Pets require approval and the disclosed fees. The home is for sale: showings may occur from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., seven days a week, with notice when requests are received.

Pets are welcome with prior approval. Up to 2 pets are allowed. The pet fee is $140 for the first pet and an additional $100 for the second pet, per stay.

Please Note:

Starter supplies provided for 3-5 days. Additional supplies may be available on request, but aren't guaranteed.

FL climate means pests (ants, roaches, etc.) are possible. We'll assist promptly - refunds not offered for sightings.

Additional Notes:
- Please return all games and other items from the storage to their proper place after use. Do not leave them outside.
- After using the jacuzzi, please return the temperature to its original setting. Do not leave it heating unnecessarily.
- If you decorate for a birthday or special occasion, please remove all decorations and dispose of them before checkout.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire property and the exterior (front and backyard, drive way). The washer/dryer is free to use and WIFI is included in every stay.

Other things to note
Damage Waiver: Every reservation includes our Damage Waiver Program - you're covered for up to $500 in accidental damage during your stay. Just relax and enjoy your trip, knowing little mishaps are taken care of. (Note, this is not insurance and does not replace travel or liability insurance; this self-funded protection covers up to $500 in accidental damage to contents only; examples included linens, towels, and wine.

The home is regularly treated for pests. However, due to Florida's warm climate and proximity to the water, occasional pest sightings may occur despite routine treatments and do not necessarily indicate an infestation. Refunds or compensation will not be provided for occasional pest sightings.

Please note that certain circumstances beyond our control may occur during your stay, including severe weather, citywide power or internet outages, construction or noise outside the property, temporary amenity closures, utility or municipal repairs, or activities taking place on neighboring properties or units.
While we make every effort to ensure a comfortable stay and will assist whenever possible, these situations are outside of our control and are not considered property-related issues. As such, refunds, discounts, or compensation cannot be provided for any inconvenience resulting from these circumstances.

Pack 'n Plays must be requested in advance and are subject to availability. As these items are shared across our units, we kindly ask that you request one, at the time of booking to confirm availability. Please note that not all listings include them, so we recommend checking the amenities list or reaching out to our team in advance for confirmation.

PLEASE NOTE:
Additional supplies may be available upon request but are not guaranteed. If you run out, nearby stores are easily accessible. Towels are provided for approximately the first 2-3 days of your stay - please use the in-unit washer and dryer if available to refresh them. If your unit does not include laundry, on-site facilities may be available (fees may apply). For stays of 5 nights or longer, you may request replacement towels, subject to availability.

Please note that not all listings include laundry, so we recommend checking the amenities or reaching out to our team in advance to confirm.

- ITEMS LEFT BEHIND. If a guest leaves personal items behind and requests their return, they are responsible for a $25 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to left items once the guest has departed.
