Property was clean, communication with owner was excellent. Check-in and check-out was flawless. Despite the construction during our 3 week stay, noise levels did not interfere with our vacation. Fabulous relaxing holiday

This is the second time we have stayed at this apartment and have already booked again for next year! The apartment is clean and has everything you need for a day on the beach or by the pool. The kitchen is well equipped for making family meals, or there are plenty of local restaurants within walking distance. The owner is very responsive to questions and when we had a minor issue in the apartment, there was someone on-site within an hour to resolve it. Definitely recommend for a relaxing holiday full of leisurely beach walks.

Family trip 2023

We had really nice 14 days stay at this ocean front condo. The view is amazing from this seventh floor condo. We loved spending nights seating on the balcony and listening to the waves The weather was absolutely beautiful besides couple days of early morning rain. Condo is nice and spacious with beautiful view both from living area and master bedroom. This is second time we stayed at this condo and third time at the complex. Everyone we met was really nice including the few owners we met that live there. As far as this condo we would stay there again. Besides few things that need update , like icemaker and freezer was broken this time which was little inconvenience from not being able to put few things in freezer but I'm sure that will get fixed ASAP . Overall very nice stay and beautiful view.

Another fun stay!

It was so wonderful to return to this property for another family vacation. The condo is impeccably clean, with so many amenities (fully stocked kitchen, linens, towels, beach accessories). Located right on the beach, with beautiful views of the Gulf from the private balcony, our stay was relaxing and rejuvenating. Greg is an incredible host, and my family is already talking about returning next year.

2022 winter vacay

Overall excellent place, located right on the beach, breathtaking views of the ocean and sunsets. Condo was clean, easily fits a family of four. It’s located in pretty quite neighborhood walking distance to great restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. The only issue we had was that the balcony was being worked on during majority of our stay., so it was a bit loud. We also couldn’t use the balcony until a few days before we left. Otherwise great place. Greg was a nice host, very responsive.

Relaxing Vacation!

Beautiful views with a spacious, clean, and safe condo. We were impressed with everything included in the condo to make our stay comfortable - Greg outdoes himself and we felt right at home. My family can’t stop talking about the white sand beach - in the quaint beach town of Indian Rocks Beach, the beach is never crowded. Our children easily made friends with other families and we enjoyed swimming, building elaborate sandcastles, and floating in the Gulf on rafts provided by our host. With restaurants (and, of course, an ice cream shop!) within walking distance, this is the perfect location. Truly a special place.

2022 vacation

Overall experience with VRBO and the host was excellent. I was very disappointed of the maintenance issues we had with building,parking lot and elevators during our stay. Host discounted us afterwards which we were very grateful for. Would recommend staying there again.

Clean and cozy apartment with views of the Gulf of Mexico

The apartment was very clean and tidy upon our arrival. The host was excellent. Always there to answer any questions that we had in regards to the rented unit. The apartment is on the 7th floor with a balcony that faces the Gulf of Mexico. The apartment building is literally right on the shores of the Gulf. You can walk out the back of the building and be right on the beach. Very convenient for beach goers. The apartment has two bedrooms with two full bathrooms. One bedroom is a master bedroom with a big King-sized bed. The second bedroom has two standard sized beds. The kitchen has a microwave, stove, refrigerator, all sized plates, cups, utensils and all necessary pots and pans and so on needed for cooking. Plus, the apartment has beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas, wacky noodles and all necessary beach equipment. Awesome stay! My family and I are really happy with the apartment and all of its features. The host is very accommodating and hospitable. Thank you for the great stay. Would be happy to stay here again next year.

Great beachfront room!

Perfect sunset views, right on the beach, pool and hot tub were very clean, room was stocked with everything we needed. Would definitely recommend this unit and hope to stay here again!

Great views

We are very pleased with our stay at this property. The views of the Gulf and the beach are amazing. The balcony is big with access from both the living room and the master bedroom. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need, pots and pans, plates, cutlery, an assortment of glasses and has modern appliances. The condo feels more like a real home than a vacation rental. I loved the big front-loaded washing machine and that the bathrooms had handheld showers. The building is well maintained, clean and secure. The outdoor pool is heated and large enough for doing laps and there are also tables and chairs. The check-in was easy and the owner Greg responded quickly to any questions we had. The surrounding area is quiet and nice and there are several restaurants nearby at walking distance. All the balconies of the whole building has mosquito netting which I was having a little problem with in the beginning because it takes away some of the view if you are standing close and you feel a little closed off. On the other hand the mosquito netting is great because you won’t have to fear any mosquitoes, flies or birds. All in all we had a great stay!

I've stayed in Indian Rocks for years. This place is located right in the middle, very clean, great ammenities. Owner is very nice, great communication, easy check-in process. Condo has everything you need for short term and long term stay.

Virus refund possible?

We love Reflections on the Gulf in Indian Rocks Beach... many friends, nice property, nice location. We were afraid that we might get quarantined at our rental since it is a high rise with many people. We left 13 days early to avoid a problem. We hope to be back next year. Are we eligible for a refund? An email from you said it would be automatic. What do I need to do?

Great stay

This place is not new, but very well kept and maintained. Location is great on the beach with restaurants, bars, cafe and convenience store within walking distance. Everything else is within a short driving distances. Traffic on Gulf Boulevard gets congested, so renting a bicycle is a great option with well established bike lanes. Enjoyed our stay thoroughly.

We Are Coming Back!

So many good things! First, location, go out the door and walk a couple blocks in either direction and you will find a number of great restaurants and a couple really good ice cream shops! Number two, the complex has the best heated pool I have seen in the area, a hot tub that is actually hot, and a tennis court. You can literally swim laps in the pool! Also, compared to condos on the beach in Sand Key that we have stayed in previously, you are much closer to the water. You might not think that matters, but the waves just sound better when you are falling asleep and you are closer to them. Number 3, the condo, we loved it. The view is amazing. From the patio you look down on the beach and the Gulf. From anywhere else in the condo, you feel as if you are on a cruise ship, because when you look towards the big sliding doors that open into the patio, all you see is the water. Watching people walking on the beach while drinking a cup of coffee in the morning is only topped by watching the sunset with a cold beverage in hand. This condo has the best stocked kitchen we have seen in any of our HomeAway/VRBO rentals. Plenty of plates, dishes, glasses, coffee cups, silverware, and wine glasses. There were even a couple frozen mugs for beer. There was also a brand new set of pots and pans, and a new refrigerator, dishwasher, and stove. As for eating spaces, the dining area has a table with six chairs, and a counter with three barstools. The patio, which is significantly larger than the ones we had in previously rented condos also has a table, four chairs, and an electric grill. The living room area is also spacious and comfortable. We had company on multiple occasions and never once felt crowded. The Master Bedroom has a sliding door that opens to the patio, a walk in closet, and an en-suite bathroom with dual sinks. The condo also has great WiFi. Last but not least, the owner, Greg, could not have been more responsive. For example, after we were there a couple days we noticed that the float valve for the toilet in the Master Bathroom was not working properly. I gave Greg a call right before we left the condo to watch the Phillies play a Spring Training game. By the time we returned, a couple hours later, Greg had called a plumber and the float valve had been replaced. In all our contacts with Greg, his main interest was making sure we would, were having, and did have a great time, We will be back!

Great time in a great place - the only thing missing is you

We have just returned from a 3 week stay in this condo and it is a very nice and relaxing unit with a great view overlooking the beach and Gulf. The condo and the entire complex are very well maintained. Everyone we met there was very nice and friendly. Indian Rocks Beach is a very nice and quiet area that does not have the hustle and bustle that you find at so many beaches. There are plenty of very good restaurants to choose from with a variety of foods. From the time we arrived until the time we left we felt very comfortable here and we will return. Greg, the owner is nice and easy to talk with and we thank him for making this condo available for others to enjoy as we have. Tommy and Ginny Broughton January 2019

Great Place to Stay!!!! Views are Exceptional and the condo was immaculate

We had such a great time here! Condo was fantastic! Walked in to breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico, Great condo! Well maintained, quality furnishings, clean. If you are thinking of renting in this area you should really consider this unit, the master bedroom is huge with great views! They have tons of beach equipment as well. Chairs, umbrellas, kids toys etc... Just bring your suitcase because they have everything else covered!! We had a really beautiful get-a-way. The beach is so close to the condo! The pool and hot tub were refreshing too. Big tennis court. Looking forward to our next trip! Thank you so much Greg!! Hope to be back next year!!
