Hello Sunshine – Heated Pool, Playground & Short Drive to Indian Rocks Beach

Hello Sunshine Home is a 3 bedroom/2 bathroom pool home that accommodates 9 guests. This vacation rental is bright & airy and has both a Florida vibe with some country charm. With the split floorplan, you have a vaulted ceiling with wood beams where the kids could hang out and watch TV, do some gaming, or play a game of FoosBall. This side of the home has 2 bedrooms and an entrance to the outdoor pool area. On the opposite side of the home is a 2nd living room, the master bedroom. The kitchen & dining area are open so everyone can see all that is going on. You can get to the pool by using 1 of 3 patio sliding doors and enjoy outdoor dining along with resort-style sitting. The backyard has a playground area and a hammock! Hello Sunshine has everything you need to stay in, make dinner, relax, and watch the kids wear themselves out. Getting to Indian Rocks Beach is just a few minute's drive where you can spread your toes in the white sands and use the provided beach equipment. Whether you choose to stay in or go out, this vacation rental provides everything you'll need for a great, relaxing getaway.

Kitchen: Stainless steel appliances such as ice/water refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, 4 slice toaster, farm style sink, both a drip coffee maker & Keurig, blender, mixer, and coffee station. Basic dishes and utensils are provided. Basic spices, cooking oil, and coffee filters and/or pods are not always available.

Dining Area: Dining table with 8 chairs to sit the whole family! The breakfast bar on the other end of the kitchen has 2 bar stools.

Living Room #1: Sectional sofa, 2 chairs, fireplace, TV, ceiling fan, and a FoosBall table.

Living Room #2: Sofa, 2 chairs, end table, TV, bench, and an entryway table.

Bedroom #1: King-size bed, daybed, 2 nightstands, TV, console table, ceiling fan, patio doors to the pool, and an en-suite bathroom.

Bathroom #1 (En-suite): Glass walk-in shower and double vanity. No tub.

Bedroom #2: Queen-size bed, 2 nightstands, dresser, TV, full-length mirror, and ceiling fan.

Bathroom #2: Tub/shower combination and double vanity sink.

Bedroom #3: A twin-over-twin bunk bed, full-size bed, dresser, and TV.

Laundry Room: Full-size washer and dryer with a sink.

Outdoors: Heated pool, resort-style sectional w/ ottoman, water toy chest, dining table with 8 chairs, 2 sun loungers, 3 ceiling fans, a pass-thru window, gas grill, playground, and hammock.

Beach Equipment: Provided for guests are 4 beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and a cooler.

Important Information

House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in a smoke remediation fee ranging from $200-$500 depending on the severity.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. Adhere to the local noise ordinances.
5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.

Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided.

Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.

Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request a pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.

Pool Heating: When the pool heater is turned on, the temperature is typically set to 85 degrees unless otherwise stated in the listing. Please understand that when outside temperatures reach 60 degrees or lower a pool heater cannot always heat the pool to temperature.

Parking: This property provides 2-3 parking spaces. No grass or street parking.

The surrounding local area has some great day trips: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, Children's Museums, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and downtown Disney are just two hours away.
