This immaculate newly-updated home is located in Rustic Pines -- a quiet neighborhood just a 5-minute drive to Indian Rocks Beach and 12 minutes to Johns Pass Maderia beach. 1 hour and 30 minutes from Magic Kingdom. 43 minutes from Busch Gardens and only 10 miles to Clearwater Beach. Private backyard with a heated pool (in winter months) and luscious landscaping. Walking distance to groceries, shopping, dining, entertainment, and parks with trails. Every effort has been made to make your vacation memorable!

The Space:

This beautifully-decorated pool house is prepared with all the essentials needed to make you feel at home. The home features a large driveway, 2-car garage, super private fenced-in backyard with a pool (inquire on heating cost), screened-in patio with lots of seating and a propane BBQ grill. Guests have access to the entire house offering 3 bedrooms with TVs in each room, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room with a pull-out sofa and smart TV, dining room with a large dining table, breakfast nook, office space, fully-equipped kitchen, and a washer & dryer in the garage. Complimentary Pack'n'Play available.

The house has everything you need. Great layout for family, plenty of seating and dining space. The pool and backyard are great. Comfy beds and plenty of towels and blankets. Loved the beach chairs and kids beach toys to use during our stay.

House is ok. Furniture is starting to show some wear and could use upgrading. Twin mattresses in 3rd bedroom REALLY need replacing or at a minimum some thick memory foam toppers.

Beautiful home

Beautiful home. Exactly as advertised. No issues. Everything worked out well except we got two days of rain and cooler than average temperatures outside. The heated pool was nice for our teenager and young adult children to use.

Great Pool and Beach Vacation

This house was great for our group. The children ages 7 and 9 loved the pool as did the adults. They swam often. There are pool toys and beach towels. The house has a large screened in porch with a table that when swimmers were hungry they could eat and not have to go in the air conditioning. This house is conveniently located between Clearwater and St. Pete's with many beaches to explore in-between. Also grocery stores are just a short distance away. We were able to park our car in the garage. We were there 4 days and the kids were wanting more! We recommend the Little Toot II dolphin cruise in Clearwater to the north and the St. John's Pass and Boardwark and shops to the south. If we return to this area, we will rent this house again.

House is perfectly located, close to beaches and downtown. Host has provided all that’s needed for an extended stay. Comfortable and quiet neighborhood. Excellent private pool!

Checked all the boxes

The home is located in a very suburban feel type of neighborhood. Everything you need is a 5 min drive away, including the beach which made this stay that much more pleasant. The home itself was perfect for what we needed, a place for our family to unwind in privacy and comfort. Couldn’t recommend it enough, and if we find ourselves back in Tampa I’ll be sure to stay here again.

Pluses: good location to beach and restaurants Central to Clearwater and St Pete Quiet neighborhood except for screeching birds in the morning! Quick response by owner to any issues Cons: older home so slow hot water, weak water pressure, towels don’t dry so have to keep washing them every day

Holiday getaway

We brought our granddaughters to Florida to explore the parks at Walt Disney. The location was ideal for us and allowed easy beach access as well. We loved the home and plan to return.

Wonderful Florida base camp

We were very active during our stay with this property, and it was both a welcome haven during our rest and recovery times, and just in spending time together (3 generations of family, together). It was easy to communicate with Keith, we were given good instructions and help, and the house was all that we hoped it would be. Would definitely recommend and consider a future stay if we came back to the area. Thanks!

Stay in Seminole

Found this little gem in Seminole for the month of august. My parents and I really enjoyed our stay. Keith is an excellent host, and really made sure our stay was comfortable. Highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a nice house in a good neighborhood.

Great location

We had a great time at this property. Pool was nice size and warm. Home was nice and well maintained. The kitchen might need a few more cooking supplies and an updated coffee machine but all in all a good stay. The location of this property is what makes it a gem. So close to all surrounding beaches. We drove to Clearwater, Madeira, and Indian shores all with no problem. No shortage of stores close by either. There’s a few Publix, cvs, dollar tree and Walmart just minutes away. The host was easy to reach and communicated fast. Would stay here again and would definitely recommend.

Great beach trip

Our family of four had a great stay at Keith’s place. The house was very clean and well stocked with plenty of towels as well as the usual amenities. The pool was clean and in good condition, and we enjoyed the screened-in patio. The location of the house was conveniently close to nearby public beaches and the route into town as well. We would stay again.

Cute house, we didn't have a car so we relied on Uber/Taxis - not recommended. Difficult to find a driver at this location and uber was unreliable. So we didn't get to explore much.

Perfect Modern 60s vibe for a beach stay!

This house has so many pros—really cute decor, very comfy beds and pillows, an INCREDIBLE screened patio and outdoor pool, all with an updated 60s vibe that has you very close to Reddington Beach and also the Publix. We had a wonderful stay! The only suggestions I could make are that this home would benefit from a few more plates/cups/kitchenware for the number of people that the house accommodates—and maybe more towels. The fridge and microwave could also use updating, but only to match the rest of the newly renovated kitchen—which is gorgeous. The garage space is immaculately clean with four beach chairs and a beach wagon. Finally, the owner is very kind and responsive. When I told him we replaced the tank on the gas grill, he reimbursed us immediately. Would definitely stay here again.

Quiet neighborhood near everything

Loved the house it was perfect for our family of 4. It was a short drive to the nearest beach and just a little bit further to clear water beach and treasure island. It's nestled in between many touristy destinations and allowed us to jump Around the gulf coast seeing different areas each day. It's not a short walk to the beach you have to drive, but if you don't mind the drive it's a good location. The owner Keith was quick to respond to any questions we had. The only thing I wish there was more of was towels, dish and bath. But there was plenty of everything else.

Enjoyed our stay!

We had a comfortable and lovely stay at Keith’s place. It ended up being the perfect layout for our family. It was clean and well-stocked. Keith answered my questions promptly. Perfect family vacation home!

This house is PERFECT for families. The pool was a huge hit with both adults and kids. The house had an amazing layout. It was fully stocked with everything we needed and in a great, family friendly community. Keith was very responsive to any questions we had and we were even able to extend our stay 1 day when our flight got changed. I would recommend to anyone and will be looking into coming back.

Truly a Coastal Oasis!

Everything about this property was exactly as promised in the listing and the photos just don't do it justice - it is a beautiful oasis in a quiet neighborhood. The house is tastefully decorated (like a model home) and spacious enough that we all had our own spaces to retreat to. The location is close to everything - beaches, shopping, restaurants - but far enough away so you don't have to be in the middle of the hustle and bustle. My family isn't an "all day at the beach" family so it was great to be able to quickly get to the beach, stay for awhile, then retreat to the privacy of our own backyard pool. I can't think of any negatives for this property and we would certainly love to stay here again in the future. Book this one and I promise you won't be disappointed.

Exceeded expectations

This property was immaculate when we arrived, which was of great importance to us. We keep our home clean and don’t care to stay in rentals that don’t. This home exceeded our expectations and was a great place to get away and relax. The screened porch was a super place to enjoy with our family and we had many meals out on it. My only suggestion would be to add some more large serving bowls, storage containers, and a few medium size sauce pans to the kitchen inventory. Other than that suggestion I would gladly stay here again.

Quiet neighborhood, good host

Overall experience went very well. It was my wife and I with our 2 year old and our friends with their 8 month old. We wanted something pretty quiet. I had read that there wasn’t many options for cooking equipment so we went to Publix and bought some pans, spices, sprays, etc. We left these for others because you can’t have a house for the week without utensils. I would shop at the Publix. It’s fine. If you want a good butcher shop be prepared to do some driving. The grill was nice to have on hand. We left a cast iron skillet as well. Buy bottles of water. Don’t use the fridge The house is small with a decent size common room in the middle of 3 bedrooms. The towels are all old and small. We also bought and left a laundry detergent jug so we could do laundry during the week. That was helpful with 2 year olds. The pool is good for kids. 1 small deep end with a 4’ area for most of the pool and some steps the kids can walk around on. I would stop at Walmart or Something similar and buy some pool toys if you’re bringing kids. Rafts, etc. I think they had 1 noodle and a small tube? For reference: - Starbucks is 6 mins away - Publix is 1 min away - 10-12 mins for best beach access. (Park by the ice cream Shop in the small pay for parking lot) - I wouldn’t order any food close but instead PLAN AHEAD for when you’re headed home from the beach or Elsewhere. You’re in a true neighborhood. Not a beach area. And give yourself 30-45 minues for the food. - Clearwater beach is 25-35 mins away. We rented a Yukon XL for the week and it was pretty annoying that the neighbor across the street had his drag car trailer parked directly at the end of the driveway most of the week. The girls weren’t able to pull in and out of the driveway without some help. When he finally moved it we had a NHRA style muscle car event during kids nap time which was less than ideal. This was a one time instance though that lasted 20-30 minutes. Not bad for an entire week. Overall the property gets a B- for the reasons listed above. If you want to stay somewhere quiet and away from others this is your place. Plan accordingly with groceries, etc. I would check the house to see what is missing before you go shop.
