Staff seemed confused by a few of our requests. No hair dryer in our room. It’s been many years since I stayed at a hotel without a hairdryer somewhere in the bathroom if not mounted on the wall. I sent my husband to the Front Desk and he said they did that seem to know what he was talking about, but said they would find one. The previous night, we asked if each tv in the suite should have its own remote or if we had to share one remote. Apparently somebody knocked later, but my husband was in the shower and I did not hear them at the door from the bedroom. I did not have time to be patient for the hairdryer. We had to leave for our planned event within 30 minutes and my hair was drying on its own. I chose to walk across the parking lot to a different hotel to use the dryer in my sister’s room. My only other complaint was the daily knocking by room service asking if we needed the room cleaned. Over our 3 night stay, we spent very little time in the room with the exception of sleeping and showering. The Do Not Disturb tag was on our door from our arrival to our departure. I just don’t understand why someone needed to knock on a daily basis. Otherwise the staff was friendly and helpful
