Tropical Disco brings 1970s nostalgia together with relaxed Florida living. Each bedroom has its own personality, while the living room and Disco Lounge give your group two inviting places to gather, celebrate, or unwind.

Spin a record beneath the mirror ball, lounge beside the pool, enjoy dinner from the propane grill, and end the evening around the fire pit beneath the palms and string lights. The playful décor and flexible spaces make time together feel like an occasion.

FAMILY & BEACH EXTRAS
Traveling with children is easier with a Pack ’n Play, high chair, stroller, blackout curtains, children's activities and toys, pool toys, a baby pool float, and a diaper disposal container. For beach days, we provide chairs, umbrellas, towels, a wagon, and a cooler.

THE BEDROOMS
Each bedroom blends 1970s-inspired personality with tropical style and modern comfort.

BEDROOM 1 — LUXURY PALM PARADISE
The primary suite has a king bed, quality linens, palm accents, warm wood furnishings, and natural light. Its private ensuite includes dual vanities and an oversized walk-in rainfall shower with bamboo tile.

BEDROOM 2 — RETRO DISCO KING SUITE
A king bed, quality linens, bold patterns, retro accents, and natural light give this room its memorable character.

BEDROOM 3 — RETRO DISCO QUEEN ROOM
This cheerful room has a queen bed, upholstered headboard, colorful bedding, mid-century-inspired furnishings, and “Good Vibrations” décor.

BEDROOM 4 — SUNSHINE RETREAT ROOM
This bright coastal room has two full beds, quality linens, yellow bedframes, built-in shelving, beach-inspired accents, natural light, and a dedicated workspace.

FLEXIBLE SLEEPING OPTIONS
The five permanent beds are two kings, one queen, and two full beds. A double futon, twin rollaway, and air mattress are also available. These options do not increase the 10-guest maximum. Message us before arrival for help planning sleeping arrangements.

THE BATHROOMS
The primary ensuite has a walk-in rainfall shower, dual sinks, and bamboo tile. The shared hall bathroom serves the other three bedrooms and has a bathtub-and-shower combination. Towels, hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and bath essentials are provided.

PRIVATE POOL & TROPICAL BACKYARD
The year-round private pool and fenced backyard are exclusively yours. Pool heating is included November through March; water temperature may vary during unusually cool weather. The shaded patio seats six for outdoor dining. Pool loungers, towels, floats, and toys are provided.

Enjoy tropical landscaping, string lights, a propane grill with supplied fuel, and a propane fire pit with supplied fuel and an electronic igniter.

THE DISCO LOUNGE
The home's signature gathering space features a mirror ball, record player and vinyl collection, lava lamp, vintage lighting, palm-pattern ceiling, mid-century furnishings, and bold tropical décor. A large sectional makes it a fun place for cocktails, games, music, and conversation.

LIVING & DINING
The separate living room offers group seating, a 65-inch Smart TV, and a full stereo system for movies, game days, and relaxing after the beach. The retro dining room has a custom 1970s-inspired table seating six to eight guests.

KITCHEN & COFFEE BAR
The kitchen has modern appliances, cookware, dishes, glassware, utensils, and serving essentials. A stocked coffee bar provides K-Cup pods, creamer, and sugar. A popcorn machine adds to movie nights.

TECHNOLOGY & COMFORT
The home includes high-speed Wi-Fi, central air conditioning, Smart TVs, keyless self-check-in, a full-size washer and dryer, detergent, quality linens, bath and pool towels, and practical starter supplies. Approved dogs are welcome under our pet policy.

ELEVATE YOUR STAY
Through Kermay Escapes, guests may inquire about private in-home chef experiences, celebration dinners, group cooking classes, restaurant reservations, activity planning, specialty equipment rentals, and local excursions. Optional experiences depend on availability and may cost extra.

LOCATION
Tropical Disco is in a peaceful St. Petersburg neighborhood near Gulf Coast beaches, Downtown Gulfport, waterfront dining, museums, shopping, and family attractions. St. Pete Beach is approximately 10–15 minutes away; Downtown Gulfport is approximately 5–10 minutes away. Pass-a-Grille, Fort De Soto Park, downtown St. Petersburg, the Dalí Museum, and John's Pass are also within an easy drive.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests have private access to the entire home and fenced tropical backyard, including the pool, Disco Lounge, propane fire pit and grill, laundry facilities, and outdoor dining areas. Self-check-in is available through the front-door smart lock; we'll send your unique code and arrival instructions before check-in.

The driveway accommodates six standard vehicles or up to nine smaller vehicles, depending on size and arrangement. The garage and street parking are unavailable.

GOOD TO KNOW
ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and checkout is by 11:00 AM local time. We'll email checkout instructions during your stay. When scheduling allows, the email may offer a later checkout for purchase. Early luggage drop-off may be available with advance approval.

AGE REQUIREMENT
The booking guest must be at least 21 years old.

VISITORS, GATHERINGS & PARTIES
Tropical Disco welcomes birthdays, reunions, bachelorette weekends, and time with friends. Visitors, gatherings, and parties require advance approval. Contact us with your plans so we can confirm they suit the home and respect our neighbors.

PETS
Up to two dogs weighing 50 pounds or less each are welcome with advance approval. Add each dog to the reservation and share its breed and approximate weight before arrival. The fee is $100 per dog, per stay. Keep pets off furniture and beds, and clean up outdoors.

PARKING
Use the driveway for guest vehicles. Keep lawns, sidewalks, and neighboring driveways clear. The garage and street parking are unavailable.

SMOKING, VAPING & DRUGS
Smoking and vaping are not permitted indoors. They are permitted in appropriate outdoor areas away from doors, windows, and the pool. Dispose of materials safely. Indoor smoking or vaping may require a $500 specialized cleaning fee. Illegal drugs are prohibited.

QUIET HOURS
Keep music, conversations, and outdoor activities considerate. Neighborhood quiet hours are 10:00 PM–9:00 AM.

POOL SAFETY
The private pool is available year-round, 24 hours a day. There is no lifeguard. Supervise children and non-swimmers in and around the pool. No diving, running, glass, sharp objects, or breakable items in the pool area. Do not adjust pool equipment; keep the area clean and safe.

FIRE-PIT SAFETY
Stay nearby while the propane fire pit is in use, keep children at a safe distance, and turn off the fire pit and propane afterward.

CARING FOR THE HOME
Care for the home, furnishings, appliances, Disco Lounge, and outdoor amenities as if they were your own. Report damage or maintenance concerns promptly so we can help.

ACCESSIBILITY
This single-story home has one step to the front-door landing, one small step through the entrance, one step to the primary bedroom, and one step to the Disco Lounge. No steps are required to access the pool. Entryways are illuminated. There are no entrance handrails, separate pool safety gate, or ADA-specific modifications. Contact us before booking about a particular accessibility need.

FLORIDA'S TROPICAL ENVIRONMENT
Geckos, lizards, frogs, insects, or other small wildlife may occasionally appear around the property despite regular professional pest-control service.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and respectful environment for guests and neighbors.

AIRPORT ACCESS
St. Pete–Clearwater International Airport (PIE) is approximately 15 miles or 20–25 minutes away. Tampa International Airport (TPA) is approximately 23 miles or 30–40 minutes away. Both offer rental cars and other ground transportation. Times vary with traffic.
