The staff was incredibly friendly. The space was perfect for our family with kids. A few things to note if you are travelling with kids and plan to have them in the other room: it has its own entrance and balcony. We chose to put the suitcases and the ironing board in front of the doors so the kids wouldn't use those doors. We accidentally shut the suite door to their room one night and had to fob into their other door (pushing through all their luggage!). No big deal, but we had to wedge something in the door to remind ourselves not to shut it by accident.
The laundry set up was great. It's LOUD, but a load was done pretty quickly. We couldn't hear the nearby units, so we didn't feel bad running it.
It was not spotless. The baseboards were a little dirty, and everyone's feet were black by the end of the day. But the bathrooms and the kitchen were clean. The pullout couch was clean, and so were the beds. To me, that's what mattered.
There's no direct route to the pool, but by the second day, we figured it out. Keep in mind, you only get the pool "for free" from 9-10 am before the water park opens. It's not very warm either, but tolerable.
You can get detergent, sponges, soap, and dishwasher pods at the main office - no charge if you need them. And pool towels. They were decently sized, and we just popped them in the dryer each time we got back from the pool.
We did buy water, but the refrigerator has a filter.
We will definitely go back!
