Our large 4B/2B historic home can sleep up to 8 guests! New finishes and furnishings, a new washer/dryer, and an outdoor area perfect for the family! Grill in the backyard, play cornhole or ping pong, or foosball upstairs in the kids room! Walk or bike over to downtown - we provided the bikes for you! Pets welcome!

No refunds for insects, pests, or wildlife commonly found in Florida (e.g., ants, mosquitoes, palmetto bugs, lizards).



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire house and all the amenities.

PARKING: There is one car parking spot available at the back of the house.

TRASH can located on the driveway, please make sure to bag your trash and put in the trash can outside.



The Neighborhood:

The neighborhood is quiet & residential. You'll likely want a car for long distance stuff, though much is bikeable and we provide two bikes

Every reservation includes our Damage Waiver Program — you’re covered for up to $500 in accidental damage during your stay. Just relax and enjoy your trip knowing little mishaps are taken care of. (Note, this is not insurance and does not replace travel or liability insurance; this self-funded protection covering up to $500 in accidental damage to contents only. Examples included linens, towels, and wine glasses.)



PLEASE NOTE:

- Additional supplies may be available conditionally, but we cannot guarantee anything. If you run short, there are plenty of nearby stores to purchase more supplies!

🐜 While we regularly treat all of our homes for pests, it’s not uncommon to see pests because of the heat including cockroaches, ants, and spiders. Unfortunately, we don’t offer refunds for this, though we’re happy to come by as soon as possible if pests are spotted.
