Lisa's beautiful home for spring break. I honestly couldn't get my kids away from the pool, which is a special feature for a family coming from Chicago. I would stay here again in a heartbeat--Lisa thought of absolutely everything you might need, and it was a prefect midway point between both downtown and the beaches. But even with nearby attractions, all my family wanted to do was be together at this amazing property.

Central Location

If you are looking to explore all parts of the Tampa Bay Area, not JUST the beaches, then this is a great location. Not far from Treasure Island and surrounding beaches and also close to downtown St. Pete. and the beautiful scenery there. Lisa was great to work with and the house was nice and cozy with a nice quiet pool and backyard to relax in. Will definitely stay again…thanks Lisa !

Well equipped St Pete home

We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the little things that were provided to make our stay more comfortable from the detergent by the washing machine to the spices in the kitchen. When something did break down, the owner was very responsive and quick to get a repair completed. The house was a close drive to the pier and the beach and it was a nice oasis from the crowds of those places.

An escape from “Old Man Winter”

We cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay. We felt safe in the neighborhood, it was actually nice to be away from the hustle & bustle of the city life of St. Pete (and spring breakers,) there was a very nice park for our child to enjoy, and Lisa was outstanding to work with. She made it super easy for us as it was our very first Vrbo we have booked, and encouraged us to call if we ever had questions. We also have family in the area so the next time we go down we will be booking again to stay at Lisa’s house!! Thank you Lisa for opening your beautiful home to our family our daughter is asking us when we can go back!

Fantastic Getaway Spot

A+ experience! There is nothing, and I mean nothing the owner didn’t have in terms of amenities! House and yard were spotless upon arrival. Plenty of towels and extra bedding, pillows, etc. which is great when traveling with family. There was an issue with the AC and it was resolved within 4 hours as the owner took care of getting someone out to repair. Neighborhood is very nice and quiet. Easy to get to the beach or downtown St. Pete from there as well.

Month in the sun

We both really enjoyed the house and the amenities within, but the deck and pool topped everything. We did not get in the pool as the water was a bit chilly but just lounging and hanging out there was so relaxing! The house offered everything that we needed. The property has a great city park just across the street. We went there nearly everyday. The subdivision is great with plenty of other dog walkers. Shopping and restaurants are abundant in the area. Plus the beach is only 15 minutes away. Lisa is a perfect host - friendly, accommodating, and responsive.

Great pool and location!

We needed a place to stay during renovations at our house. Lisa was very responsive and accommodating with early check in/late check out. The house was well stocked with everything we needed. The pool was great! The house is close to a park which is really nice for dog walkers.
