The space
Home away from home! This three bedroom two bath home has all of the essentials you will need including towels, beach towels, all linens, etc. The layout as a split floor plan with a family room with television and another living room/reading nook with chairs. The first bedroom, both a king size bed with television and a chair to relax in the master retreat. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, and a view out towards the pool area. There is even a room designed just for the kiddos with a bunkbed and trundle pull out with a fun nautical design! The upper bunks and trundles are truly for kids, not adults. Your enjoyment is most important and our bungalow wouldn’t be ideal or comfortable for 8 adults. The kitchen includes a small table for an eat in experience. The kitchen is completely stocked with anything you will need to cook or bake. Additionally, there is a six seater dining table when you aren’t having a casual meal by the pool. The covered patio includes a conversation piece sectional. Around the pool, you will find an umbrella covered dining table, chaise lounge chairs, and Adirondack chairs to circle around for a great conversation. There is even a small sandy area with your own private hammock. The brand new pool also highlights a sun shelf if you’d like to sit in the pool yet not go all the way in! In the large backyard, you will find an updated shed that is home to your beach wagon, beach toys, and beach chairs with umbrellas. All you need to bring is the sunscreen!

Other things to note
*A note to our valued visitors, Florida can be known for hurricanes and red tide, if either of these concerns you, please plan to purchase travel insurance. Also, TVs with cable are provided in the living room, the master and kids bedroom.. We have beautiful bamboo trees for privacy and they can blow leaves into the pool. There is a robot that you can drop in the pool and pick up all leaves with ease to have a park sparkling pool daily. Also, Please remember to bring bug spray. Florida can have lots of mosquitoes and that will help keep you much more comfortable.
