Beautiful views. We watched the sunset every evening from our balcony. Nice, clean and spacious condo. The location of the pool right by our building was an amazing convenience. Very pleasant condo community.

Excellent Vacation Rental Just Awesome

Totally enjoyed our stay at Lands End. Check in with Resort Rentals was not customer friendly. After driving 14 hrs we just wanted to get to the condo. We were not sent a combination to access the condo. Had dead cell phone, no access to email or internet, Lady at Resort Rentals was rude and persistent about signing on to the portal. No phone, no internet, no portal access. You would think Resort Rentals would have a manual backup plan. Other than that, we had a beautiful time in St. Pete.

Great getaway at the beach with subpar bedding and linens

The good - a great place that was totally updated and had awesome Gulf views. The first day we arrived we were in awe of this place on how nice it was remodeled, and the wonderful views from the balcony. We were literally blown away and extremely excited to stay there. We thought it was paradise! Unfortunately, that all changed when we turned-in for the night. The bad - horrible bedding and linens in the bedrooms. The master bed was extremely hard/firm and made it almost impossible to sleep. The bed in the second bedroom was softer, but the bed linens were awful (pretty old) and really need replacing. There were four us adults that rented this unit for the week, and I don't think any of us got a good night's sleep. If you pay for a premium unit, it should have comfortable bedding and nice linens. Unfortunately, for us, this unit did not and we will not be staying in this unit again. We really enjoyed the location of the Lands End complex, but if we go back to that area again, and we probable will, we won't stay in this particular unit - unless we get a note from the owner that the bedding has been updated. Bottom line, this unit was nicely and recently remodeled, the views of the Gulf are awesome, but the bedding/linens was very subpar for a premium unit.

Perfect Beach Stay

This property is amazing! Beautiful gulf view, short walk across sand to the water, gorgeous, high-end furnishings and decor! Could not be cleaner- it is immaculate! This is definitely our new place to stay in the Treasure Island/St. Pete area! The pool and amenities are fantastic!

White sand beach was great for swimming & soaking in the sun during the day, then enjoying the stunning sunset at the end of the day.Gated property - felt very safe.Location Upside: Private & quiet at the end of the road - beach not crowded. Location Downside: Not walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Would recommend Land's End for a relaxing beach vacation.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location on the Gulf is prime. The resort has a wonderful boardwalk surrounding which is used by all. But there is little to do close by , just a tired pool and tennis. No fitness room, no restaurant and no stores within walking distance. Management is overwhelmed and confused with rental requests and gives out very conflicting messages. It seems that deals are made behind the scene that exclude direct approaches and render commitments invalid.

This Condo was BEAUTIFUL inside and out. We loved our stay!! This area is very relaxing and the ocean sounds are amazing. The condo was spotless...the parking garage was set up amazing lots of room for full size SUVs. We really enjoyed the high end appliances, everything you could ever need is inside of the unit.....the views of the sunset is AMAZING!! We hated to leave...Thank you for the wonderful vacation we needed it. The Humbertson family
