The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a washer and dryer inside the condo for your convenience. There is free Wifi and a free Long Distance to the US, Canada, Mexico, and Puerto Rico. The condo property has a heated swimming pool and a gas grill. This unit has an assigned undercover parking spot. Oceanway is a non-smoking property. Smoking is not allowed in the units, on the balconies, or in the pool area. Free Perks include day-use bicycles and DVD movies.

Separate check-in location: Before going to the condo, guests must check in at the Plumlee Vacation Rental office at 411 2nd Street in Indian Rocks Beach. Your welcome packet will include your unit access information, parking pass, Wi-Fi details and arrival instructions. The reservation holder must sign the vacation rental agreement and present a government-issued photo ID and credit card.

Late and Sunday arrivals: Guests arriving after 5:30 p.m. or on Sunday may retrieve their welcome packet from the orange lockbox at the rental office. The reservation holder must complete check-in at the office on the next business day.

Additional guest perks: Complimentary weekday beach-cruiser bicycles are available from the Plumlee office. The office also offers complimentary oversized parking for boats and RV trailers.

Beach chairs, umbrellas and oversized beach towels are available to rent at check-in; current pricing is available from the rental office.
