Luxurious, fully-equipped 5th floor condo with breathtaking Gulf & Bay views

The Sunrise Resort is a luxurious condo resort where you can enjoy a breathtaking sunrise over Boca Ciega Bay from your private balcony and stunning sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico from your sitting area just outside your door. The white sands of the Gulf of Mexico are about a 4 minute walk across the street.

At the resort, you can sunbathe by the large swimming pool, enjoy a cool dip or enjoy the hot tub. Many guests enjoy playing tennis/pickleball on the newly re-surfaced court, shuffleboard on one of two outdoor courts, spend time in the large gazebo area where you can barbeque on the available grills and enjoy your meal, or fish off of the expanded fishing dock. There is plenty to do at the Sunrise Resort or you can just sit on your balcony and enjoy the dolphin and manatee playing in the bay.

Exceptional restaurants, grocery stores and specialty shops are within walking distance, or you can use one of the free golf cart shuttles to get where you need to go. Busch Gardens is about an hour drive from the resort.

Unit 503 has been recently upgraded, nicely decorated and is fully equipped with new furniture, 3 Smart TV's, wireless internet, new appliances including stove, microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer, and full-size refrigerator. The towels, including beach towels, and linens are provided as are basic soaps and a hairdryer. Unit 503 also has reserved, covered parking near the lobby entrance.

NOTICE: There are limited accessible features available for disabled guests at the present time at the Sunrise Resort. These special features do not include rooms accessible to disabled guest(s) for rental. The association does not control the accessibility or rentals of the individual units.

Superior experience at sunrise resort unit 503

This superior property was very clean and very well maintained . The location was excellent for all facilities and surrounded in beautiful grounds with views over the pool and inland waterways and easy access to the wonderful beach.We found check in , communication, listing accuracy excellent .We had a fantastic holiday here and will be back .Highly recommend this property .

Cozy condo with fantastic owners

The condo was very comfortable, clean and in a great location. You get a beautiful sunrise on one side and sunset on the other. Its a very short walk across Gulf Blvd to the beach with resorts snd restaurants. Owner was a great communicator and provided a lot of recommendations. Best place on the beach to stay!

I have been coming here for years and will continue to do so. The property is just across the street from the beach while sitting on the bay so best of both worlds with water either way you look! The condo was just as pictured, with all the amenities you need. Clean, spacious, new appliances. Easy process to check in and check out. Ken was super nice and helpful, informative if you don't know the area too. Our flights got changed a week prior and we got in super early and Ken was nice enough to let us check in early instead of waiting until 4pm since the condo was ready. This was MUCH appreciated. Will be back next year for sure!

A fantastic property with everything you could need available to you

This property was everything we needed, great location, all brand new appliances, clean and fresh. Owner contact was excellent, again fast and efficient. This was my second stay at this property and i will definately be staying in apatment 503 again. Five stars plus for me and my family.

Friends Get Away!

We had a lovely experience in the condo! The owner went above and beyond with communicating prior to and during our stay while quickly responding to all our questions. The balcony view was amazing! Multiple mornings and evenings were spent enjoying the scenic view. The cleanliness was outstanding! The condo was equipped with everything that met our needs. The pool and surrounding areas were well kept. Many restaurants and stores were within walking distance as well as easy access to the beach. We will definitely return as well as share with others about our wonderful experience! Thanks for a terrific get away with friends.

"From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the stunning views from the balcony. The condo was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, providing a true home-away-from-home experience. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials, making it easy to whip up meals. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of exploring. Really awesome property

This property is in the most amazing spot. The views are absolutely amazing. Even though the listing and photos mention manatees, I assumed that was more of a once in a while, you’re lucky if you catch it occurrence but no! Manatees constantly hanging out right outside the building. The beach is just across the street. I worried upon booking that crossing the street may be a little dangerous but the owner assured me it was not. He was right - it was completely fine! There is a cross walk right outside the entrance to the property. Ken was amazing to deal with from start to finish. He answered my (many) questions promptly. He also was very accommodating when it came to check in and check out times. There are beach toys, beach chairs and fishing poles in the unit as well. The people at this property were unbelievably friendly and we had a great time hanging out around the pool with them. Everybody was very welcoming. This is a beautiful area with tons of things to do - or you can just relax and hang out. There are also tons of restaurants and ice cream shops. Don’t miss the sunsets either!! They are amazing. Would definitely recommend this unit!

Home away from home!

This property is awesome!! Not only the wonderful amenities Sunrise Resort has to offer, but the condo itself was like home away from home! It is very clean, comfortable and well stocked for fun with items such as books, games, beach chairs and fish poles. Want to eat in? We found everything we needed in the kitchen. The property is in a great location to the beach, shops and public transportation. Working with Ken was a breeze! Any questions or concerns we had, Ken responded very promptly! We would highly recommend this property to anyone and look forward to staying here again.
