This property is located on the second floor of the building and is a 2 story unit – very private and spacious.

First level has 2 bedrooms, main living areas, kitchen and dining area.
The top floor has the Primary bedroom and a den, featuring a King bed and the best amenity this property could offer – a private terrace overlooking the beach! The primary bedroom is spacious with an ensuite bathroom. Off of the bedroom there is a den with a Full sleeper sofa and a TV.

The second bedroom has a Queen bed and the third bedroom has 2 Twin beds with a hallway bathroom and a tub/shower combo.

Very spacious unit with an open floor plan featuring 1900 square feet.

Living area has wonderful views of the Gulf and features comfortable furnishings and a flat screen TV. Dining area accommodates 6 guests. Fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and everything you will need to prepare breakfast or dinner.

Living room has access to a beachfront balcony with a view of the beautiful pool and the Gulf. Just come down your private staircase and in a few steps you are on the sand!

This is a perfect location in a nice, quiet and secluded area - while still being close to all of the best attractions and restaurants that Indian Rocks Beach and Clearwater Beach has to offer.

Important details:
This unit is not conducive to small children due to the spiral staircase.
No pets allowed in this property, no exceptions!
This is a small, quiet residential community, so no loud parties are allowed.
The pool is heated during cooler months.

Any reservation made under false pretenses will be subject to eviction and forfeiture of advance payment of rent and deposits.
