«I was not pleased with the additional cost ($50.00) from this hotel above the price of Expedia. there is a small lot behind the hotel to park while checking in, no signage of how to get there so you have to park in a garage $10.00 then the hotel charged additional $29.00 to park overnight. later i found that the hospital one block away only charges $5.00 for the blue parking ramp. with the additional charges added, this was not a good deal.»

«We always turned down the heat, but hr or so later it would be cranked back up to 73 I think. Idk if the host did that in their end, or it’s an automatic thing. But it woulda saved the host money to leave it where we tried to set it. Pretty warm in the house. Made sleeping a bit difficult. »

«An absolutely terrific property!! We are a group of eight women who have rented this gorgeous Lake Phalen Place several times. Each time we return, we remark how perfect it is… Spacious. Quiet. Great beds. The kitchen is so well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, tea kettle, coffee appliances, even crock pots. The living room, kitchen, and dining room have plenty of seating for all of us.
