«I really like the look of the hotel and the room was clean and huge. My only complaint was it took two hours to bring towels and would’ve taken longer if I didn’t call again. The Bistro hours are lame. The meatballs did not look anything like the picture and was way over priced $15 for 5 They were frozen meatballs I could get 30 of them at Walmart for $3. «We had a great stay at Live! We stayed Friday—Sunday on a non-game weekend. Our room overlooked the Village and on Friday night there was a DJ and music playing until midnight. This was a very cool room and a fun atmosphere; however we have a young child so it was not ideal for bedtime. Thankfully the weather was colder on Saturday night so there weren’t any festivities. It was a great atmosphere, just be aware in case you have little ones that you may want a room with less of a view.

«Welcomes pets but toilet was not cleaned thoroughly and the room had a light odor that was not pleasant. The refrigerator in the room did not work so my beverages never got cold. However, the staff was super welcoming, friendly and professional. Also, parking was horrible and far and to top it off I had to pay $44 per day for SELF PARKING. I will not be staying here again.»

«The breakfast was lacking, parking was expensive and a pain (although the valet were the nicest staff), the pool was cold, our room was missing condition and they never brought us soap, they repeatedly forgot our towels after cleaning, our safe and phone were broken and never replaced or fixed after several requests and the blow dryer was weak and terrible. «The property is pretty tired. Definitely showing it's age. One positive is it's a short walk to the Arch, but that's about it. One of the three lifts is out of order indefinitely. The carpark is filthy and not sure why there's a charge to park there. The breakfast ends at 9 am and to be honest, it's not worth the effort. Oh, ome other positive was the nice large shower.
But that's it. Wouldn't stay again. Although I don't know what the competitors accom aptions are like.»

«The hotel was very nice, but our room was not ready. We didn’t have trash bags in any of our trash cans, and our toilet did not work at all. Was clogged the whole time. No one came to fix it. We always seem to get put by the elevator, could hear that all night along with the fridge noise and very loud neighbors all thru the early morning hours. I did not get a bit of sleep. Staff was very friendly. »
