This property sits on a wooded corner lot with towering live oaks that provide a scenic backdrop to any group getaway. The home features a large gourmet kitchen with 3 ovens, perfect for holidays, family reunions, or anyone who loves to cook. There are two large bedrooms including the master with king beds downstairs with two more bedrooms and a sleeping nook upstairs. And the in-ground pool will provide endless hours of fun. Close to resort areas but far enough to be quiet & relaxing. Shopping is only minutes away. HVAC system has recently been upgraded to include UV filtration to eliminate organic particles including viruses.

We had 11 people staying in the house & somehow never felt like we were tripping over each other or getting in one another’s way. The house was clean, smooth layout/floor plan,& beds were very comfortable. It has a well stocked kitchen in all ways from spices, coffee, tea, small appliances, plenty of dishes, pots, pans, etc there wasn’t anything we felt missing except we thought if it was a much smaller group a keirig would be nice. We however went thru many pots of coffee! I had brought a portable sauna that I set up in the lanai so we could go from it to cold plunge in the pool! Fabulous !! Thank you so very much! Your house & hospitality was a vital part of us being able to Njoy my daughter’s wedding & turn it into a family reunion also! Gods Bliss & Blessings! Namaste Debbie

A Great Family Vacation

My family and I very much enjoyed our stay. The hosts are lovely. We had zero issues during our stay, and they made the booking process and check-in so easy! The house is spacious and well maintained. The pool was a highlight and the kids spent all their free time there. St. Marys is a lovely town and it is close to Jacksonville, Fl. We found lots of activities to keep our multi-generationaI family entertained both in and out of the house. I highly recommend this property and this town if you are looking for a quiet, peaceful trip!

Family vacation

An excellent golf adventure

We found the combinations to exceed our expectation. We are a group of eight men who enjoy getting together every year for an annual Golf event. I will highly recommend this home to anyone with a large family or a group of golfers, looking for a great experience or venture.

St Mary’s stay

Great home for a large group. Were there for a wedding at the nearby park. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were awesome! So wonderful that each of us had our own. The pool was super clean and very pleasant. Overall we enjoyed it very much. Owners were terrific to work with!! Check out st Mary’s village/downtown… it’s very charming!

Great Family Home

Great home with great amenities that met all our needs and expectations. Quality furnishings, appliances, linens, and towels. Children and adults enjoyed the pool. Close to a wonderful aquatic center and the Crooked River State Park. Also close to a beautiful waterfront park. Would definitely consider this home again!

St. Mary's Trip

The house was very clean and very well stocked with everything a traveler could need. The hosts were very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. Beautiful home

This property is so nicely decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. The host responds very quickly to any messages. There was even an xtra room work 2 needs that wasn't on the listing. Probably because the stairs are a little wonky and are under construction. We were able to utilize it anyways. The only thing i would say could have been better was there wasn't quite enough bath towels. I think there only 6 or 8 but there is a washer and dryer so we made it work. Overall very pleased with our stay. We were in town for my wedding so this home will always hold a special place with me.

Perfect

The house was perfect for our 3-generation family vacation. It was nice to have 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms for the 8 of us. The numerous ovens came in handy cooking for our family. The kids loved the pool! Perfect location for all of the things that we wanted to do. We would definitely stay here again.

Rental Nightmare

I save up every year and take my family on vacation during spring break. We’ve run into what is now a nightmare. Upon arrival we noticed several issues. This rental is unsafe and not described on the VRBO APP. I provided pictures of the unsafe conditions and filth to VRBO. I have three kids and don't feel safe with the conditions of this house. There is an open light socket under the kitchen cabinet at perfect height for a child to get electrocuted. There are two open light sockets hanging from wires in the upstairs closets. The back stairs going down to the pool are not up to code and are unsafe. The pool area is dirty, the utensil drawer is dirty, the coffee pot is dirty and had coffee grounds still in it. There are bugs and spider webs above the kitchen sink, there are dead bugs in the light above the kitchen sink, living room ceiling, laundry room and other areas. I don't believe the sheets in the master bedroom were cleaned before we arrived. I had to sleep on the couch because the sheets smelled like smoke. I woke up the second night feeling sick, I asked my wife, do you smell smoke, I said I keep smelling smoke. I took the sheets off the master bedroom, and it smelled like cigarette smoke bad. I’m allergic to cigarette smoke. I then took the sheets off all the other beds, they were stained and smelled. I have over 30 pictures of everything. I reached out to the property owner and told him we are leaving; we want a refund because the house is filthy and unsafe.

Great location and layout!

We loved the house. The layout was great for hosting dinner with our local family. We had everything we needed. It was really nice that a lot of condiments were stocked. The neighborhood is quiet. You’re close to everything you need without sacrificing the quiet. I’ll definitely stay again and highly recommend the property!

Cumberland Island Trip

Great rental! Great room was large and comfortable. TV was great for football watching. Three of the bedrooms have attached bathrooms. The fourth bedroom is just off the kitchen with the barn door separating. Just an FYI for clear understanding. It is less private than the others and the bathroom is not connected. It’s around the corner by the laundry. The earliest risers in the group would need to take that room. The kitchen is great. Seating for many in separate places, a breakfast table, an island will seat six but narrow surface and then a couple of high tables for two in the living room. But there is no large dining room table. Beds were comfortable, everything was super nice. About 20 mins from the Cumberland Island Visitor Center out in a subdivision. We enjoyed our visit!!!
