(Vil du ha en Gulffront? Sjekk ut min andre eiendom 3967660). Enten aircondition har 8 personer komfortabelt. Kjøkken og bad ble oppdatert, nylig flislagt de viktigste boområdene.
    Enheten inneholder en helt ny vaskemaskin og tørketrommel i full størrelse, gratis. Det er en stor parkeringsplass foran bygningen, med 2 plasser tilgjengelig, gratis for leietakere.

    Gratis å ringe hvor som helst i USA! En innebygd sikkerhetssikker plassert i master suite.
    På en privat strand, privat basseng og spa, privat fiskebrygge, privat piknik og grillplass skaper det perfekte paradis.

Family getaway!

My family & I really enjoyed our stay! The condo was clean, and description was accurate! We had a blast, owner was easy to contact and answered any questions in a timely manner! Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a beach stay! Great location, right on the beach, nice size pool & hotub and elevator access.

Family Vacation

The property worked great for our family vacation. The condo had plenty of beach items for use which was an added bonus. We had some issues with a key and the owner solved the problem quickly for us. Overall a great stay.

Rental unit needs some maintenance, bathroom sink leaks, toilets were not properly flushing, air filter was dirty, dishwasher not empty, an old light broken(not used), key pad did not light up. Host was slow to respond to issues with parking pass. Made it stressful for renters.

Sand Dollar Getaway

Cindy was absolutely amazing! We checked in on Memorial day weekend and the rental company forgot our wrist bands for the property. By the time realized the company was closed for the long weekend - Cindy called me personally and let us use her personal stash - Thank you so much!! The condo was spacious and easily accommodated our family of 5. Extra beach towels and toys for the sand was a definite plus! Highly recommend this property as well as the owner 🌊

Not clean, spare bedroom, television didn’t work. Both bathroom sinks leaked the spare bedroom twin beds were disgusting. The pillows were stained and smelled. The noise was such a disturbance with the construction underneath. Thought we were going to be able to look right at the ocean instead we were looking Down gulf Boulevard. My sisters had stayed in other beach. There were giving a 10% discount back because of the inconvenience of parking and noise. The deck was dirty and never chairs were all rusty except two otherwise we had to put towels over them to sit in them. Would not recommend this to anyone we made it through the three weeks you can say we had no choice. The price was so over what everyone else paid.

Family vacation. The location of the property was perfect! The beach was well supervised and clean. Loved the cool and lighter brown/white sand. The condo’s pool was kept clean daily and nice. The condo itself was nice for this location, a little outdated, a few spots were missed in cleaning, spiderwebs and dust, not huge deal. The rooms were spacious, but one room did not have a ceiling fan or ceiling lights. The remotes for the lights in the other two rooms and living room, seemed to work off of the same circuit. You would turn off or on the light and it would work opposite down the hall or living room. Only a small table light, in the twin bed room. It was equipped for the beach. It was equipped for dishes, however we had to go buy bathroom shampoo and wash. We had to buy garbage bags, etc. Condo has 1 elevator for all floors, so slow. We also had trouble with condo lobby lock and codes. It was not only us. It was other visitors as well. They had to end up, taping off the main door to the lobby.Overall it was worth it and would probably stay again.

Beautiful Condo

This was our family's first visit to the Indian Shores area and won't be our last. We stayed in Cindy's condo for two weeks and our weather was absolutely perfect! The condo was very spacious for our family of six and is beautifully decorated. We enjoyed the beautiful views of both the Intercoastal and the Gulf, and watching the boats as they traveled up and down the Intercoastal. We loved our morning walks on the beach and watching the many Florida birds. The bird sanctuary is just within walking distance and that was a must see for us bird lovers. A little smelly but it was worth it. During the day the balcony is in the shade which I loved and late in the day we enjoyed watching the sunsets which were breathtaking. We also enjoyed going out on the private pier to watch sunsets, fishermen, and dolphins. We also saw dolphins swimming in the Intercoastal! The property is well maintained and very clean. If we weren't swimming in the Gulf, we were pool side using both pool and hot tub. A few times we used the grills outside which was a nice change instead of eating out every night. The property manager was very helpful and friendly and check in went smoothly. If you need to use a printer, the Sand Dollar doesn't allow you to use theirs but a quick run down to the property manager's office and I was able to use theirs. What I liked most about the area was that it wasn't as crowded as Clearwater, Indian Rocks Beach, and Treasure Island can be. It was very convenient to get to local grocery stores, attractions, and restaurants. I would definitely recommend Cindy's condo. Thank you Cindy for letting us vacation in your condo. We all had a great time and we'll be back in the future!

Beautiful beach, great location.

We were very happy with our stay here. The condo is spacious and has everything you need for a wonderful beach vacation. The beach was not crowded and is very easy to get to. We enjoyed it very much!

Family Spring Break

Pros: The condo unit was exactly as described. Very spacious, lots of room for the 7 of us to enjoy. Comfortable beds and living room furniture. Great Location. Beach was literally right past the pool. Not too crowded. Balcony had plenty of furniture and you could see both the ocean and the intercoastal from your perch on the 5th floor. You can rent beach lounger/cabanas. Lots of parking. Cons: The elevator. Not only is it super slow but it is small and cramped. Wish there were more dishes. Not enough bowls for everyone. Could really use a keyless door. Sounds like there used to be one and it broke. Hard to share keys for 7 for the condo unit, bathroom by the pool and staircase. Not enough chairs by the pool. If you don't get down early you will not get a chair. People would "reserve" 8 chairs for their group and only 2 were at the pool, no idea where the rest of their group was maybe the beach. There were multiple groups that did this.

The perfect getaway

The condo is superb, clean and comfortably furnished, with plenty of room. The amenities are great, we enjoyed the pier, pool and hot tub and long walks on the beach. The location can’t be beat, away from the hustle and bustle, but still close to attractions. We’ll definitely be back.

Great place

we had a wonderful family vacation. Condo itself was so nice and comfortable. . Sand Dollar itself could do some upgrades to extremely slow elevator and not needing a key or code for pool, beach gate(that barely works) and a key for the pool bathroom. Indian Shores is wonderful and we made some great memories

Family Vacay

We took a family vacation for the first time in 10 years. We have a blended family now, and had the best time even if we were in the middle of RED TIDE. We weren't able to get on the beach but one day, that didn't stop us from going to the pool and still enjoying our time together. We laughed, played and enjoyed ourselves the entire time. We definitely will be back. Great location to everything.

Wonderful vacation!

The condo is very large. Plenty of room for a large family. Very well stocked with beach chairs, towels and toys! Plenty of comfortable seating for everyone. The property owners were very accommodating and easy to work with! I would definitely stay there again!! The Adkins family

Enjoyed the property and views

Loved the location on the beach and pool. We had 7 guest including two 22 year Olds, two 19 year olds and an 18 year old. The space in the living room and bedrooms were perfect. Loved the morning coffee on the patio. To improve the stay it would have been nice to have enough dish soap to hand wash some dishes and an extra roll of toilet paper for each bathroom. Only what was on the roll is provided. The dryer was not working upon arrival. The property management took 24 hours to respond back. Fortunately my husband is talented knowing how to fix the dryer spending about 1 hour of our vacation. A small token credit was offered for the inconvenience. We were surprised at all the beach chairs and umbrellas available to use. That was wonderful! Also the property did have some beach towels available. Overall great location and enjoyed the stay.
