Holiday Villas in Indian Shores offers a relaxing vacation rental directly on the beach.
Located at 19610 Gulf blvd. in the heart of Pinellas County Gulf beaches, this oceanfront condominium is recognized for its intimacy, charm, and direct private access to the white sand beaches of the Gulf. The beach is literally steps away!

Apartment 305 has been beautifully updated. Located on the 3rd floor, a spacious 1,300 sq ft. unit decorated and furnish, with a cozy costal style that does not lack sophistication. With self-check in (keypad entry), guest enjoys easy access to the condo, with1 building elevator, and two stairways. 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, tile floors, luxury vinyl flooring, surface granite counter tops, full kitchen and bar counter. Master bedroom with king bed , large flat screen smart tv, and private bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 full beds, and large flat screen smart tv and a 3rd bedroom with a queen size bed and large flat screen smart tv.
All bedrooms are equipped with a similar set of amenities.

Kitchen includes all major appliances, and is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, etc. The dining room provides seating for 8-10 comfortably. Living room boast a large 72 inch smart flat screen tv with Wi-Fi and cable is included. A comfortable sofa with a pull out bed is also included for your convivence. If there was a lack of entertainment, a full size foosball table, and board games are included for your enjoyment. COMPLIMENTARY USE OF BEACH TOYS, CHAIRS, COOLER, UMBRELLA AND MORE!!!

This condo has all the comforts of home directly on the beach with views of the intercoastal waterway. Relax and watch the boats cruise by. Convenient trash shoots and coin laundry room on all floor levels makes leisure living possible. Keyless entry allows guest private access to the beach, pool, and unit. Fresh water is offered at beach entrance for easy rinse off. Enjoy Florida living at it's best after the beach by the pool. The heated pool is located on ground level with loungers and umbrellas, with a guest pool restroom. The large pool area is the place to be sunbathing, swimming, or just relaxing. Feel free to enjoy the charcoal grills located opposite side of the pool. Ground level includes 1 assign guest parking space, and limited free first come first serve spaces. Additional city pay and park spaces are available right across the street.

Surrounding Area Activities-
Indian Shore Beach is just a 10-minute ride on the beach trolley to John's Pass Village, a large marina, shopping and dining complex that offers a variety of water sports rentals, dolphin-watching or sunset cruises. Ten minutes to the north, you'll find another marina and a variety of shops and restaurants at Clearwater Beach, also home to the Clearwater Aquarium. Enjoy fresh local seafood at the award-winning Salt Rock Grill and mini golf at Smugglers Cove (both walking distant). Or casual eateries like Keegan’s and Guppy’s, watch the sun set over cocktails at The Pub or stop by the iconic Lighthouse Donuts for a quick snack, all just minutes away! Conveniently located near Tampa International and St. Petersburg-Clearwater Airports.

Please refrain from smoking (vaping, cigarette, marijuana) inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.

★ NO BALCONY ★
This unit does not have a balcony, but boast large ceiling to floor windows for your intercoastal waterway views.

★ NO BEACH VIEW ★
This condo has all the comforts of home directly on the beach with views of the intercoastal waterway. There are NO beach/ocean views from inside of the unit. But do have views of the intercoastal waterway. Relax and watch the boats cruise by.

Wonderful vacation!! Everything was exactly as listed. Plenty of beach chairs and towels. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare meals and great restaurants near by. Young was an excellent host. We will definitely stay here again.

Perfect beach getaway.

Clean and comfortable with easy access to the beach, pool, and trolley for excursions to nearby Clearwater and Indian Rocks Beach. This unit is steps away from the elevator and laundry facilities, too. We appreciated the extra interior space that comes with not having a balcony- the patio was close by for quiet evenings beachside. Yung’s food recommendations were spot on, too.

Birthday Celebration

This condo was absolutely perfect for a long weekend away to celebrate a 60th birthday! We loved that the condo was directly on the beach as that is what we did each day. Plenty of chairs & beach towels. Alot of good restaurants in the area & close to a Publix for getting breakfast & lunch items. We enjoyed our stay & will definitely keep in mind if we go back to that area.

We truly enjoyed our vacation. The property owner kept us well informed and was so nice to us. The location was perfect, the condo was super nice and clean and it had everything you would need to enjoy the beach. I highly recommend this property.

Loved our time there

We traveled with 3 kids - a 4 year old, and 15 month old twins, as well as my mother who is in her 70s. We all had a fantastic stay at Yung’s place!Yung had everything we needed for a laid back stay, including beach toys and chairs, and added kid perks like swim diapers, coloring supplies, and was so kind to even accommodate a second high chair and pack-and-play for our two infants. I really enjoyed the Keurig for easy morning coffee, which was another nice perk!Being on the beach was spectacular. The sand was white and fine, it was soft and pleasant to play in for our kids. The sun was warm and we enjoyed searching for shells in the water. The water was borderline too cold (we went in February), but that didn’t stop us or our 4 year old from going in for 30 minutes at a time! The beach was shallow enough very far out, and the waves were minimal being in the gulf - this actually was the perfect set up for our 4 year old to be mostly independent in the water and shoreline with her life vest on!I will say the unit gets sandy/dirty on the floor easily being right on the beach. This made for some dusky baby legs and hands crawling around on it our first day there, and when we shared this with Yung she actually came the next day to steam mop the tiles so we would have a clean slate for our week. She was so thoughtful and accommodating for our entire stay, it made for a relaxing and stress-free vacation.

Amazing Place for Families

Our family had such a relaxing stay! The condo was clean, updated and provided all the amenities we needed! The beach was steps away, making it easy for us to run up for lunch, or grab something we forgot. The sunsets were beautiful and the overall views were amazing! Although we weren't oceanfront, the condo is conveniently located next to the elevator and laundry room. I had an 11 yr old and 13 yr old who loved the Foosball table and pool. The host was so nice and quick to respond if we had questions. I would definitely bring my family back here again!

a great Spring Break stay!

We just returned from our first visit to Indian Shores. It was the best trip & we loved the area. I traveled with my husband, 12 year old son, 14 year old daughter, & our daughter's friend. The 3 bedroom setup was perfect for our trip because the girls got their own beds, in their own bedroom & our son had his own bedroom too. The condo is not facing the beach & does not have a balcony, but we were ok with that. We actually liked watching the street view & liked that we could see the pool from the window. The pictures are completely accurate.The condo is decorated so nicely. The owner was so quick to answer any questions I asked & checked in on us while we were there. We flew in, so I had asked the owner prior to our trip about beach towels & chairs since I didn't want to pack those. Here are some things that were in the condo that were more than helpful:-beach chairs (I think 7 total-they were great for all of us except 6'2" husband)-beach toys/buckets-plastic beach bag to transport toys, buckets, etc-beach umbrella-cooler-so many beach towels-we didn't even use them all-so many bath towels-also didn't use them all-any kitchen appliance you could ever need-any kitchen utensil you could ever need-paper products (toilet paper & paper towels) were stocked-dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher detergent-shampoo, conditioner, body wash dispensers in showers I took an Uber to Walmart grocery. Putt Putt & French Bakery is walking distance, Beach Trolley stop across street

Great Condo on the beach

This property was very clean! We are a family of 7 and slept comfortably. Kitchen is fully equipped for making meals and stocked with essentials like salt and pepper. There is beach chairs and toys for use along with tons of beach towels. The only down side is there isn’t a porch and laundry is coin (we knew this before booking). Would definitely stay again.

Great beach condo in a great location!

I stayed here with my Dad, brother and son for a golf vacation. We weren't sure where to stay (hotel, VRBO near Tampa, etc) but decided on this condo right on the beach at Indian Shores. We were glad we did. It was a great location and although we had some driving to do to get to our golf courses, it was worth it to come back to such a nice place! Although the condo doesn't face the beach, it is a short walk to get there. We caught a few sunsets, played some mini golf and found some great places to eat while we were in town. Two things to note - if you plan to do laundry, bring some quarters. There are coin operated communal washers and dryers for the floor outside of the unit. Also you can sometimes hear people at the elevator outside of the two rooms towards the front of the condo. The owner provided some "white noise" makers in both rooms and it really wasn't an issue for us. Still 5 stars and we'd absolutely stay again if we come back!

Nice short family stay

We started for a long weekend and this was the perfect (and affordable) place to stay. We enjoyed the beach and local restaurants. The place was clean, comfortable, and felt casual enough that our kids weren’t going to disturb the other families staying here. The only downside was something mentioned in the description— there is no balcony which means no place to sit for fresh air. But the affordability was a good trade off. We would stay here again for a short trip to the beach!

Wonderful Experience

So glad we found this Condo!! The beds were very comfortable and we had plenty of towels and beach items. The heated pool was very clean, the pool furniture and pool bathroom looked brand new. The beach was beautiful and this is a grear location!!

Great vacation home

We loved everything about the condo. Perfect for families. Great location. Lots of items provided - towels, linens, paper products, dishes, toys, etc etc. Beach access was very easy. Pool was great. We used the grills with provided charcoal. Overall a great getaway.
