The people who work here are very helpful, but the facility isn’t being maintained and there aren’t enough staff. After checking in and finding the outside door I was told to enter through, I was unable to get in as the key cards I had just been given wouldn’t work. So another guest tried to let me in and his wouldn’t work either so he walked back around to the front to let me in. Then I couldn’t get into my room with the key cards so I called the front desk from the hallway and she had me come back to the lobby and rekeyed my cards. They still didn’t work. She offered me a different room and had me come to the lobby to get those as she was the only person working at 6pm. I entered that room and it had not been cleaned - the bed had been slept in, there were dirty dishes on the counter, etc. So then I was given another room in the way back part of the hotel and it worked. But walking through the hallway, I could see that the walls are scratched up, there were bags of trash and piles of linens left sitting in the hallway, and smell weed coming from non-smoking rooms. Inside the room, everything was comfortable and quiet, however, there was only one towel set, and one of the phones was not working. The body wash was completely out and other amenities like facial tissue were also missing. The next day I requested additional towels, which I got and body wash, which I did not get. For breakfast - there were limited protein options and my key card wouldn’t work again.
