Show door is not properly sealed and water leaked out and flood the room. The hotel is aware of the issue but did not tell us and does not offer solution. Similarly, the button of toilet fall inside of the wall. Again the hotel is aware of it but does not tell us up front. Better communication and better maintenance of the property is necessary.

The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was amazing. There was some construction going on when we visited but our room was fully renovated and very nice.

It came with a local transportation card, which was a great value. Breakfast was very good and loved the Latte Macchiato and boiled eggs. Staff was very friendly and front desk helped us get taxi on time in the morning. All of these made it worthwhile despite of the room condition being outdated.

GREAT STAY
Very nice hotel in a perfect location. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and very modern. The breakfast buffet was great! What a variety of food and something for everyone's taste. It was superb. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

The staff was wonderful very polite and accommodating needed to stay extra nt and they made it happen. Stayed in 105 4 people fit very comfortable with full kitchen and balcony good breakfast and highly recommend pizza. Best part of stay the staff is amazing

Room was tiny with a very uncomfortable bed and only one pillow. There was no stand for my suitcase which had to be left on the floor. I tried to call down to reception but there was no directory and no numbers worked so there's no point in having a phone. The TV didn't work and the printed channel list had no channels in English. They are trading off the St. Moritz location and name but offering a disgusting product - overpriced and significantly under-delivered.

Simple clean rooms
The hotel rooms are nothing special but they are clean. The breakfast buffet is good. This hotel is good if you don't have a car because the bus stops stops right in front of the hotel and can take you directly to the train station. Two grocery stores and many restaurants in the area.

Sehr schlechte Erfahrung mit dem Personal
Das Hotel verfügt über einen Wellnes-Bereich, was unglaublich klein ist (nur drei Liegen ganz eng nebeneinander). Kein Bademantel vorhanden und keine Möglichkeit im Saunabereich sich umzuziehen. Das Personal (Rezeption und Frühstück) war UNGLAUBLICH unprofessionel. Man merkt, dass sie selber keine Erfahrung in der Hotelerie haben. Wir mussten beim Frühstück nach allem fragen: Teller, Gabel, Brot, Käse... für diese Hotelkategorie eine Frechheit! Nur der Kellner beim Abendessen rettet die Geschichte. Sehr freundlich!

Wir waren nur für ein Wochenende im Hotel. Das Parken und ausladen war etwas schwierig aber gut machbar. Der Tiefgaragenparkplatz war etwas teurer als im Angebot ausgeschrieben. Aber noch ok. Die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Es war nicht möglich die Temperatur im Zimmer zu regulieren. Meist war es eher zu warm. Das Frühstück war gut und fast alles da was man normalerweise zum Frühstück essen kann. Schade war das man für Eierspeisen extra zahlen muss. Sehr gut war das man den Skipass in der Unterkunft kaufen konnte. Das Personal war immer Freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Im Haus eigenen Restaurant isst man gut. Preis-Leistung ist sehr gut!

No proper car pick up/drop off access to lobby, need to park car at supermarket nearby and walk up stairs to get to lobby. Receptionist that checked us in was unfriendly and rude, behaved unwilling to help with our questions on figuring how to unload luggages and when we cant find our room. Our room was weirdly in the stairway corner and room access was by traditional key (not key card), room was not locked when we arrived. The room although clean was very dark, lack of proper lighting, giving out one night stand kind of vibe. Overall, this property is definitely overpriced, there are other more car and family/ couple friendly hotels with lower price in the area

Good hotel in a good location
Great SPA. Large room. We booked a room with mountain view but we were given a room with no view instead. One of the beds was broken, but the staff managed to (temporarily) fix it, as the hotel was fully booked. The hotel was a bit difficult to find, as there is no prominent sign at the entrance.

Sehr schönes hotel, gute zentrale lage, parkplatz in de nähe, sehr gute tipps für velotouren an der reception erhalten, komfortables zimmer mit zwei bäder, negativ war der enttäuschende service beim frühstück und die mangelnde aufmerksamkeit der damen trotz niedriger auslastung (konfi und geschirr auffüllen, tisch für neue gäste eindecken), schade um das gesamtpaket
