Welcome travellers to our beautiful apartment! St Paul`s Bay is perfect for those wishing to be close to everything, from great sea spots to a large variety of restaurants and shops while also having easy access to other towns on the island.

Our home has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It includes a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room, 2 inviting bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.

Guest also have access to the private balcony, high-speed wifi & AC throughout the whole stay.

The property is very close to all necessary amenities including supermarket, pharmacies and also main bus station.

FREE parking is also included in this block, making it perfect for those long stays.

For those wishing to catch up on work or your loved ones, high-speed wifi is available throughout the whole stay. AC is free to use and you can adjust temperature to your liking.!

Living Spaces| The living room provides a cozy spot to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the wonders of Malta. Sink into the sofas, enjoy a movie on the flat-screen TV, or simply bask in the natural light filtering through the large windows.

Kitchen| Fully equipped kitchen with all utensils and necessary things to fix a good meal making it perfect for both and long term rentals.

Bedrooms| 2 Bedrooms, one of which with a double bed and has an ensuite, and the other with 2 single beds.

Bathrooms| 2 Large bathrooms, both featuring a shower and a toilet.

Kindly note that we provide fresh linens, free toilettres and 2 towels per guests.

Linens| At 360 Estates, we love a good night`s sleep, all linens provided are of the highest quality, and all beds are made! We also provide 2 towels per person on each bed. If the sofa bed is used, we would also provide and prepare the bed accordingly.

Laundry Room| The apartment comes with a laundry room which includes a washing machine and dryer.

Front Balcony| From the front balcony, enjoy the fresh sea breeze and take in the neighborhood views. It`s a charming spot to start your day with a cup of coffee or to simply unwind while watching the world go by.

NOTE: For those renting a car, we also offer a parking space in the garage (kindly request as this is a first come first served policy).

24/7 Access to all the amenities of the apartment.

St. Paul`s is surrounded by breathtaking coastal vistas and beautiful beaches. Take a leisurely stroll along the pristine shores, feel the sand between your toes, and soak up the Mediterranean sun. Nature enthusiasts will appreciate the natural wonders that abound in the vicinity. Just a short distance away, you`ll find scenic countryside and rolling hills dotted with charming villages. Take a leisurely hike or rent a bike to explore the tranquil surroundings, immersing yourself in the island`s beauty.

In terms of dining and entertainment, St. Paul`s offers a variety of options. You`ll find local restaurants serving delicious Maltese cuisine, seafood specialties, and international fare. Enjoy a relaxing meal with a view, savoring the flavors of the Mediterranean.

Getting around San Pawl il-Baħar and the wider island of Malta from 158 Triq San Pawl is easy and convenient, thanks to the various transportation options available.

For those who prefer to walk, many local amenities are within a short walking distance, such as restaurants, cafes, shops, and supermarkets.

Buses are also a popular and affordable way to get around Malta. The closest bus stop to 158 Triq San Pawl is just a few minutes walk away, and from there, guests can easily connect to other parts of the island. There are also regular bus services to popular tourist destinations such as Valletta, Sliema, and Bugibba.

Very important notes before booking:

1. For over and above 3-week bookings, an additional 50 Euro per person per month is to be paid, which will be sent via AIRBNB as an extra cost after booking which will cover the extra water and electricity consumed. (Max to be paid is 150 Euro)

2. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbors, especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding by these rules can come in unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.

3. During the lovely summer season, although he do sanitize, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately, this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)

4. An early check-in, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.

5. Check-ins are done or by one of our team or by self check-in where we will send you all the details beforehand.

6. Waste schedules are given at the check-in and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.

7. What is included in the apartment? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)

- Shower gels
- Liquid Soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person

8. No additional guests who are not part of the booking are allowed to sleep at any time on the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.
