I can’t tell you about our stay because the booking was cancelled the morning of the first day f our booking.
We were on our way to the airport to board our flight to St Louis.
We received a call about the cancellation hit the person who called was so heavily accented we were convinced it was a scam call.
Despite numerous attempts we could not speak to someone at the Oyo to find out what was going on.
We did receive an e-mail confirmation of our booking from Hotel.com but that turned out to be wrong and very confusing.
Fortunately we were able to be book different accommodations at, of course, a higher rate.
We did receive an e-mail from Oyo at 1:39AM. Amazing!
We never did hear why we were cancelled on such ridiculously short notice.
Clearly we have, and never will have, any reason to say anything “nice” about the Oyo in St Louis!
