There are four bedrooms spread across this home. The master bedroom has a king bed, while the second bedroom has a queen bed. The two remaining bedrooms have a full-over-full bunk bed in each. Every bedroom is masterfully designed to carry the tropical circus theme throughout!

This home has two full bathrooms. The first bathroom has a sink, toilet, and walk-in shower only, while the second bathroom has a sink, toilet, and shower/tub combo.

☆☆ KITCHEN & DINING ☆☆
The kitchen is bright & open, with new, stainless steel appliances (including a coffee station with a Keurig & coffee pods). This space opens up on both sides to the rest of the main living areas.

Right across from the kitchen is the formal dining room, with enough seating to comfortably accommodate 12 (plus a breakfast nook).

As you walk into the home, you'll be greeted with the living room. This space is beautifully crafted to reflect the beach-circus theme that is vibrant throughout the entire home. You'll be amazed by the big sectional couch, additional seating, and a smart TV. A great, cozy space for movie nights with your family & friends!

Right across from the rest of the main living area is the first game room, equipped with a pool table, smart TV, and more seating options. This space is truly one of the centerpieces of the home.

The garage has been converted into a second game room, with even more games and an additional space to hang out! Ping pong, foosball, arcade games and some additional seating makes this game room a great addition to the rest of the entertainment you'll find in this home!

Even the breakfast nook doubles as some more entertainment! The hard-top table in this nook can be removed to reveal a poker table, with enough seating for 5!

We are pet-friendly! Pet fee is $50 per pet, per night, max of 4 pets.

Pool heating: We charge $100 for pool heating and will pre-heat the pool to 85 degrees. However, outdoor weather can affect the pool temperature, and in colder conditions, the heaters may not raise the water significantly above the ambient air temperature.

From December through February, pool heaters will be turned on at no additional charge.

This property includes security features, such as Schlage smart locks and Ring floodlight cameras, for your safety and peace of mind.

Smoking: Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home or on the property. A violation of this policy will result in a minimum $250 fine to cover deep cleaning and odor removal.

Do Not Rent! I rented this property for a long weekend while hosting my daughter and her two young children who were visiting from out of town. I live in Clearwater and wanted some extra space for our family. Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing due to several serious issues with cleanliness and maintenance.Upon arrival, I noticed a cockroach in one of the rooms. At first, I brushed it off, but then continued to see more throughout the stay. The host explained they were “palmetto bugs,” but as a Florida resident, I know the difference. These were cockroaches.Later that evening, I pulled back the bed covers and found hair on the sheets, clearly indicating they had not been washed. When I contacted the host, they did apologize and provided me with the code to access clean linens so I could change the bed myself.The next day, while making lemonade for my family, I discovered that the strainer on the faucet was full of mold. Unfortunately, we had already consumed the lemonade made from that water. I had to throw it all out. The host later brought us a water pitcher and roach spray, but these are basic issues that should not have occurred in the first place.For the amount of money charged, the property was not clean, and the experience was more stressful than enjoyable. Between the cockroaches, dirty bedding, and mold in the water source, this home did not provide a safe or sanitary environment for my family. While the host attempted to address issues after the

A wonderful place to stay.

This was a wonderful place to stay. The host was so very helpful! We all enjoyed the pool, games, and the close proximity to the beach. The neighbors were all very friendly.

Fun/playful ambiance. Great space & comfortable.

We had 6 adults with room to spare. The house was clean with nice linens & a well equipped kitchen. Offers gathering areas but has plenty of space to spread out. Pool was great and we enjoyed a fire. The host was attentive and responsive and easy to communicate with. Liked the hands off trash collection.

Beautiful Property for Vacation!!

My friends and I stayed here for 2 nights and loved the property!! The decor and lighting was very aesthetic and exactly what we were looking for! The host is very helpful and responds to messages quickly! I would definitely book again!!

You get what you see in pictures

The location of the house is in a community and is a short drive to restaurants and Publix grocery store. We opted to drive to Pier 60 which took about 20 minutes (well worth the drive). We had a minor issue with the AC. I messaged the property manager and they were quick to respond. A maintenance person was onsite within a few hours and addressed the issue. Even purchased new fans to help cool while the troubleshoot the issue.

Fun family times

Great atmosphere! Lots of things to do at the house. Lots of indoor games and indoor. The only drawback is the stream service issue so we couldn’t watch March Madness . I did reached out to the property manager but didn’t hear back regarding this matter. Other than that, excellent place to stay.

Loved our stay here!

This house caught my eye because of the adorable theme and aesthetic. It did not disappoint in person! The neighborhood was great along with the privacy of the house and outdoor pool area. It is a safe area that was close to all of the stores and restaurants in the city. We were a group of 6 girls and found this house to be the perfect weekend getaway for us. The designs make the mood of the house so fun along with all of the games and activities there are. We paid extra for the pool to be heated and were pleased that it was the perfect temperature upon arrival and into the next day. The host Sabrina was very responsive, informative and accommodating to our needs. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a fun, safe and clean place to stay at!

Beautiful Gathering Spot for Families: House really is as cute as advertised.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Each room had comfy beds with fun themes in each bedroom. The house was as pictured with lots of activities and games for family and friends to play. The house was easy to locate, and check in was easy. The heated pool was worth the $100 add on in the middle of winter. The fire pit was fun for a post dinner hang out, and each child in our party fell in love with a different game at the home. We had a few minor issues with a battery sensor on the back door beeping uncontrollably, and a delay on the property manager's response. However, we were able to remedy the issue. This house is worth the money paid, and really a great place for friends and family to gather. We hope to visit again soon. Things we did notice with having children: there are a lot of remotes in the home, so it is easy to misplace the remote to a bedroom light. As a result, be careful with making sure kids don't misplace the remotes otherwise the light in your bedroom will not turn off. It would be fun to have bikes as a part of the property as well, since there are so many bike trails close by. Beach essentials: this rental knocks it out the park. There are beach chairs, a beach wagon, and beach toys, with a bag for gathering shells. The shower in the main bedroom could use a shower shelf for toiletries. There were a few dishes that appeared to have not been fully cleaned in the dishwasher. However, everything else was clean and a great place to visit.
