Perfect for relaxation, swimming, and exploring the Gulf Coast's ocean wildlife. Sleeps up to 12 with 8 beds: 2 Kings, 1 Queen, 1 Twin Bunk, and 1 Twin-over-Full-over-Twin Trundle.

The home features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with a total of 8 beds (2 Kings, 1 Queen, a Twin over Twin Bunk, and a Twin over Full Bunk with a pullout Twin Trundle Bed), comfortably sleeping up to 12 guests. It’s perfect for families or groups of friends to stay together and make lasting memories!

The kitchen is fully equipped, allowing you to cook your own meals or enjoy takeout from one of the many nearby restaurants.

Additional amenities include a heated pool (available for an additional charge), pool beer pong, and a screened-in lanai. There's plenty of parking, convenient on-site laundry, and a shaded outdoor space perfect for relaxing and enjoying the fresh Florida air.

You’ll also have access to a fire pit, BBQ grill, and beach towels provided for your use around the pool!

This home is equipped with outdoor security cameras as well as noise-detection hardware (which does not record audio) that monitors high noise levels.

Breaking any of the house rules—such as having unregistered guests, hosting parties, allowing unregistered pets, engaging in illegal activity, smoking indoors, or violating quiet hours —can and will result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation without a refund.

Neighbors are diligent in reporting any violations, so please be respectful of the property, the furnishings, quiet hours, and the neighbors to ensure a positive stay!

Please Note – House Rules
Respecting the space ensures a smooth and enjoyable stay. Violation of these rules may result in immediate cancellation without refund:

• Parties, events, and gatherings are strictly prohibited.
• Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM
• No open flames, candles, or matches
• No shoes inside the house – cleaning/replacement fees apply for stains
• Thermostat must be set between 69°F and 78°F
• Keep doors/windows closed to avoid pest entry (Florida is a tropical climate)

The check-in instructions will be sent to you a day before your arrival, so you'll have a clear guide to help with your check-in process. Similarly, the check-out instructions will be sent a day before your departure to ensure a smooth check-out.

If you need an early check-in or late check-out, please inform us ahead of time so we can check availability. Please note, this request is not guaranteed and depends on availability.

Breaking of any of the House Rules can and will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation with no refund. Please be respectful to the property and furnishings provided :)

-Primary Guest MUST BE PRESENT at Check-In
-No Parties Allowed ($500/day fee if broken)
-No Smoking on the property or inside whatsoever ($350/day fee if broken)
-No undisclosed animals or guests; additional fees/cleaning may apply ($100/day fee if broken)
-Check out by 10AM; late checkout will result in a $25 fee for every 30 minutes beyond 10AM
-No mailing packages to the house without prior written consent
-Quiet hours are between 10PM and 8AM
-Florida is a tropical climate - please do not leave doors/windows open to prevent unwanted pests from entry
-Thermostat must be set bet 68F and 78F to prevent damage to the A/C system.
-No Open Flames/Candles/Matches
-This is a no shoes house. All shoes must be taken off at entry. There are additional cleaning charges if stains are found and removable. Non-removable stains will result in replacement fee of the damaged item.

Other Penalties Include:
-Stolen/Stained Towels/Linens
-Excessive Cleaning Fee if trash is left on the ground or dirty dishes not put in dishwasher
-Broken or damaged items/furniture
