Unwind and relax while staying at our freshly renovated, quiet, tropical paradise conveniently located only 10 minutes to Madeira Beach and 15 minutes to Indian Shores Beach. Guests will enjoy not only the proximity to the beach but easy access to a variety of restaurants, stores, and parks, including Lake Seminole Park and Tyrone Square Mall. Be sure to check out some of the local favorites like Da Sesto Italiano, Nine Spices Korean BBQ and Poke Island, all within walking distance to the home!

Comfortably sleeps 8 guests - Guests will have 1 King Bed, 2 Queen Beds and 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa.

The primary bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower featuring a shower head that changes colors as the water temperate changes – you’ve got to see this! Updated tiled bathroom with combination tub shower is located centrally between the other two bedrooms of the home.

Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video are included with Smart TVs in every room, just log on to your favorite streaming app with your credentials! Enjoy the 65-inch Smart TV in the living room, free Wi-Fi, and a designated workstation for the work from home traveler.

Enjoy the privacy of the large backyard while being surrounded by a private tropical garden with palm trees, green bushes and beautiful decal. Grill up your favorite food at the outdoor kitchen and listen to the relaxing sounds of nature on the back patio facing the pool and heated jacuzzi. The jacuzzi has a waterfall, LED lights, is heated and set at 85 degrees!

The kitchen is well equipped and includes pots and pans, a Keurig with coffee supplies, tea kettle, tea bags, Ninja, toaster, spices and more. You have full access to the washer and dryer, located in the garage. There is plenty of parking available in the long driveway and additional space on the side of the house to park your boat and electrical hookup for an RV!

Toiletries and towels are provided to guests to give a hotel feel and within a short ride you'll arrive at America's #1 Beach!

The property is located opposite a school, which contributes to increased traffic and noise levels. This detail was not disclosed in the listing. The grounds were extensively overgrown with weeds across the patio and surrounding areas. The hot tub was deemed unsafe for use due to being only partially filled, lacking headrests, exhibiting worn acrylic surfaces, leaking, and featuring a cover with rips and black mold. Cinder blocks were utilized as steps, and additional cinder blocks and pavers were scattered throughout the property, creating safety hazards and an unsightly appearance. The pool was missing its sunshade cover. The kitchen window shade was broken. The window in the middle bedroom was cracked and temporarily secured with a wooden stick; it lacked locks and could not be opened in case of an emergency. The handheld shower in the main bedroom was broken, whereas the overhead sprayer functioned but delivered only cold water. The thermostat was set in the high seventies and was non-adjustable, resulting in an excessively warm indoor temperature. The living room features a skylight without a cover, which increased indoor heat. Despite using a box fan for cooling, the interior temperature remained in the upper seventies even when the thermostat was set to sixty degrees. The garage was in poor condition, with peeling paint. The washing machine's cycle sounds were abnormal. There were additional issues; however, space constraints prevented further description.

Summer fun

We really enjoyed our stay here. I’m originally from St. Petersburg so it was nice to be back in the area for a few days. We found the house comfortable, well-equipped, and clean. The pool and hot tub were wonderful, and everyone enjoyed the foosball and hoop game! We found our drive time to the Madeira Beach area to be about 15 minutes, and just as anywhere else, traffic will have an impact on that. Overall this was an amazing stay!

We needed a house for my family and the house covered our needs. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and it is close tho the beaches. The pool and the jacuzzi were amazing. My kids enjoyed the basketball and soccer indoor games.

Awesome place!!!

We came to have a family vacation and to go to the Rays VS Cubs series. The house was perfect for our family. Everything you could possibly need was provided in the home. I would give a 10 star rating if I could!!!

Great Backyard and fun home!!

The host Phoebe was great at communicating the check-in information and when I asked about checkout process she said nothing needed to be done. Their cleaning people would handle it! That was great to hear. We still did make sure everything was clean and as close to what it was when we came. This house was awesome for our group of seven. The pool was cleaned the next morning after we got there by a company on a schedule and the temperature was set to a nice 85° The hot tub was a warm 104° Perfect for those cool nights! The grill had propane, and we cooked our burgers and hotdogs by the nice outdoor bar there with family. The pop shot and foosball did not disappoint and were highlights to some indoor fun! The beds are ok.bit squeaky. Rooms were great. Large tv in the family/living room!! We watched a couple movie there. The kitchen was awesome!! All the comforts of home for us! There were extra spices, salt, pepper, etc. left for us to use as well. That was nice! Also many pool towels!! I counted 8. Extra beach and lawn chairs in the garage that we pulled out to the backyard to use those were awesome. The backyard does not have much grass, mainly sand and pavers around the pool, which we did not mind at all definitely made us feel like we were in Florida! There is a school almost right across the street. We rented Fri night through Mon morning-no trouble with that. We were down For my mother’s memorial and this home helped us to have a great family weekend! Awesome home!!

This property was very clean. Inside is updated and very nice. Good amount of kitchen supplies. Could have used more bath towels. No instructions on how to use thermostat. Fan for cooling system ran nonstop, didn't know how to turn it off. Couldn't use garage door, not communicated. Backyard was not as the pictures showed. Pool itself was nice, yard was not landscaped and kind of dingy. Located near a school, neighborhood seemed nice. No check out instructions relayed other than check out time.

The perfect home away from home

This rental was Amazing and so was our host! Everything you could want or need was stocked and ready to go. My family and I have been renting vacation homes for many years and none have felt as much at home as we did in this one. We wanted for nothing from kitchen supplies to plush bedding and towels. Even really nice toilet paper, I mean the good stuff. The property was up to date, well maintained, and pet friendly which was so awesome. From the pool and hot tub outside to the open floor plan in the main rooms and kitchen there were plenty of great spaces to spend time together. I honestly can't say enough good things about this vacation rental and we definitely can't wait to go back!

Great family house

Stayed with my family and the kids had a great time swimming in the pool, lounging in the hot tub and playing basketball in the living room. We had some issues with internet the first night and Phoebe was very responsive and helpful.
