Welcome to paradise! Friendly Native 201 is an extraordinary beachside condo located on award winning St Pete Beach. Location, comfort and gorgeous décor are waiting for you here!

Enjoy this newly remodeled, bright, clean, 2 bedroom / 1.25 bathroom, ground floor, corner unit for your next beach getaway. The unit is tastefully appointed with wooden shutters, a coastal color pallet, quality art, and peace pouring in on sunshine beams.

The heated pool is right outside the front door with ample loungers, tables, and chairs for your enjoyment. The unit also has a back door that is close to the common outdoor grill area and parking.

This condo is fully furnished including three flat screen Smart TVs, basic cable, private free fast WIFI, a five device charging station, newly updated kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The fully equipped kitchen includes Keurig coffee maker, traditional coffee maker, coffee, creamer, blender, toaster, dishes, silverware, pots, pans, eat-in seating for four and much more.

The unit is also stocked with linens, bath towels, extra bedding, books, games, booster seat, pack and play, beach toys, beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella, drying rack, iron and ironing board… Just bring your swimsuit and flip flops!

This vacation haven sleeps up to 4 people comfortably with 2 Queen beds. The bathroom has a large walk-in, spa-like shower and an additional sink and vanity in the hall. So convenient when people are getting ready for dinner at one of the nearby restaurants! A hair dryer is provided and travel size soap, shampoo and conditioner are available to start your stay.

Please note this is a NON-SMOKING, NO CANDLES, and NO PETS/NO ANIMALS property. There will be a $300 additional cleaning fee if anyone is found smoking or any animals are in the condo.

An electronic parking permit is provided for the duration of your stay. Vehicle info will need to be provided. Metered beach parking is available for additional vehicles. Meters are free from 8PM - 8AM.

The ambiance & service was charming enough (I particularly enjoyed them showing "Teen Wolf") & the sushi rolls were a great value--the veggie rolls are to be missed but hey we are in the south-->it's always a gamble when your vegetarian appetizer isn't fried :)

Amazing Condo

This condo was simply amazing. You truly just need to bring your clothes. Everything else is provided and well stocked. Beach towels, beach cart, beach chairs, cooler, beach bag, umbrellas were all provided. Even the kitchen and the kitchen items were awesome. The pots and pans were great quality and every type of dishes, cups glasses and every other kitchen appliance was provided. The shower was amazing and the granite tops in the kitchen were beautiful. We could go on and on about everything else as well. Lori was a very attentive host and amazing to work with. Her care for our comfort and satisfaction was above and beyond what we expected. This unit will be our top choice when we revisit in the future. We just hope it is available when we plan our next stay.

Best Rental Ever

This was by far the best supplied rental we have stayed in! Lori was a great host and appreciated all the quick communications! So much was supplied for us. Condo was super clean with the perfect location. Will definitely be back!

Another amazing stay!

When my family and I had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful condo hosted by Lori and her family last year. We had such an amazing experience/vacation, that we thought it would never be topped. Well leave it to Lori and the amazing HOT Florida weather it was topped! Lori went above and beyond to accommodate us during our stay. The condo was just as we remembered! Clean, welcoming, and stocked full with everything that we could have needed for our stay. Pool again was incredible! Beach was amazing! The location of this unit is perfect. Don’t look any further for a better host or unit.

There is a reason why Lori has a perfect 5 stars

I could have not asked for a better experience. I have stayed at the Friendly Native in another condo for the past two years and it cannot touch Lori's condo. It felt like being at home with everything that you need (other than your clothes). I had actually forgot to bring my kids sand toys, but there were plenty for them to use without having to go out and buy any. I am BEYOND grateful for the assistance that Lori provided during the stay. She also took the time to check in to make sure everything was going well. I am looking forward to staying here again next year!!!!!!

An Upham Beach Gem!

I cannot express how fortunate we were to find this condo for our family vacation to St. Pete Beach. A few steps across the parking lot and our toes hit the sand at the Upham Beach Park entrance. The condo was incredibly clean and had the comforts and amenities of home. It is also stocked with everything you could need for a day at the beach, from chairs and umbrellas to inflatables and sand toys. Lori is wonderful and communication was easy. 10/10 recommend and would absolutely stay here again.

Owner thinks of everything

This was the best condo. Super clean and updated. Great location to beach and a quick walk to dinning options. The owner puts so much thought into everything. There are hooks all over and a drying rack. Beach toys umbrellas and so much more. There was even plastic to go coffee cups so I could go for a walk on the beach in the morning with my coffee. We had the best time and will definitely rent this place again!

Just bring your swimsuit!

This was the best VRBO experience we’ve ever had. Communication with our host was quick and helpful! The property was extremely clean, organized, and abundantly stocked with everything you would need for a beach vacation. We didn’t need to bring anything from home for the beach. This made our trip so smooth and easy…not having to lug tons of things from home. My boys were so happy to find snacks for them when we arrived. There were labels everywhere that helped us find things we needed. The couches were comfy and beds were firm. The pool is right outside the front door and the beach is a 1 minute walk away. I can’t say enough good about this place. I am so thankful we found it. It truly made our vacation so peaceful.

This property was perfect! The location was across from the beach and one block from the main road. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed for the beach as well as linens. Just like home!

Lori, thank you for making our stay on the beach comfortable and welcoming. It was truly like being at home - the bedding, linens, snacks and extras left us fully prepared to enjoy our time inside the condo and on the beach. Absolutely amazing!

This condo was perfect - cleaner than a 5* hotel and stocked better than most homes. Extremely cute with a great location just cross the parking lot and walk down the path to the beach. Lots of great restaurants and bars within walking distance. The host is the best we have dealt with!

Amazing! They thought of everything

Wonderful location by the beach (didn't even bother putting shoes on to walk over a couple times). It was stocked with everything we needed - we cooked multiple meals and always found what we needed. Overall one if the best places we've found on VRBO. Would definitely recommend and hope to return again.

Best location on the beach

The condo is fantastic! It's clean, quiet, well-appointed, and ideally situated - not to mention the host was a pleasure to work with. There are many restaurants and activities in the area. I highly suggest a bar crawl down the beach!

This place was amazing and Lori is a phenomenal host. The place was super clean and had amazing little extras that made it outstanding! Examples: charging station, books and games, great selection of snacks and k cups, rugs on sides of the beds. The bed and pillows are super comfortable. The couch was comfortable too. I can’t say enough high praises for the hostess Lori. She has great communication and offers great suggestions and is very helpful. I’m staying there two more times (at least) next year and I’m already looking forward to going back.

Beautiful beach barrack

What a wonderful place to stay for a week. We stay in St Pete annually, and go to St Pete Beach on each trip. What a find we found. Gloriously clean. Cozy. Complete. We learned that the apartment building was a former WWII barrack that housed doctors and nurses who worked at the Don Cesar location when it was a hospital. The locale also has a great pool for chilling while being about 30 steps from the beach. There are also several friendly and tasty restaurants within walking distance. Lori was our property contact and was welcoming and highly responsive. We almost booked another stay as soon as we walked thru the door. I truly can’t say enough about how relaxing it was. Can’t wait to return!
