Beautiful 2nd fl. condo with balcony, across the street from the beach.

Beautiful secluded 2nd floor condo with a balcony for your pleasure. There is another condo below it, both recently completely remodeled with a full kitchen and granite countertops. Parking is right in front marked as unit B. Iconic restaurants and lounges, great coffee/bakery shop just across the street, including the famous Mahuffers bar literally few steps away. Mini golf with live alligators is just a block and a half down the road. You can catch a trolley right up front, and visit Clearwater Beach to the north, St. Pete beach to the south, and many other beaches in between. Also, John's Pass is to the south with lots of stores and restaurants, and other attractions. There is a secluded patio in the back with a new gas grill, tables and chairs for your use. The beach wagon with folding chairs, umbrella, and kids toys are under the staircase and are there for your use as well. We welcome you with a complementary bottle of wine located in the wine rack. We have coconut trees, palm trees, the beach is across the street just 600 feet away, and plenty of Florida sunshine.

Wonderful Beach Experience

Indian Shores Gem

Host was very accommodating. Place was across the street from the beach and a great coffee shop steps away for morning coffee and breakfast. Would highly recommend this place. Beach chairs, coolers and beach wagon all came in really handy.

Indian Shores

Great location! Very clean and comfortable across from the Beach access! All the essentials! There’s a very very loud dive bar with live music across the street until 2:00 AM every night but there’s an amazing restaurant “Salt Rock” just 50 steps away!!! I really enjoyed the stay!

If I had more time.

The condo is a little hidden gem. At first glance, the outside looked plain and was along a row of older homes but inside, the place was nicely updated and comfortable. It was clean, had all the comforts of home as one might need on vacation and the bed was comfortable. Walking to the beautiful beach was as easy as down the street and across the roadway. Laundry was convenient as was the outside rinse shower. You do need to climb stairs and if I had to think of one very minor issue that wasn't for me, it was hearing music from the nearby bar. It wasn't all the time; some music was good and from inside the condo it was very muted. If you had the tv on I'd say you wouldn't hear the outside music. I would stay here again, and I would recommend the condo to others. Thanks for my short stay.

End Of Summer Mini-vaca

The home was beautiful and clean. Short walk to beach access at 193 and local coffee shop. What I wish I knew before the laundry facility is coin operated, and no outside hose/spigot to rise off sand before entering property. This location and cute property would be perfect for a couple (young or older) looking to relax.

Perfect Spot

This place is perfect for a couple! Short walk to the beach, Salt Rock and Muhaffers. Definitely need transportation to get groceries or other restaurants. Property manager great guy and available whenever you need him. Would definitely book again!

The property is really well presented inside and out. Everything we needed as a couple. Great for parking and beach access. All the beach equipment and trolley available. Washing machine and dryer downstairs, coin operated which was really useful. Greg was really friendly and helpful, as were the other guests in neighbouring rentals. Accommodation was really clean and had everything you would need. TV and Wi-Fi were brilliant. Lovely balcony to sit out on. Definitely a gem in Indian shores.

Excellent location and amenities. A few minor fixes would make it a 5 star experience. EG. Outdoor furniture needed cleaning. The outside table area in the back needed some attention.There needed to be some additional pillow choices. Nothing to do with politics we have always found My Pillow products to be uncomfortable for us. The bed comforter while clean, was pretty tired looking. Nonetheless we would rent the place again

Indian Rocks Beach Stay

The location is great! Just a short walk to the beach, coffee shop, and an excellent restaurant. The pictures and description listed are very accurate. Loved the kitchen with nice appliances and granite countertops. It was very well stocked. The shower was great. The bed in the bedroom was adequate. Sleeper sofa was typical type bed and not all that comfortable. There was a nice gas grill that we used and beach chairs. Gregg was super nice and attentive to our needs. We will definitely be back!

Perfect VRBO!

This was my first time staying in a VRBO! I was hesitant if the pictures would align with what actually was….and what you see in the pictures is exactly what you get. Clean, cozy, comforts of home. The kitchen has every appliance and utensil you could imagine. The host was very attentive to any question. Literally a five minute walk to the beach. Lots of place to eat and a grocery store five minutes away. Host provided beach towels, chairs, tent and a beach wagon. We didn’t need to bring anything. We will be staying here again! Very pleased!

Perfect location with walking distance to the beach and a bar.

We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely return! Everything was clean, there were all of the appliances we could've needed. Beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, a wagon to pull it all in, coffee maker, washing machine, and a dryer. Also, the kitchen had everything that you need if you wanted to cook. The beach was one of the best ones I have seen before. The communication with the host was very efficient, he answered really quickly and was very helpful. Additionaly the price was adequate for the conditions. To summarize if you want to spend a good time at the beach, this is the place. Highly recommended!
