Located just south of Indian Rocks Beach, Indian Shores is a small, 19-block beach community with a friendly atmosphere and brilliant sunsets. Make sure to visit the Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary, Splash Harbour Water Park, and great local seafood restaurants.



Inside you’ll find a spacious layout with all the comforts of home. Whip up delicious dishes in the sparkling full kitchen, configured with generous counter space and all you need for home-cooked meals. Kick back in the open living area or unwind in the privacy of your primary suite!

Due to on site construction & improvements, the balcony is not available for use & the sliding doors are covered for safety, causing a very limited view & minimal natural light in the unit. In addition, the pool is unavailable Monday through Friday from 8 am to 4 pm, but is open for use after 4pm & all day on Saturdays & Sundays. The pool deck is available to lay out during closure hours, but the pool is not open for use. Improvements are expected to be completed in April.

Whole week was nothing but noise starting at 8am. Building under construction. Pool closed and only open on weekends. Listing doesn’t state that. Balcony was blocked off. Listing stated that. Which wasn’t a big deal to us. Fees were ridiculous. Way too much for the noise and inconveniences. If you’re looking to relax, this is not the unit for you. Condo itself had everything needed to cook and enjoy the week. WiFi wasn’t great but worked. This unit needs to be more like 100.00 a night until it’s all up and running and quiet again. Suggestion to put bathroom by the pool bc I can assure you kids aren’t going up to the 7th floor to pee, when they can just do it in the pool. Not one kid exited the pool for the restroom. Probably more likely if they had one poolside. As an adult, I felt it inconvenient to have to go upstairs everytime I had to pee. Imagine how kids would feel.

The offering was completely inaccurate. The entire building was under construction. The pool was closed and covered. Construction noise was loud throughout the day. Our ‘promised’ gulf view balcony did not exist… the balcony was closed off from the inside of the sliding door. Trying to look outside was impossible. The elevator hadn’t worked and my husband is handicapped . Construction equipment was everywhere. I was shocked and stunned that we were not informed prior to our arrival.

There was maintenance on the building, the view had a big piece of plywood over it. The building was replacing all of the cement balconies. There was banging and jack hammers noise all day in the condo. Pool was closed due to construction, open at 4pm. The pool heater is broken and we were not aware. The A/C rattled in master when it was on. No parking spot. Had to park across the street. The furniture in the unit was outdoor patio furniture that after 10 minutes started to slip off beneath you. Some of this was disclosed to us after we booked and paid. Of course they offered to give us a full refund, however, there was nothing to rent by then on our same dates by the time we were made aware, so unless we took the 300, we were pretty much screwed. They only offered 15% discount that came to about 300. This building should NOT be on VRBO!!!!!!! Period! So disgusted with the greed of some owners.

Excellent

Home away from home is an understatement. This condo was very clean. Had everything you needed…. And then some! Beach chairs, beach towels and umbrella. Extra bath towels, blankets, toiletries… and the beds and pillows were comfy. Kitchen extremely well stocked. Being able to cook and having that ocean view was priceless. The balcony and patio furniture was clean and comfy as well. Our stay here was wonderful! Thank you for sharing it with us. We will definitely be back.

Nice condo.

We stayed for 2 weeks. We had some issues getting into the condo. Key code did't work. Finally got someone via text to give us lock box code. On hold to phone line, never got a person. So the next AM had to get ahold of someone to give us a correct code.... The condo was clean, full kitchen. My husband said they need new nonstick pans! Comple x still was recovering from the hurricane. No pool open, but ok due large nice beach. Downside,was no place to rinse sand. Overall a good place right on the beach. Beasand.givethat

Beautiful view

The beach was amazing, the view spectacular from the balcony. The building needed some updates m. The condo was wonderful with the exception of outlets for devices and the internet was hit and miss. The condo was stocked with all the essentials for cooking and bathing. We enjoyed our stay.

Clean, spacious, quiet. Great views of Gulf without all the business of the city. Well priced and would book it again. Even though there is not a washer/dryer in the unit, there is one just outside in the hallway.

Very disappointed

No parking explanation and was on the phone forever. Door wouldn't open so i was on the phone in the heat again. Then got locked out and was on the phone again and had to have a key. Got in all linen and towels were gross and dirty do i had to call again. Linen changed abd the kids beds had huge hole after being changed. Toilet overflows. Our parling spot was a ross the street in the worsr place wedge to hard to park. Construction and dumpsters and no one mentioned that. Never was able to get kids tv to work. No cleaning stuff or mop for toilet mess. Not enought toilet paper towels soap or anything. Had to go shopping for it all. Ruined our whole first day. Outlets broke. Breaker box flipped with just the blow dryer. Smoke everywhere Nd couldnt use the balcony it was so thick. Id like a partial refuns at least foe the first day thY wasted on the phone and waiting in the heat and on cleaner to come back and still fail.

Ok place to stay

Took my elderly parents for a short trip and stayed in this unit. Pros: There is an elevator, which comes in handy for people with mobility issues. Nice view, well-equipped kitchen. Management company was very responsive. Pool was lovely. Cons: Balcony furniture is dirty, cheap and worn. Mattress in 2nd bedroom is in bad shape. The parking situation alone would keep me from staying here again. During construction you are required to park across a busy highway and walk back to the building. Even without construction, you are allowed one parking space and there is only one handicap space. Visitors must roam the streets looking for a parking space. Girl in office was less than accommodating. Pictures showed a recliner in the bedroom, which was critical in my decision to rent this unit. After sending 2 messages to owner about the condition of the chair, we arrived to find the chair was non-operational. Linens were stained.

Indian Shores in November

Overall we were happy with Our rental. Upon arrival I notices that there was considerable sand on the floors of the condo. Half of the light fixtures either didn't work, or I wasn't smart enough to figure out how to work them. The last issue was the fact that there was only one elevator for the whole property and being on the 7th floor, we spent a lot of time waiting. We loved the location and the staff at the property were very nice and helpful. We would recommend this property, just try and get a unit on a lower level.

Amazing Views and Great place!

We really enjoyed our time here. Waking up to a wonderful view of the ocean, gorgeous beach, nice pool area. Some minor issues (needed batteries in remotes/thermostat). Otherwise, perfect!

When we first entered the condo we were overtaken by the strong smell of cigarette smoke. The indoor couches were actually outdoor patio furniture that was so dirty and stained no one in my family would sit on them the entire stay. We spent a great deal of time standing or at the dining room table. The outdoor patio furniture was old, flimsy and dirty. The PVC pipe deck railing was extremely loose and not safe. The bedding in the bedrooms was worn and not inviting. There was a “leather” recliner in the owner’s suite that had a crumbling and peeling headrest. Again, not sitting there. The condo was shot with a fish lens camera making everything appear larger. On a positive note, the location was amazing and the view from the patio was outstanding. The bathrooms were very clean as well as the kitchen. The kitchen was well stocked, minus good coffee mugs and enough glassware. If you plan to spend all of your time outdoors and don’t mind old and dated, then this is the condo for you.

Great Weekend Getaway Spot

The location of this rental was perfect for my birthday weekend getaway. Awesome views of the gulf, waterfront, and all of the extras you expect for such a location. Close to most conveniences and great dining. Will definitely be staying here again soon. Thank you!

Good Location, Property Needs Some Improvement

Things I liked: The property is at a great location (right on the beach). The view is amazing from the balcony. The TV was large. Things I didn't like: The place was not cleaned well (some food stains on counter, some hairs on toilets). The fridge was old and did not cool items well. The balcony had a flimsy PVC pipe banister (unsafe for children). There were not much basic supplies (e.g., paper towels, bath towels, toilet paper). The master bed was old and had painful pressure points. The TV cable setup was complicated. The owners did not communicate about questions regarding the property (the property manager did reach out after some delay). Some electrical outlets and faucets were loose. Overall it is fine location and serves the purpose as a crash pad if you are spending most of your time on the fabulous beach and venturing to various sites. The accommodations, though, are pretty basic and the communication is not great.

Relaxing time at the beach

The property itself has some age to it but is reasonably well kept. Our unit was clean, bright, and well maintained. It is exactly as shown in the pictures. The beach is lovely with crystal clear water and soft white sand. We saw two manatees swimming along and a number of dolphins over the course of the week. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Great condo

The condo itself was great. Clean and very comfortable. Lots of amenities that I wasn’t expecting like boogie boards, sand toys, football, volleyball, a few beach chairs, and left over laundry detergent, sunscreen, aloe, paper towels, paper plates, etc. the only suggestion would be plastic plates/ cups for kids. It would be nice to have laundry in the condo unit itself. Also would be nice to have a restaurant on property. Great location.

Beautiful condo right on the beach!

We rented for spring break - early March. The condo exactly matched the photos and virtual tour. My daughter and her friend shared the room with two beds and my husband and I loved having our own space and bathroom. And the mattresses were very comfortable. Plenty of beach and bath towels. And kitchen had all the housewares you would need for a weekly stay. Laundry room is right next to unit which was very convenient. Great location with plenty of food options close by. We also found a place to do a private boat tour and an escape room. The two tween girls spent most of the time off screens which I consider a win!
