SOOOO CHARMING!!!

Cozy and Comfy
The Sweet was so cozy and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet. We were still close enough to the beach and restaurants without having to deal with the noise all night. We will definitely stay here again.

Wedding weekend

Spotless and Welcoming!
All aspects of my stay met or exceeded my expectations. The space was super clean and thoughtfully appointed. The hosts were available and immediately responsive to questions. The location was perfect and in a quiet neighborhood that was a 15 minute walk to the beach and easy drive to great restaurants and retail. I will definitely book again!

Cutest little place
The Sweet is perfect for two! My daughter and I came down from Alabama for a family visit and some R&R. Mrs. James was a fantastic hostess and very responsive, if I had questions. The walls were adorned with manatees (my favorite!) and mermaids. Everything was very clean and tidy. The house is centrally located in Largo, very easy to navigate to and from. Super big bonus:washer and dryer!! It’s great to be able to get your clothes clean before heading home!

Studio Sized Suite
Very cute property and extremely comfortable. Great advantage to have access to a washer and dryer. Loved the beach vibe of this neighborhood and it's inviting colors. Very close to beaches that have free parking or main parking lot with low parking prices. We were able to park at, timing is everything. Great restaurants close by with a variety of price points. In general all beaches is the bay area are accessible from this property. We cooked in one evening and all we needed was the food, everything else was in the kitchen.

Great little spot plus great location.
Great studio living place with kitchen. All updated super clean and fresh. Personal parking spot. Plenty cold AC and hot water for a shower. Shared washer/dryer pantry very handy to wash items. Right across the bridge quick walk or jog to IRB. Great communication with host. Would stay again. Quite neighborhood. Highly recommend.

Very Clean and Comfortable
Another wonderful stay with Lynne and Jeff at a different location. Very clean, safe and comfortable place to stay. Walk to the beach and visit the Turtle Nature Park nearby. Will stay again.

Excellent Accomodation
Very well equipped Quiet location Perfect for a couple Walking distance to IRB and other POI including Sun Coast Trolley which gives access to Clearwater and St Pete’s ($5 day pass). A great place to stay while in Florida!

Great location. Cozy retreat
With only a brief stay in the area over the holidays. Lynn was lovely and a very good communicator. I didn't take advantage of all the attention to details they provided as I was gone for most of the day, but the property offers you all of your daily wants for anyone who wants to feel more at home.

Wonderful stay and wonderful host!
We had an amazing stay at the Sweet. Everything was clean and the studio was the perfect size for two people! I appreciated being tucked away in the back, affording us our own fire pit and sense of privacy! Amenities included a mini fridge, toaster oven, microwave, washer & dryer, wifi, and TV! The A/C was cool even in the summer heat and humidity. I appreciated having a ceiling fan, which is less common than one might think in rentals. What really got me was the thoughtfulness put into the bathroom vanity kits. There were new toothbrushes still in packaging, individual toothpaste gel packets, deodorant wipes, individually wrapped flossing picks, perfume, makeup wipes, cotton wipes, q-tips, body soap, and shampoo & conditioner. Truly anything you’d forgotten was taken care of. Our host was communicative regardless of the time of day, and a bottle of wine was left for us when we arrived. Loved having a truly relaxing stay in a beautiful place!

The Sweet was just as "sweet" as advertised!
1. Was very clean. An important factor for me and my husband. 2. Had all the amenities you could possibly need. 3. Was close to shopping and walking distance to restaurants and the beach. But if you have to carry stuff it is a kinda long walk. Very short drive though. 4. We loved the yard! And Lynne's rum cake was delicious!

Perfect Stay
The Sweet was a perfect place to stay when visiting my parents. It was roomy and clean and had everything we needed. We loved it! It is just a mile to the beach, so it's always nice to walk there for some exercise. It's close to grocery stores and restaurants. Lynne was great to work with and we will definitely stay here again!

The Perfect Sweet
This was the best stay imagined! It was perfectly cleaned. It had everything you could ever need besides having to buy grocery’s! For the price you’re getting a million dollar location! We looked up many places to go and they’re all within a 30 minute drive! FYI go to Fort De Soto Park! It’s so beautiful there (there’s a $1 toll and a 0.75 cent toll so have quarters). Then you can enjoy watching the sunset every single night with the 5 minute drive! Lynnee response so quickly to any questions you may have! The stay was absolutely perfect!
