This modern property has 6 flat screen smart TVs, a lap pool with lounge ledge, an oversized kitchen, two indoor living rooms (main living room area seats 8-10, upstairs game area seats 6), an ocean view rooftop deck overlooking the beach below, and an outdoor BBQ dining/living area with ceiling fans and a TV for game day. The BBQ patio is a guest favorite for gatherings with family and friends. BBQ dining seats 12, BBQ living room seats 8-10.

The amazing white beach is only 200ft away on a sandy trail, no roads to cross, no shoes required, and no worries about parking. Easy to run back to the house for snacks, drinks and bathroom breaks.
We have no hidden fees. The pool is heated to 86F and all amenities are included in the quoted nightly rate.
