The greater Tampa area, just a short drive away, provides nonstop entertainment, including Busch Gardens theme park, Lowry Park Zoo, Tampa Riverwalk, Ybor City, Glazer Children’s Museum, Tampa Theater, Florida Aquarium, Tampa Bay Lightning hockey games, and Tampa Bay Buccaneers football. Over all the entire experience was outstanding! The house is in the best location, hands down! We have stayed in Dunedin on 2 other occasions. Once in the hotel and once in a bed and breakfast. In my opinion this house was better than both of our previous trips.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was extremely well-appointed — honestly one of the most well-stocked VRBOs we’ve ever visited. And the hosts were super responsive to all of our needs. There was plenty of bedroom space for our group, and while the indoor living area was somewhat limited, the outdoor spaces more than made up for it. Overall, a great place to stay!

Cozy and cute and sooo convenient!

A group of seven college friends stayed in this fun bungalow this week. We couldn't have asked for a better location for accessing Dunedin. Everything we wanted to do was within walking distance. The house is very cute and extremely well-equipped down to plenty of coffee varieties and machines, all the several washers and dryers (which we didn't need to use but appreciated that they were there) and many TV's (that we didn't even turn on because Dunedin was too fun). We enjoyed the charming front porch and enclosed patio at the back of the house. John, the property manager, was super accommodating and quick to respond to our several questions. We highly recommend this cozy spot!!!

Great stay and amazing location!

We had an amazing stay in Dunedin! The property was beautiful, clean, and well kept and the hosts had everything we needed. You can’t beat the location here either. We had a short ride to Honeymoon Island and could walk to plenty of restaurants, shops, and entertainment.

Wonderful property

We stayed at this fantastic property for 4 weeks. The owner is a super friendly and very responsive host. The location could not be better if you prefer to walk to everything in town. The house was very well stocked with supplies. The beds are incredibly comfortable and the blackout shades and drapes kept the bedrooms dark and cozy. The bathrooms are spotless and modern. It was convenient to have a two-car driveway. It was easy to enter and exit the house with the passcode lock. There were plenty of cooking utensils and dishware. If you like coffee, you will have plenty of options. We spent nearly every afternoon on the back patio, enjoying the sunshine and pleasant breeze. Closets are a bit small but we managed just fine. We're already looking forward to returning to this fantastic 4 bedroom 3 bathroom house.

Best Beach Town in Florida

Fantastic!

The owner thought of every detail. House was in the perfect location, very clean, beautifully decorated and stocked with all the essentials. John the owner responds very quickly and is a fantastic host. Six females shared this rental and we all love coffee and the coffee bar was amazing. I think each of us had 2-3 coffees or espressos each day even though there was a great coffee shop across the street we didnt need to go there. The kitchen was well equipped so we were able to make some meals at the house. It was a great experience.

What a Wonderful Experience!

The location is superb. The house is so cute and well appointed. We were there for a wedding with our adult children. Everyone had a wonderful time. So many restaurants, shops, etc in walking distance. The kids went out every night to a different place and they had a ball. We loved our evening walks through the charming neighborhood. John was a wonderful host and so helpful! Highly recommend and we will definitely stay here again the next time we are in town!

“MAC”

Our stay was amazing. John couldn’t have been a better host. He checked on us during our stay. Even chatted with us on the front porch while MAC (bird) came to visit. We had recently seen the bird perched on a post at the marina. We named him MAC because our McCurry (granddaddy Mac) first cousins reunion was why we came. The last living sibling of 12 in the McCurry family lives on Wood St in Dunedin. The house was very clean and fully stocked. We highly recommend John as a host! .

Location is Everything!

Four of us stayed here when we came down from Ohio for a girls trip! John, the owner was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. He did everything that he could to make our stay excellent. Upon arrival, he left us a charcuterie board, and a chilled bottle of champagne, as well as a jug of ice water! This house is very quaint and cozy. It had everything that we needed for a great long weekend. Its location is fabulous! Everything in downtown Dunedin is just a short walk away. It’s also centrally located to other Gulf coast cities such as Palm Harbor, Tarpon Springs, Clearwater, St Pete, Madeira Beach, Treasure Island. they are all about a 10 to 20 minute drive. We would absolutely stay here again!

Fantastic Stay, Great Location and Awesome House for Large Families

We were traveling through and stayed for NYE in Dunedin with our family of 6. House was fantastically located in downtown Dunedin and we could easily walk to all restaurants, live music, etc.... The front porch is as lovely as it looks to have morning coffee. We took our crew out to Honeymoon Island both days and it was minutes away. As a large family we sometimes struggle to find locations and this home was perfect, 3 showers and plenty of bed space to let the kids rest from playing hard. If in the area again would definitely stay here again!

Perfect!!

My husband and I and our 4 adult children rented this house for a few days around Christmas. Perfect location and house/bedroom set up was perfect for our larger family. Loved the extra touches of coffee, toiletries and plenty of towels. All beds super comfortable. Property extremely clean upon check in. Walking distance to everything. 10/10 recommend!!

Fantastic location in lovely home

Seven adults fit comfortably in this immaculate 4 bedroom 3 bath home right in the middle of Dunedin. We walked to delicious dinners, hung out for hours on the front porch and evening on the back patio. Generous hosts provided wine, coffee and quick communication. A real gem!

Couldn’t be Better

You couldn’t get a better location! It’s literally a block from Main Street and all the shops, restaurants and bars. And it’s brand new - everything was immaculate. They provide everything you can think of down to multiple coffee makers (espresso anybody - they got one!). One of the bedrooms was actually it’s own little studio apartment with a separate entrance and mini kitchen. Wanna go to the beach? They got chairs and beach towels. Forgot your toothpaste? There is a little basket of toiletries for you. The owners really do a great job thinking about their guests in this home. There is even ample parking for multiple cars. Couldn’t give a better recommendation!

Perfect!! John and Brenda were amazing exceptional hosts.

Their home was so welcoming and gave us a very demeanor made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived and put us in vacation mode. The home was immaculately maintained and well-equipped. They provided pretty much everything you could need from toothpaste and toothbrushes to an abundance of towels, soap, shampoo, and even lotion. The beach towels and chairs were perfect for our day at Honeymoon Island, which was amazing!. This was our second trip to Dunedin, and we can’t believe how amazing this hidden treasure is. The home is in the heart of the town and is literally walking distance to everything. There were so many options within 2 blocks that it was hard to choose the restaurant to eat at. It really felt like we were at the center of the action. Their attention to detail and hospitality truly made our stay memorable. John and Brenda's place in Dunedin is a hidden treasure that I can't recommend enough. Thank you for making my stay unforgettable!
