Intracoastal-View 3BR | Balcony, Beach Access, Laundry & 2-Car Covered Parking

Enjoy beach access through the complex from a three-bedroom, two-bath Indian Rocks Beach retreat for six. A king bedroom, queen bedroom and twin bedroom give families room to settle in. Cook in the full kitchen, relax on reclining sofas and dine on your furnished balcony with Intracoastal-side views. The unit faces the street and waterway rather than directly toward the Gulf. In-home laundry and covered parking for two vehicles are included. Access requires stairs; there is no elevator.

THREE BEDROOMS FOR SIX
Sleep in a king bedroom, a queen bedroom and a third bedroom with two twin beds. The maximum occupancy is six, including children. The dual-power reclining sofas are seating, not extra beds. Two full bathrooms have showers and single vanities, with one bathroom attached to a bedroom. Linens, towels and starter bath toiletries are provided.

COOK, DINE & RELAX
The full kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware and dishes, Keurig and drip coffee makers, toaster, kettle and blender. There is indoor dining for six, counter seating and outdoor balcony dining. TVs, Wi-Fi and reclining sofas support downtime between outings. A washer and dryer are inside the unit.

BALCONY & COMPLEX BEACH ACCESS
Enjoy the furnished balcony with seating, a swing and Intracoastal-side views across the street. The unit does not face directly toward the Gulf; photos of the Gulf shoreline show the beachfront complex and shared beach-access areas. Beach access is through the complex. Please do not hang towels or swimsuits from the balcony.

PARKING & ACCESS
Covered carport parking accommodates two vehicles. Stairs are required, and there is no elevator. The Beach Trolley stops nearby; check the operator for current routes and fares. Pets are not permitted.

Please review the booking requirements below. Shared facilities and outside conditions may occasionally affect access, subject to the existing stay terms.

IMPORTANT STAY INFORMATION
NOTE: A digital rental agreement MUST be signed prior to arrival, and you will need to provide a copy of a legal ID with a verification selfie. This cannot be done in person. The booking guest must be at least 25 years of age to check in.

Damage Waiver: Every reservation includes our Damage Waiver Program - you're covered for up to $500 in accidental damage during your stay. Just relax and enjoy your trip, knowing little mishaps are taken care of. (Note, this is not insurance and does not replace travel or liability insurance; this self-funded protection covers up to $500 in accidental damage to contents only; examples included linens, towels, and wine.

The home is regularly treated for pests. However, due to Florida's warm climate and proximity to the water, occasional pest sightings may occur despite routine treatments and do not necessarily indicate an infestation. Refunds or compensation will not be provided for occasional pest sightings.

Please note that certain circumstances beyond our control may occur during your stay, including severe weather, citywide power or internet outages, construction or noise outside the property, temporary amenity closures, utility or municipal repairs, or activities taking place on neighboring properties or units.
While we make every effort to ensure a comfortable stay and will assist whenever possible, these situations are outside of our control and are not considered property-related issues. As such, refunds, discounts, or compensation cannot be provided for any inconvenience resulting from these circumstances.

Pack 'n Plays must be requested in advance and are subject to availability. As these items are shared across our units, we kindly ask that you request one, at the time of booking to confirm availability. Please note that not all listings include them, so we recommend checking the amenities list or reaching out to our team in advance for confirmation.

PLEASE NOTE:
Additional supplies may be available upon request but are not guaranteed. If you run out, nearby stores are easily accessible. Towels are provided for approximately the first 2-3 days of your stay - please use the in-unit washer and dryer if available to refresh them. If your unit does not include laundry, on-site facilities may be available (fees may apply). For stays of 5 nights or longer, you may request replacement towels, subject to availability.

Please note that not all listings include laundry, so we recommend checking the amenities or reaching out to our team in advance to confirm.

- ITEMS LEFT BEHIND. If a guest leaves personal items behind and requests their return, they are responsible for a $25 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to left items once the guest has departed.

Security Deposit for Booking Extensions: A security deposit is required for all booking extensions and must be paid before approval. The deposit is refundable after checkout, subject to applicable deductions for damages or additional charges.
