Stue med skinnsofa, spisestue og fullt utstyrt oppdatert kjøkken med nye apparater i rustfritt stål, benkeplater i granitt, to soverom - to fulle bad. Privat balkong utenfor stuen og soverommet med full utsikt over bukten og bassenget. Et perfekt sted å se på delfiner, sjøfugler og nydelige solnedganger over vannet og horisonten som tar pusten fra deg. Stor LCD-kabel-TV-vegg montert i stuen og alle soverom. Datamaskin med gratis WIFI internettilgang. Vaskemaskin / tørketrommel i leiligheten. 2 tildelte dekket parkeringsplasser. Denne ferieutleien har tilgang til lokalt treningsstudio uten kostnad. Eier ber om røyking. 7 natt minimum året rundt. SENESTE OPPDATERINGER: Flisegulv i stue, spisestue og mesterrom, oppdatert / forstørret dusj i mesterbad og nye rustfrie stålapparater.

We had a nice stay. Condo unit and common areas of the property are well maintained. Perfect location and the condo even had beach chairs. The rental company was friendly and easy to deal with. Only negative was the pool heat wasn’t working so the water was very cold.

Hamilton House 303 was an amazing home away from home vacation spot. The beautiful sunsets, ocean front view and security features of this condo made my wife and I start to seriously consider purchasing a beach front condo in the area. We will return.

Beach vacation

We had a lovely stay. The property is beautiful! Only drawback was that we had to check in late due to flight change and pick up keys at a different condo location. Would 100% stay there again. Location can't be beat. Beautiful view!

Perfect beach getaway!

This condo has it all! Direct access to the beautiful ocean, a pool and all the comforts of home, including a washer and dryer. We enjoyed waking up and taking walks on the beach, enjoyed watching sunsets from our deck. The condo is located in the center of beautiful Indian Rocks Beach with restaurants, bakeries, and shops all within walking distance. A grocery store is located in the next town over, about a 10 min drive. The condo has covered parking spots. We can't wait to return!

Amazing Vacation spot

Perfect beach vacation

Perfect place right on beach! Beach not crowded. Several restaurants and Ice cream with in walking distance. Covered parking spot was nice. Grounds well kept! Check in was a breeze. Lady was super helpful! It absolutely was the perfect place to stay! We will definitely be back!!!

Fairly nice place and location

The check in process at the Sandollar was not too far out of the way lady that checked me in was full of information. Wonderful job when we got to the resort. Nice place nice view the pool was nice and clean every day well taken care of the grounds, the grass was nice Views were beautiful spectacular right on the beach. The only negative that I have is they need to update the furniture for the under sides of the furniture. Every time you would sit down pieces of the fabric are falling apart. Other than that everything you would need for the beach is located in the closet. A couple of the beach chairs are more recliners/beds because they don’t set up anymore but there was two decent ones. Overall, I would recommend this place and I would stay there again.

The property was more run down than expected by the pics. Deferred maintenance overall with few upgrades like the shower system. Door to the elevator lobby rarely locked so security was minimal. Gate to pool and beach didn't lock either so it makes it public access. Not worth the cost

Uncomfortable beds

The beds were very uncomfortable. You need new mattresses as the ones in the condo have seen better days. The location to get additional trash bags was very inconvenient. Front door did not close properly. Beach towels and chairs provided were wonderful.

Beach Getaway

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed staying here! We had a rough start to our vacation with our flights, and was needing to check in late, so the management accommodated us without any hesitation! The place was very nice and had everything we needed to stay there. Very good location, right on the beach with just steps until your toes are in the sand! The condo was very clean upon arrival, and we were very satisfied with our stay at the Hamilton House in Indian Rocks Beach!

Great location. My only suggestion would be to add grab bars in the showers for both bathrooms. The floors of the showers are slippery, especially the one with the tub. The walk-in shower was fabulous for mom who uses a walker. But regardless of a walker or not, grab bars make a nice secure addition. The décor in the condo is beautiful! First morning for coffee I realized the coffee pot did not work. So I called the office, and housekeeping happened to be there and she offered to bring us a brand new coffee pot on the fly! You saved our vacation! She said, "It's what we're here for."

Exactly what we needed!

We absolutely loved this condo location. Close to restaurants, grocery, ice cream and shops. Also, the views from the 3rd floor balcony were spectacular. We enjoyed beach time and pool time and even down time on the balcony. We saw dolphin daily, pods of fish and birds galore. We will definitely be back. Easy to fly in and plenty of Uber/Lyft rides within minutes. No need to waste extra money on car rental.

Awesome place!!!!

The apartment is clean and contains all the necessary things. The greatest delight for us was the view from the living room and bedroom. Large balcony where you can eat breakfast and drink a cup of coffee. Check in and out was easy and no problem. A beautiful place to rest, I recommend it.

Excellent view, however condo needs some tlc

We'd like to start by saying how spectacular the view was from this condo. The location of this condo was excellent as well. We were so excited to stay here and did have a nice time enjoying the beach and the lovely restaurants in the area. If you are planning on staying here you may want to bring your own bath towels and kitchen towels for more ease and comfort. Entry mats, kitchen and bathroom mats would have made this condo more comfortable as well. We gave the rating we did because there was definitely maintenance that needed to be done as well as the condo not being as clean as we had hoped. There was a brown stain on the sheets, mold on the vents, patio floor was filthy and we found a dirty bandaid in the master shower upon arrival just to name a few of our cleaning concerns. We also noticed some other issues which were voiced to the management as well including a broken toilet seat lid, broken vertical blinds and a chunk of cement missing from the outdoor area. Another main issue we had was, as we do understand all condos need maintenance we would have appreciated notice prior to workers coming into our condo. I walked into our condo from the beach one afternoon with my small child, and 3 men who I did not know, were standing in the middle of my condo. This was very startling and honestly unacceptable. This is not the way to make your guests feel safe and secure. I immediately attempted to reach the management however nobody answered. I also left a message which no one returned and finally reached somebody 2 days later. They were very apologetic and assured me this would not happened again during our stay however several days later a pest control service entered our condo without prior notice. Another annoyance was the washing machine was ridiculously loud. Literally sounded like a train coming through our condo during the spin cycle. The view is truly spectacular and we did enjoy many sunsets and watching amazing storms from it. A few evenings on the balcony were cut short by people smoking around us especially the people smoking Marijuana in the condo below us. This is not something our condo management can regulate but just giving an honest account of our stay.

Great place for a relaxing vacation

The condo was nice and in a great location. The balcony looking out to the ocean was so nice. Was great to just walk a few steps to either the pool or the beach. Not any kitchen paper products, like paper towels. We had an issue with a TV but called and someone came to fix it for us very promptly. We hope to visit again soon!
