«Second time I've stayed, and the last! First time room was super dirty, same goes the second. Gross orange mold in the comers of the shower. Waited 2 hours past our 4:00 check-in for our rooms, not a 'sorry' or any kind of comp. Valet tried to charge me for a two day stay as well. Took three days to get a refund. Cool hotel, lousy management.»

«Was the perfect fit my family and I were looking for. We wanted to find a hotel for spring break with our kids that had free breakfast and a pool. Lines were long for breakfast (due to us spring breakers) but it was very good and staff was amazing. Location was convenient to
Arch, stadium, and City Museum. Only negative was parking-valet was only option, and a little pricy. Overall a very positive experience!

«My husband and I stayed here for a hockey game and it is a quick train ride to Blues or Cardinals games from SLU's campus. The building is beautiful and historic and the staff was friendly and helpful. It would be a fantastic place to stay if you were visiting the SLU campus and enjoying the theaters next door. The Inn is extremely clean. The rooms and the lounge were very charming. You park right out front for free. Wish we could have stayed longer. »

«Kind staff that did there best, but was consistently hampered by poor execution, limited resources, and bad information.
Rooms were misassigned and not ready. Common amentities blocked off during events. Long lines and painfully slow check-ins. Missing or understaff bellmen and housekeeping.
A beautiful building with people who really wanted to help, but just couldn't execute.»

«Got a room that was not cleaned. Was changed to a new upgraded room which was big and great. Very grateful for that. Was a little surprised that there was no cleaning of the room during the entire stay. We have not experienced that since the covid times. Roof bar was very good but great view.»
