🎨 THE ENTRY
Step through the front door and you're already somewhere. A custom surf-and-mermaid mural anchors the foyer — the first sign this isn't your average beach rental.

🕹️ THE BUNK ROOM
A full-over-full bunk with a twin pullout trundle sleeps up to three — full-size beds, not narrow bunks. This room has its own wing with a dedicated hall bath directly across (tub/shower combo, sandpiper tile art), so whoever's in here is completely self-contained from the rest of the group. Two full-size arcade cabinets: NBA Jam in 4-player mode and a Legends Ultimate CE-HD with 500+ built-in games. The wallpaper is unapologetically fun — but the beds are genuinely comfortable for adults, so this room gets claimed just as often by friends on a group trip as by kids. Nobody asks to switch.

🍳 THE LIVING AREA & KITCHEN
Wide, bright, and facing the Gulf. The 70" Roku TV is mounted above the fireplace — positioned so you can watch it and the water at the same time. Two oceanfront balconies open from this space. The kitchen is stocked to a level that will genuinely surprise you: full-size refrigerator, electric stove, dishwasher, microwave, air fryer, slow cooker, waffle iron, rice cooker, electric kettle — plus every pot, pan, and utensil for a real multi-day meal rotation. In-unit washer and dryer, detergent included.

Two dedicated spots, both labeled 4B — one covered under the building, one uncovered out front. Please use only your assigned spots out of respect for neighbors; no RVs or oversized vehicles.

🔑 ACCESS & HOUSE RULES
Self check-in at 4:00 PM via smart lock — your entry details arrive with your arrival instructions, so there's no key pickup. Check-out is 10:00 AM. This is a 2nd-floor unit with two flights of stairs and no elevator — please keep that in mind for anyone with mobility considerations. Quiet hours 11 PM–7 AM (please be mindful of the neighbors in the building, especially the unit directly below). No smoking anywhere on the property. No parties or events. Max occupancy 7, strictly enforced. Guests must be 25+. Up to 2 dogs welcome (under 30 lbs each, $250 non-refundable fee per dog); per county ordinance, dogs are not allowed on the beach. A $500 refundable security deposit is required (additional deposit for 1-night stays). For your privacy and security, there is a single exterior camera at the entry — exterior only, none inside the home or on the balconies/rooftop.
