Relax and Enjoy the beach in our comfortable studio directly on the beach in the Island Inn! NO resort Fees added.

You’ll have a wonderful experience when you step outside right onto the beach of beautiful Treasure Island.

We are the new owners of this unit and have short-term rental house just blocks away if you need to combine both for larger groups.

We’ve added a new memory foam mattress, new leather sofa sleeper with a memory foam mattress, new bedding, bath towels and beach towels too.

A brand new, high efficiency, and very quiet AC added 2023.

The kitchen has all the dishes, pots and toaster, microwave for your convenience.

The studio has a Smart TV and Wi-Fi is included.

The views from the balcony of the Gulf and Boca Ciega Bay.

The property features a year around heated pool and the Island Girl Tiki bar with snack and food adjacent to the pool.

Walk to restaurants and other activities all around you.

Great things:The beach is wonderful! It is beautiful and not as crowded as some others in the area. The view is wonderful as well, you can see the ocean and the baycheck in was easy and the people at the desk are very niceNice salt water pool, very relaxing and warmShower water pressure is amazing!Bed is very nice and comfortableNot so great:This place needs a deep clean, cabinets are gross, there is a stain on the couch, corners of room are dirtyThe balcony is very nice, but you can hear the traffic over the ocean and it was not very relaxing because of the noise. Pictures make it seem as though you are farther away from the road than you areParking is for guests only because they have so little parking. If you aren't in your room by 8pm all parking is gone and you have to park at a place across a busy street.The beach chairs in cabinet on the balcony are moldy and rusty, also paint cans that looked very gross in there as well.Look at the size of the room! Very small, smaller than a regular hotel room. I did not look at it before hand, pictures make it seem larger. Price is not great for what you get.I would come back to Island Inn, but I should have chosen to stay on the beach side. The price would have justified being on the beach. The price and experience for this room was disappointing.

The owner of the property was extremely prompt and helpful prior to our arrival. He had good suggestions on dining, music, etc. The room is small as the picture shows. The room could use some updating, particularly the flooring which was coming up in the bathroom. The sliding glass doors for the closet didn’t move too well and the shelving in the closet could be replaced. The location was great. The beach was beautiful. The pool and the tiki bar was a bonus.

Weekend get away.

The VRBO was nice and the location was awesome. The room was clean and nicely decorated. The only issue we had was the regular coffee maker did not work. They did have a Keurig coffee maker but we didn’t have the cups we only had regular coffee. I would have liked a rug as you walk in the door and also in front of the balcony door. It would have been nice to wipe your feet before you walked into the room. I would definitely rent again.

This is our second time at this property. Pool was beautiful, beach was clean and there are many places to walk to for dinner. Wendy was VERY helpful and gave us information on ride share and the trolley. The room we stayed in was nicely decorated and perfect for the two of us

This is a cozy little gem right on the beach. And although small, very nicely appointed with very comfy, huge king bed, larger refrigerator and plenty of storage for a 4-night stay. Great view from the balcony and really appreciated. Having nice beach towels to use at the pool. We would stay again!

Perfect Condo, Convenient Location, Communicative Host

We couldn't have asked for a better week vacation in Treasure Island, FL in the perfect condo. We had everything we needed from the provided beach chairs & towels to the beautiful sunsets on the balcony. Chatrick was amazing at communicating with us throughout the check-in process along with answering and tending to questions we had about our stay. We will definitely go back soon!

pleasant stay

Enjoyed the balcony,pool area and the beach.The bed was comfortable.The bathroom leaves a lot to be desired.It is tiny with no fan or grab bars.By the time you finished your shower u could pass out from the heat.It definitely needs a fan installed.The bath towel situation was poor.Two bath towels! I did laundry several times so that our towels would be clean.No complaints about the kitchen area.The beach chairs and beach towels were very much appreciated.

Peace in the mist of fog

The unit was just big enough. The back burner did not work but we made due. Enjoyed looking out from the balcony and seeing the beach/ocean. Much love to Florida from Vegas. Map quest for other areas (St Pete's and Tampa). Nice and quiet except for car noises. Overall, awesome and great stay. The staff was very friendly and professional.

We stayed at Island Inn in Treasure Island. Very nice area. Chadwick our host was awesome. He let us in as soon as we arrived and kept communication open to let us know we would need to evacuate due to the incoming hurricane Helene.

We can’t wait to come back!! Great room and it even had a deck box with beach chairs, umbrella, etc. So helpful!! Best beach experience ever, soft sand and so easy to get to from the building! And not to mention awesome view from the bed!!
