«From the moment we walked into the lobby at Beacon Hill Hotel we were greeted and treated like VIPs. The room, was a corner, looking out over Charles Street. Perfectly comfortable and artfully appointed. My only complaint and this is silly the pillows too puffy. We dined there as well and the food and service was superb.»

«One of the reasons we chosed this hotel was that breakfast was included. It was NOT. There were no fruit, no toast, no waffel, no youghurt, no juice - nothing. We could have one cup of coffee in the cafe owned by a private company next to the check-in desk. The most dissapointed experience during our visit to Boston. Remove "Breakfast included" from your webpage.»

«Always a great experience here. Our go-to hotel in Boston always. THE BEST beds omg, so comfortable. Nice bar as well, nice ambiance. Reasonable walk to Newbury Street and great dining and shopping places. Room small but works well for us. »
