Front desk staff was not very friendly. They were put off they had to check us in.
The heater in the bedroom kept turning on and off all night long even though it was turned off.
Kleenex box was empty in bathroom. When I asked someone at the front for another box they told me they were waiting for someone to get one for me. Later in the day I went to check with the front desk about the kleenex box. They told me they were completely out of stock of kleenex.
I found and caught a roach in the kitchen. The next day I found and caught a flea. The person I was traveling with ended up getting bit all over her body.
On Saturday the fire alarm when off 4 times. After all the alarms the elevator was not reset so the elevator beeped all night and was out if order the next day.
Later finding the flea and being bit we had to check out of the hotel and find another last minute.
I was told by the hotel front staff to call Expedia to get a refund. When I called Expedia no one at the hotel answered the phone. I still haven't received word that Expedia was able to confirm with the hotel staff. There is still a $493.64 charge on the credit card used for the room.
