Welcome to Tropical Disco, a colorful, 70s-inspired escape built for a good time together. Put a record on beneath the disco ball in the signature Disco Lounge, spend the afternoon beside your private pool, then bring everyone together around the propane fire pit after sunset. Every room adds to the retro personality, giving families and friends a getaway they'll remember.

With four bedrooms, two baths, and space for up to 10 guests, Tropical Disco suits family vacations, bachelor and bachelorette trips, and friends reconnecting. The fenced tropical yard adds room to unwind and provided beach gear is ready for the 10–15-minute drive to St. Pete Beach. The pool is available year-round, with heating included November through March.

FAMILY AND BEACH EXTRAS
Families can settle in with a Pack 'n Play, highchair, children's activities and toys, pool toys, a baby pool float, and a diaper disposal container. For beach days, bring the provided chairs, umbrellas, towels, wagon, and cooler.

BRING YOUR DOGS
Dogs are part of the family at Tropical Disco. Up to two dogs weighing 50 pounds or less each are welcome with advance approval. Add each dog to the reservation and share its breed and approximate weight before arrival; the fee is $100 per dog, per stay.

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS

LUXURY PALM PARADISE
The primary suite has a king bed, soft linens, palm accents, and warm wood furnishings. Its private ensuite includes dual sinks and an oversized walk-in rainfall shower with bamboo tile.

RETRO DISCO KING SUITE
A king bed, bold patterns, and retro accents give this room its memorable 70s character.

RETRO DISCO QUEEN ROOM
A queen bed, colorful bedding, mid-century-inspired furnishings, and Good Vibrations decor bring a playful touch to this room.

SUNSHINE RETREAT ROOM
Two full beds, yellow bedframes, built-in shelving, beach-inspired accents, and a dedicated workspace make this bright room flexible for your group.

The five permanent beds are two kings, one queen, and two full beds. A double futon, twin rollaway, and air mattress offer additional sleeping flexibility within the 10-guest maximum. Message us before arrival if you'd like help planning sleeping arrangements.

SECOND BATHROOM
A shared hall bathroom serves the other three bedrooms and has a bathtub-and-shower combination. Towels, hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and bath essentials are provided.

POOL AND TROPICAL BACKYARD
The fenced backyard offers pool loungers, floats, towels, and toys, plus a shaded dining area with seating for six. Tropical landscaping and string lights set the scene for evenings outside. Pool heating performance and water temperature may vary during unusually cool weather. A propane grill and propane fire pit have supplied fuel; the fire pit has an electronic igniter.

THE DISCO LOUNGE
The signature gathering space has a mirror ball, record player and vinyl collection, lava lamp, vintage lighting, palm-pattern ceiling, mid-century furnishings, bold decor, and a large sectional. Put on a favorite album and enjoy cocktails, games, or conversation together.

LIVING, DINING, AND KITCHEN
A separate living room has group seating, a 65-inch Smart TV, and a full stereo system. The retro dining room's custom 70s-inspired table seats six to eight. The fully equipped kitchen has modern appliances, cookware, dishes, glassware, and serving essentials. The coffee bar includes K-Cup pods, creamer, and sugar; a popcorn machine adds to movie night.

TECHNOLOGY AND COMFORT
High-speed Wi-Fi, central air conditioning, Smart TVs, keyless self-check-in, a full-size washer and dryer, detergent, quality linens, and practical starter supplies help you settle in.

LOCATION
Tropical Disco is in a peaceful St. Petersburg neighborhood near Gulf Coast beaches, Downtown Gulfport, dining, museums, shopping, and family attractions. Pass-a-Grille, Fort De Soto Park, downtown St. Petersburg, the Dali Museum, and John's Pass are also within an easy drive.

GUEST ACCESS AND PARKING
Guests have private access to the entire home and fenced backyard, including the pool, Disco Lounge, outdoor dining area, laundry, grill, and fire pit. We'll send your front-door smart-lock code and arrival instructions before check-in. The driveway accommodates six standard vehicles or up to nine smaller vehicles, depending on their size and arrangement. The garage and street parking are unavailable.

GOOD TO KNOW

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM; checkout is by 11:00 AM local time. We'll send checkout instructions during your stay. A paid late checkout may be offered when scheduling allows. Early luggage drop-off may be available with advance approval.

VISITORS, GATHERINGS, AND PARTIES
Tropical Disco welcomes birthdays, reunions, bachelor and bachelorette trips, family vacations, and time with friends. Visitors, gatherings, and parties require advance approval.

PARKING GUIDELINES
Use the driveway for guest vehicles and keep lawns, sidewalks, and neighboring driveways clear.

SMOKING, VAPING, AND DRUGS
Smoking and vaping are not permitted indoors. They are permitted in appropriate outdoor areas away from doors, windows, and the pool; dispose of materials safely. Indoor smoking or vaping may require a $500 specialized cleaning fee. Illegal drugs are prohibited.

QUIET HOURS
Keep music, conversations, and outdoor activities considerate. Neighborhood quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM.

POOL SAFETY
There is no lifeguard. Supervise children and non-swimmers in and around the pool. No diving, running, glass, sharp objects, or breakable items in the pool area. Do not adjust pool equipment.

FIRE-PIT SAFETY
Stay nearby while the propane fire pit is in use, keep children at a safe distance, and turn off the fire pit and propane afterward.

CARING FOR THE HOME
Please care for furnishings, appliances, the Disco Lounge, and outdoor amenities, and report damage or maintenance concerns promptly.

ACCESSIBILITY
This single-story home has one step to the front-door landing, one small step through the entrance, one step to the primary bedroom, and one step to the Disco Lounge. No steps are required to access the pool. Entryways are illuminated. There are no entrance handrails, separate pool safety gate, or ADA-specific modifications. FLORIDA WILDLIFE
Geckos, lizards, frogs, insects, or other small wildlife may occasionally appear despite regular professional pest-control service.

AIRPORT ACCESS
St. Pete–Clearwater International Airport (PIE) is approximately 15 miles or 20–25 minutes away. Tampa International Airport (TPA) is approximately 23 miles or 30–40 minutes away. Both offer rental cars and other ground transportation. Airport times vary with traffic.
