Comfortable Stay

The property was very clean upon arrival. The beds were comfortable. MBR would benefit from a celling fan being installed. We appreciated that we could adjust the A/C temperature as needed. We couldn't find the blanket for the king bed. It was later found in the washer, still wet.

Nice Property

The property was clean and nicely decorated. Well stocked with incidentals and everything you would need for a stay. Many positive attributes. The negatives were that the neighbors on either side had a lot of "outdoor activity." Also, the back and side yard / deck areas were not mowed or kept up, so we did no use what could have been a nice relaxing space.

Great Weekend

My wife and I had a great weekend, everything was as promised. The location is close enough to the beach to get there easily and quickly but not so close that you are stuck in the beach traffic as soon as you leave the house. This is a great feature especially on a holiday weekend.

Great place but listing is incorrect

Great location and a beautiful place. But, the listing says there is a hot tub, but when we got to the place, there was not one. That was the main reason we rented this location so it felt like we were lead on. Other than that it is a really nice place.

Warm, welcoming getaway

This is a tidy, cozy home with everything guests need to make their stay comfortable. There was a small glitch with receiving arrival info ( no fault on either side) and the hosts responded in a timely manner to quickly resolve the issue.

Smelled like dog urine.

Smell like dog urine. Did not know this was a pet friendly rental. I usually book with no pets allowed. If you are allergic to pets do not book. Location is dark and scary. Neighbor was always standing in front of drive way when we pulled up. I do not recommend at all.

Conveniently located bungalow

Conveniently located in the heart of Largo. The host was generous with goodies in the fridge and cupboards. The above ground pool was in the process of being cleaned so we could not use it during our stay. Not a dealbreaker because we went to the beach for an event which was our primary reason for staying. Overall, we were pleased with the accommodations.

Kid and Pup Approved, a Comfy Homebase for all of Our Vacation Adventures!

The house was wonderful! The pool is great, there is a skimmer to use for when the trees drop leaves in it and a little vacuum in case it gets dirty from kids jumping in and out. The beds are so comfy and the back yard is perfect for hanging out. It is a residential area so the neighbors can be a bit loud on the weekend..but that should be expected! Its one of the reasons we felt so comfortable and not worried if the kids or pup would disturb anyone. Less than 5min from Walmart, super close to Largo Central Park and the Largo Nature Preserve (the park is pet friendly, the Preserve isn't but is a nice walk). Great restaurants all around in case you dont want to cook, a charcoal and a gas grill plus a full kitchen if you do. They even have dog bowls in case you forget your pup's. Sand toys for the kiddos, beach blanket and umbrella, a cooler..they really thought of everything and it shows! Absolutely recommend. An hour drive(less than 40mi) to DeSoto State Park, less than 20min to Clearwater and Indian Rocks beaches, right at 30min to Madeira Beach(check out the Alligator and Wildlife Discovery Center and Johns Pass Boardwalk). Thank you for the beautiful and comfy home base so we could explore!

This place was so beautiful and amazing in every aspect. The owner is very understanding, nice, & helpful at all times also responds quickly. Overall love this place & recommend it 100%! For sure will be back with my family to this beautiful home.

Ambience Perfection

The property is very cozy and felt like home. Everything is updated, new, and very easy to use. The beds are so soft and felt sleeping on clouds. We enjoyed our stay and wished we could’ve stayed longer.

Great Stay Close to Everything!

This property was great and super convenient to lots of attractions and local foods. We were excited that it had a pool, but it hadn't been cleaned so we weren't able to use it. That was really the only bummer.

I would not recommend staying here...

Unfortunately the place isn't as advertised. Night one we found ants all over the bathroom, decided to brush it off hoping things wouldn't get worse. Then we discovered how dirty the pool was, it was totally unusable, sides/bottom were covered in scum & the top wasn't cleaned off at all. Asked the host to have it cleaned & was told her pool maintenance guy didn't have time to come clean it for us? So that was a bust considering the pool was the entire reason we booked this place. The neighbors blast music every single day/night making it impossible to relax. & to top it all off we discovered the place had a rodent problem... We literally heard rats scratching around in the ceiling while trying to sleep.. even sent a video of a rat to the owner to which she dragged us along for days acting as if she'd address it. Then when she finally was supposed to get it taken care of she told us we should leave because she can't fix the problem in a day. Had we known she would drag that out for days just to tell us to leave we would've never continued staying here in the first place. We lost so much money here because we stayed hoping she would help us but she didn't. We tried to give her the benefit of the doubt but instead ended up wasting days of our trip staying somewhere we were 100% uncomfortable & then ending up having to pay an outrageous amount of money for a last minute hotel. I'm not usually a person to write a bad review but I just really want to warn others so no one else has to experience this. Also, VRBO forced me to revise my review so it didn't seem as bad as it actually was.. so I guess that explains why there are only good reviews shown on here.

Wonderful Spring Break Getawayy

The property was great for our family with pool for lounging and outdoor grill area. The indoor space worked well for us as well. Within 15 minutes of Indian Rocks Beach. Sand Key State Park was the best find with easy parking. Pier 69 had great fishing and at $20/person affordable. The outdoor space could use a little maintenence as there were a few tripping hazards we cleaned up upon arrival. The neighbors played music every night we were there.

Wonderful vacation

This home is located in a perfect location. We go to the area every year for the past six years and usually stay right on the beach. This year we had two dogs so we decided to try a house this time for privacy and a fenced in yard. Very close drive to beaches but had the privacy we needed. The dogs enjoyed the yard. We enjoyed having privacy and our own pool which worked out great for us because there was red tide at the beginning of our stay and we were able to cool down without having to spend the day at the gulf.
