The Space:

Soft coastal light filters through the living room as you settle onto the comfy sofa, and the gentle hum of a Florida breeze drifts in from the screened‑in tiki patio. Evenings stretch out calmly under the warm sky, the pool glimmering nearby and the fire pit ready for quiet conversation. You’ll feel the relaxed rhythm of Largo the moment you step onto the private entrance, a perfect balance of indoor comfort and outdoor ease.



Sleeping arrangements

Three bedrooms accommodate up to seven guests. The primary bedroom features a king bed and an en‑suite bathroom. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, while the third bedroom provides two single beds. A twin air mattress is available for an extra guest, and a second full bathroom sits off the hallway for convenient access.



Living areas

The open living room invites you to unwind with tropical‑inspired décor and comfortable seating. A Smart TV and high‑speed Wi‑Fi keep you connected, while the open‑concept dining space makes it easy to share meals or plan the day ahead.



Kitchen & dining

A spacious kitchen equipped with stainless‑steel appliances and kitchen essentials lets you prepare meals at your own pace. The layout keeps everything within reach, whether you’re cooking a simple breakfast or bringing home fresh catches to enjoy on the patio.



Outdoor living

Step onto the screened‑in tiki patio for relaxed outdoor dining, then dip into the inviting pool whenever the weather calls. The fully fenced backyard offers lounge seating and a fire pit, creating a cozy spot for unhurried evenings. Beach essentials are provided, making it simple to head toward the nearby shoreline.



Amenities

You’ll find washer and dryer, bathroom essentials, fresh linens, extra pillows and blankets, and room‑darkening shades for a comfortable stay. Air conditioning, heating, and home safety essentials are included, along with free parking for up to four vehicles and additional street parking. Self‑check‑in with a smart lock adds flexibility, and the home is pet‑friendly.



Neighborhood

Nestled in a quiet residential area, the home provides easy access to shopping, restaurants, and downtown Largo. The beaches of Clearwater and Sand Key are just a short drive away, as are local attractions that let you blend peaceful downtime with exploration.



Getting Around:

Having a vehicle is the best way to get around. Up to (3) cars may park in the driveway and (2) on the street.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $250 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (maximum $100 total), which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
