We travel a lot & typically don't know where we will stop & rest & find a place last minute. This property met our expectations. Staff was friendly & accomodating of pets/service animals, which was refreshing. Breakfast was great too. I would recommend.

Our check-in was easy and very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable, and there are several dining options within one mile of the hotel. My only concern is the room was pretty noisy due to interstate traffic and the rooftop unit above our 4th floor room.

Property was fine. Problem was I could hear the woman next door as if she was right in my room. Wasn't her fault. She wasn't raising her voice or doing anything inappropriate, I guess the walls were just that thin. I was in 431. Also there was no place to sit at breakfast and I have Parkinson's, so was forced to skip that. Way too overpriced for what I got. But the staff was wonderful

Tired facility, needs a refresh. Doesn't compare to most other Hampton properties. Staff, while courteous, had difficulty managing the reservetion details and double charged my card.

Room was nice. lots of restaurants across the highway 1 mile away. Expected better internet for the price of this hotel. Lack of ease as to how to upgrade to work quality internet. Nightmare disconnects when trying to work from the room using a teams meeting disconnected repeatedly. I didnt think i would need to call ahead about this matter. Manager was unreachable about this issue. Could have had instructions in the room if you need to work from your room. I just assumed that for the price of this room this was not going to be a problem. i inquired about it the night before my meeting and got no help or instructions.

The carpet in the hotel room appeared it wasn't vacuumed in days. My socks were dirty after walking around in my room. There were many long hairs in the bathroom and embedded in the towels. The shower drain took a long time to drain and I couldn't finish the shower without the bathtub filling up with water.

Really very poor management. Really no one in charge. Check in...there were those that wanted a refund. Others were on wait b/c no cleaned rooms, including us. Now in their defense...they had been full the night before and some of Housekeeping did not show up. The two ladies in the Breakfast area should have retired at least five years ago. Old!!! Need fresh energy! Plus, I heard out of this...out of that! Maintenance in the rooms is needed...simple fixes like taking a screw driver and fix loose screws. Toilet seat loose; Faucet loose; Hanging hook loose; Towel holder loose; Really the place has good bones and just plain needs a manager with a bit of energy...and power.

Did not honor my Expedia booking when I went to check-in. Said they had no availability. No other explanation was given. Would never book at this Hampton Inn and may never book at any Hampton Inn in the future.

Disappointing stay
We arrived at 7 PM and we had no room ready for us. I reserved a two queen bedroom and was given a one queen bed with a rollout bed are comforter had a burn hole in it. Our toilet was clogged and the lights in the room did not all work.

We picked this hotel because it had a hot tub, but when we checked in we were tild that the hot tub has been down for some time now and dont know when it would be fixed. I wish the website stated that because we wouldve never stayed there. When we arrived they assigned us to a dirty room but it was fixed without an issue. For being a hotel by hilton, it felt more of a motel then a hotel. Staff was nice and friendly just the property was not what we expected.

Needs to be refurbished. Shower control was stiff and didn’t shut off on first try. Toilet required multiple flushes to dispose of all waste. High fan setting on thermostat did not work.
