The Space:

The gentle hum of the neighborhood blends with the distant rhythm of the Gulf, setting a relaxed pace for your stay. Step onto the screened‑in tiki patio where a warm breeze brushes past the outdoor dining table, perfect for evening meals under the stars. Whether you’re planning a quiet staycation or a beach‑side adventure, the home feels like a calm harbor between moments of exploration.



Sleeping arrangements

Three bedrooms comfortably host up to seven guests. The primary bedroom features a king bed and an en‑suite bathroom. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, while the third bedroom provides two single beds. A twin air mattress adds a flexible sleeping option when needed. A second full bathroom is located off the hallway for easy access.



Living areas

The open living room showcases comfy seating and tropical ocean‑inspired décor, creating a welcoming spot to relax after a day outdoors. A smart TV and high‑speed Wi‑Fi keep you connected and entertained, while the adjacent open‑concept dining area offers space for shared meals or planning the day ahead.



Kitchen & dining

A large full kitchen equipped with stainless‑steel appliances and kitchen essentials lets you prepare meals at your own pace. Everything you need is within reach, from cooking simple breakfasts to whipping up local favorites to enjoy inside or on the patio.



Outdoor living

The pool and screened‑in tiki patio are designed for relaxed outdoor dining in Florida’s warm, season‑neutral climate. Beyond the patio, a fully fenced backyard includes lounge seating and a fire pit, providing a cozy setting for unhurried evenings. Beach essentials are provided, making it easy to head toward the shoreline whenever you’re ready.



Amenities

Washer and dryer, bathroom essentials, bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, and room‑darkening shades ensure comfort for longer stays. Air conditioning, heating, and home safety essentials are included. Guests enjoy a private entrance, free parking for up to four vehicles, and additional free street parking. Self‑check‑in with a smart lock adds flexibility for arrivals. The property is pet‑friendly.



Neighborhood

Set in a quiet residential area, the home offers easy access to shopping, restaurants, and the vibrant downtown of Largo. The beaches of Clearwater and Sand Key are just a short drive away, and nearby attractions provide plenty of options for both relaxed downtime and local exploration.



Getting Around:

Having a vehicle is the best way to get around. Up to (3) cars may park in the driveway and (2) on the street.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
