Our room door had a gap in-between our door and the wall to the hall, the door wouldnt stay closed we had to make sure it shut. The bathroom door didn't lock it was more closet doors that you open. The elevator seemed like it was about ready to give up and the buttons to press on the outside of the elevator are sinking into the wall

I just wanted to take the time to acknowledge the staff of this property. Specifically the Manager and the shuttle drivers. They made my trip one unforgettable experience and that is all positively speaking. I enjoyed the conversations and the speed of the shuttles to and from the airport. However, the only downside of this experience was the air conditioner. We had issues with it remaining on and steadily working. But the manager went out of his way to put me in another room with a working air conditioner, only to have the second one have issues on my last day. Also, my toilet in the first room was not working properly but the toilet in the second room was fine. All else was fine, with no other issues or concerns, it looked nice to me and just added to my overall excellent experience in St. Louis. But please fix the air conditioners.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The paint on the walls in the room was chipping and the bathroom was dirty. Common area where breakfast was served was not cleaned well from prior morning and there was food in the carpets.

Not very clean. The tub filled up in our room (#313). Service was great! Everyone was really nice and the one who checked us in made sure we had a room close to the elevator.

Check in was friendly and efficient. Lobby and hallway decor was updated and pleasing, although breakfast tables are too close together. Can’t really walk between them. Bed is very comfortable!! Property isn’t well maintained, light in room not working, bathroom with cracks and stains, bedside clock doesn’t work, doors to stairwells filthy. Some chairs had rips in them. Sat outside for breakfast one morning and patio really needs attention. Just a simple sweep or blowing of debris would do wonders.

It was beautiful outside and peaceful. The pet areas were clean and well taken care of. The property was very accommodating of our late check-in and the process went smoothly. Though the property needs a bit of renovation we were very pleased with the cleanliness, overall comfort of the room, and different points of secure access depending on room location… this last detail made it so much easier for us to get into and out of our room without too much struggle. Everyone working there was kind and professional. The only thing that was an issue were the full beds in the rooms as opposed to full-sized queens… other than that there were enough pillows and the water pressure was great.

We have stayed there several times and like its location and the economy. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are clean but the hallways can be somewhat dirty. Sometimes there are family reunions (or similar type gatherings) at the hotel and if your room is close the party goer's rooms, then you will not sleep well! Even with that, we like the hotel.

I checked in to the junior suite. The room was dirty. Furniture was rundown and extremely dirty very limited amenities. Needless to say, I checked out pretty quickly and went somewhere else. The assistant general manager was kind enough to refund my money.

The building smells bad, it needs a serious makeover. The carpet in the hallway and staircase just stinks! Walked in the room, there was a dirty towel in the sink, no soap or anything to take a shower, the room didn’t smell great. Did they even change the sheets? I wouldn’t be surprised if they didn’t. Disgusting place. Never again.

The rooms were not cleaned well on arrival. Mirror was foggy, there was no soap to wash hands with, toilet paper not replaced, room smelled very musty. I turned on the shower and water came from the head. It was not even reset. Almost looked like the room was cleaned half way and let out. Elevator was not functional half the time. Breakfast area did not have paper plates stocked up the first morning I was there. I saw a couple who waited for the front desk staff and unable to find them. The staff that took the trash out were dragging it on the floor leaving a trail of wet waste. All in all it was a very unpleasant experience. We went to the same LaQuinta Pre-Covid and it was neat and well maintained. So tried going there again and were terribly disappointed. Would not go back again for sure.

After a 12 hr drive, arriving at 7:35pm, we were told our room was not ready and to come back between 8:00 and 8:30….also no soap or tissue in the room.

Our shower was busted from the start, and were told it couldn't be fixed. The dining area was cramped and barely had any food, and there were no hotel carts we could use when it was time to leave. The worst part, however, was when the mediocre breakfast we did eat there gave me and my wife food poisoning. Don't stay here if you want to have a fun vacation.

I wouldn’t waste your money. I paid for a room with internet access, laundry, a working room phone, a clean room without dirty towels and I got none of it and won’t be given a discount. What a waste!
