The DOWNSTAIRS POOL and GAME ROOM is the place to be for a game of pool and family fun. The room is fabulously decorated with movie theme artwork and has an arcade game console with Pac Man, Donkey Kong and Galaga. There is also a Flat Screen TV.

The Washer and Dryer is upstairs adjacent to the bedrooms. Ironing board, hair dryer, beach towel and pool toys are provided.

Parking: There is the paved driveway parking that will accommodate up to 3 cars. The home is equipped with a Tesla Charging Station.

Special Note: This property has a maximum guest count of 10 at any time on the property. LOUD MUSIC AND NOISE, PARTIES OR EVENTS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED AND QUIET HOURS AFTER 10 PM. This property sits on a quiet water inlet and in close proximity to our neighbors. Please plan your trip accordingly and contact us with any questions or clarifications.

Special Note: Pool is heated during winter in an attempt to maintain 80-85 degrees, however, pool temps will fluctuate depending on strength and frequency of cold fronts. We do not guarantee any temperature at any time. In winter time, supplemental heating is available for $250.00 per week which involves running the pump and heater for up to 16 hours per day as opposed to the normal 10. We cannot guarantee what temperature will be achieved as it is dependent on the outside temperature. Similarly, pool will often reach over 90 degrees in summer naturally. Guests should consider the forecast in their decision both prior to arrival and during your stay.
