Luxury heated pool and hot tub vacation house

Spend your vacation in luxury! The hot tub and heated swimming pool are perfect for a family vacation or a couples' retreat. In winter we keep the pool temperature at 85 degrees. Enjoy the stylish furniture, a huge luxurious master suite with a large walk-in closet and work desk, a fully equipped kitchen and all the extras you would expect at the resorts. The living room features a 75’ TV! Short drive to Madeira Beach and Treasure Island. Small parties are allowed. A lot of parking space.

First stay here and I can say it may not be the last. Host was very up front with everything and checked in periodically by message to see if we needed anything and to fill us in on activities in the area. 65 was the normal temperature and the heated pool was warm enough to swim the whole time. Very clean place, and everything is there for you. Access to attractions is perfect. Fantastic stay.

I loved this place. It was great. I hadn't seen my 3 kids for about a year and it was nice to have them meet me in this place. My only complaint is that the hot water from the kitchen sink would not get hot. But other than that i would love to stay with you guys again. Probably for Christmas.

Great family getaway in a well equipped house conveniently located to all that St Pete has to offer.

We were thrilled with this property. Plenty of space for everyone. A beautiful patio, pool and hot tub in a screened in area. Grandkids had a blast in the pool! The house was well stocked with kitchen, pool and beach essentials. That was so helpful. Located in a very nice quiet neighborhood and close to popular area activities…beach was very close. Thanks for everything! We would love to return.

Quick, easy, and great stay

Had a quick two night stay and everything was as expected and more. The pool was a great temp, hot tub was awesome, and communication from our host was fantastic. Big time props to having extra garbage bags, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towel, etc etc. Anything we forgot magically appeared in one of the cabs or drawers. Highly recommend.

Great place!

In town for a wedding and this house was perfect for family of 4 (all adults). Host was very accessible and friendly. House was clean and cozy. Living room has nice large screen TV and there was also a shelf that had board games and cards. The 2 bedrooms was ample size for my adult sons and had their own TVs. The master suite was huge for this size house. I felt like it was a third of the total square footage of the house. The bedroom was huge with its own seating area. The bathroom area was just as large with ample space to walk around and a nice size walk in closet. I would rent this place again just for the master bedroom. The bathroom also has a door that goes out to the pool area. I don't remember if the pool was advertised as heated but it was definitely a nice warm temp seeing how the outside temps were in the 50s at night. But the absolute best spot was the hot tub. Used it each morning and night we were there to get ready/unwind for the day. I regretted not booking a 3rd night. I would absolutely stay here again should I find myself back in St Pete.

best place to stay in St. Petersburg

This lovely home was perfect for my 3 day stay in St. Petersburg. I enjoyed sunning in the private yard, swimming in the beautiful pool and relaxing in the hot tub. The master bedroom, bathroom and closet are spacious. The master shower is luxurious. I enjoyed stepping out to the pool from the master bath. The entire home is so tastefully decorated and comfortable. I found all of the dishes, utensils and pans in the kitchen I needed to cook. The kitchen appliances are new and the lighting there and throughout the home is excellent. . I used the grill outside of the pool to cook steaks. There is outdoor dining as well as an appealing dining room just off of the kitchen. The living room can seat a large number and the other two bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. There are large screen TVs in every bedroom and the living room. The small touches such as printed signs to ensure all know how to use the various faucets were appreciated. The neighborhood is quiet and centrally located. It was easy to get to a Walmart and a Sprouts and various wildlife/birding locations. The owner/property manager is an absolute gem and goes above and beyond to ensure the comfort of the guest(s). I highly recommend this property!

Pleasant Florida Getaway

Property was as described. Very clean. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub daily. It was a bonus to have beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towels to use. The neighborhood is older, but very quiet. The owner kept very good communication throughout our stay. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Comfortable and Cozy

This was a perfect venue for a small party to celebrate my daughter’s 54th birthday. The house was very clean and had all the basic utensils. Of course the pool was the highlight of the house! The location is an older established neighborhood that is quiet and peaceful. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there!

Vacation for two

The house was very clean and very nice. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The pool and hot tub are excellent as we swam during the day and night and were very comfortable. Great house, awesome pool and hot tub!

The house is clean, well-stocked, equidistant (~15 min) between downtown St. Pete on the bay side and the beaches on the Gulf side. Our family enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub every day, and especially at night! The host is extremely responsive, friendly, and kind. Certainly one of the best rentals we’ve had the pleasure of staying in!

Great stay in St. Pete!!

From the great communication to the wonderful accommodations, our stay here was perfect. All kinds of unexpected touches, from the fluffy towels, beach towels and beach chairs to the LOVELY pool and hot tub - a stay here will not disappoint! Quiet street, good location, a well stocked spice cabinet and kitchen and Keurig - it was an amazing stay for our group of four.

Stylish and clean home!

My family and I loved staying at this property. It was stylish, clean, and convenient for our girls trip. The location was a perfect middle ground for accessing the St Pete beaches and downtown Saint Petersburg. The owner was very kind and responsive. We loved using the hot tub and pool. I would definitely recommend this home to a friend.

Lovely Home

Overall, my husband and I enjoyed our stay at this property. Check in was fine and the property is exactly as described. It is very clean and organized. There is a supply of starter amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, garbage liners, and an array of other incidentals (body wash, shampoo, lotions, laundry detergent, etc.). All bath and beach towels are good quality. However, there were only four each. This was not an issue for me as it was the two of us; but if you are renting this property with more than four people, you may want to bring extra beach towels or ask the homeowner to provide more. The property is spacious. All the appliances are modern and very clean. The laundry area is off the kitchen and the washer & dryer are excellent. The drying rack and laundry basket were appreciated too. The three bedrooms have king beds. My husband and I only used the master bedroom and enjoyed the large space that included a large bathroom and walk in closet. The only negative aspect of this property would be the lack of beach chairs. They are not provided, which I found to be unusual as this location is in a beach town. I did not reach out to the owner inquiring about them because if they were on the property, I would have found them. The property is very accurate with many amenities, so I guessed the chairs were not part of the amenities. If I did miss where the beach chairs were located, I apologize. The downside for me was that I had to pay to rent chairs when we visited the beaches (which was most of my days that we were there). This property is located on a quiet residential area away from the hustle and bustle of tourists. Overall, it was a very relaxing home and I would recommend staying here.

Warm Vacation

We were so glad to escape the KY cold! The heated pool and hot tub were the exact fix we needed. The beach is a short drive away from the property but the ocean was still chilly. We were glad to return daily to swim and relax! I hope to return to this area in the future and definitely would rent this property again. The host was always in touch but not annoying in any way! Great get away!
