Can’t wait for our next stay!
If you want to spoil yourself, this is the place. The view and location are second to none. The staff was amazing. The pride they all have and show to the guests is heart warming. Of course, the building is historic and wonderfully maintained. Can’t wait to return!

Perfect central location, excellent concierge and staff can-do attitude. Facilities (pool, tennis, spa) are very good. Common areas could use some renovation, but the charm of a palace is definitely there. Rooms (we had 2 deluxe lake view) are comfortable with renovated bathrooms. Overall a great 3-night stay.

Beware of bait and switch on room upgrade
The Hotel is Beautiful, the service was excellent. Special mention goes out to Eric in the ski and boot area and also to the spa personnel. The restaurants were excellent and the room housekeepers were also excellent. Unfortunately the front desk management is not as professional as the staff. Upon check in they offered a reduced price room upgrade for 100 Swiss franc per night additional, but at check out they charged us 400 per night Swiss franc. Then argued with us when we raised it with them that this was not as stated. They couldn’t get in touch with the person who checked us in either. Not what you would expect from this grade of hotel. Hotel guests should be warned about this upgrade on check-in play and try to avoid the upgrade as the deal is not what they tell you at the time.

快晴のサンモリッツでレイクが一望できる7階のお部屋に泊まらせていただきました。 お部屋の設備も素晴らしく、バスルームも清潔でバスタブも充分な大きさでした。 ホテルの作り、広さも素晴らしく、まさしくパレスという名が相応しいホテルでした。 朝食もどれも豪華で美味しかったです。 まさかの白米とお味噌汁があったことも感動しました。 次回も必ずこちらに泊まりたいです。

Amazing service and beautiful setting. Perfect place to relax and enjoy nature. Plus we got a ride in the Rolls on our way to train station! I would say it is more of a “good rutt” than the name suggests! 🤓😂

Amazing winter holidays in St. Moritz
Amazing hotel in St. Moritz with a superb service. Great restaurants and spa including a heated pool outside surrounded by snow and temperatures of -16 degrees Celsius.

Amazing staff and service.
Wonderful stay in a brilliant hotel. Had a great time, super attention to detail. The service is amazing and a special note of appreciation towards the concierge team, Giuseppe and Alexander were amazing in sorting out everything during our stay. Carmen from reservations was fantastic in solving an issue I had before my arrival. The location is prime and lives upto it’s reputation.

Swiss fun
Badrutt's is a very historical property, and the design/architecture is true to its 19th century origins. My room had a great view of the lake, and I loved the all-marble bathroom. If you arrive to St Moritz via train, you will be picked up (complimentary!) in a Rolls-Royce, which is pretty spectacular. Assistance from the concierge was hit and miss, but I got good advice about where to buy the best Swiss chocolate.

Highly recommended five star resort property
Incredible hotel! I was there in the summer, so the rates were very fair (under $600) for a five star hotel. I am sure that this place is multiples in the winter. The spa is phenomenal and the pool is spectacular. Please look at the photos to get an idea of how incredible. I played tennis on the courts, which were also great. The room is well appointed and laid out. This place blends a historical, high end feel with modern amenities. I highly recommend this place if you are a five star traveler.

I’ve been fortunate enough to stay at quite a few luxury hotels around the world and Badrutt’s Palace is a cut above the rest. Service was impeccable, and the room and facilities were perfect. More than a 5 star hotel
This place is amazing. It is not like any other 5 star hotel. This one has a soul and a heart that it feels like you are part of family when you stay here. Service is of course as you expect and the restaurants are wonderful . Don't miss their Pizzeria , The location is perfect and it takes you min to get to the ski- area with the hotels transport mini van. A really amazing stay if you are lucking for ultimate luxury with a special warm family feeling touch

St.Moritz at the Badrutt's Palace Hotel
We had a superb stay in St.Moritz at the Badrutt's Palace Hotel. Wonderful interiors, very good service and excellent dining and drinks too, must recommend the hotel's Matsuhisa Restaurant by Nobu for the Squid Tempura and Peruvian Style Rib-Eye. The Badrutt is a truly high-end luxury hotel.

行き届いたサービス、快適な部屋、美術館のような絵画や骨董品、美味しい朝食に、全て満足でした。 残念だったのは、到着が遅れてアフタヌーンテイーに間にあわず、衣装がなくてドレスコードの必要なレストランでディナーがたべられなかったこと。 次回がもしあれば、準備してホテル生活を楽しみたいものです。
